I have booked to and fro tickets on irctc using my using my visa card.I had cancelled both the ticket on irctc portal.Its showing money has been refunded back to PayU Money but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter and request you to transfer to same to my bank account. A complaint has also been raised and sent to [protected]@payumoney.com

        By using payumoney payment platform, i did payment to gopickfly.com for booking a courier. But that website registered as a3t factorymrp trading private limited with payumoney has not given me service. That website gopickfly owner said, he will do me refund, but he didn't do refund till now. His mobile is switched off, he didn't answer my calls... He texted me that he will provide me refund... But he didn't refund my amount till now... By using payumoney gateway, this website is collecting money but not giving service... I am unable to contact payumoney, as they don't have proper email address and number... They mentioned on payumoney website that, contact with merchant only... If their merchant not responding my calls, what i should do?...

        Sir, merchant mobile is switched off now.Merchant is not responding to my mail.That website Gopickfly.com is collecting payments via payumoney and not providing service.That merchant has not answered my emails and messages till now...You contact merchant on my behalf and tell him to Refund my amount.

          I did online payment through payu.in to indusforex. Indusind.com, on 15th march 2019 at around 7.40 pm, ist, amounting rs. 37969.50 from my axis bank's internet banking vide transaction refrence number[protected]As shown in my bank account statement) to reload my indusind forex card numbered 465522××××××5782 with 2000aed.

          The amount got debited from my axis bank account but the payment did not succeed to my forex card on indusforex. Indusind.com.

          No refund has been initiated so far, neither i received any e-mail from payu to track the failed transaction number if any
          Please find the attched axis bank statement reflecting transaction id.

            I have to receive money for 3 transactions of worth rupees 47500/- which i have done on the same day. Request has made on 13th march 2019. Amount was supposed to credit in my bank account by 15th march 2019. But, status is showing as payment deposit on hold (Your payment deposit is currently on hold, contact us to resolve this). I have raised a ticket, sent nearly 30 emails to customer care and nodal officer. But, there is no single reply. I am in need o[censored]rgency. Please do me the needful and get it done earliest.

              My payumoney transaction with payment id: 541320 failed. But amount got deducted from my central bank of india account. I tried calling the customer care service. However, nobody received the call and now i'm running over to my bank to check if there's any other way i can get the refund by today. I need it as soon as possible urgently and i even sent them an email regarding this. I have to pay me fees and today is the last date or my admission will stand cancelled. Please help me solve this matter. A refund would be highly appreciated.

                  I have created an order in Oneplus online store on 12/3/19 around 12 PM. my money have been deducted but order is cancelled due to time out error from merchent. i have made the payment via gpay/tez to oneplusstore.[protected]@okaxis bank. My money should have been returned within 48 hrs - but i am not able to contact Payu care also successfully. i have been misguided and contacted some money frauds stating payu care professionals, but things apart. i feel cheated as my amount 38K+ is still with payu and no response/acknowledgement for the same.

                  tickets created with payu care are :04615673, 04615687, 04620916.

                  is Payu holds responsible for my money or not. i have made contact with oneplus which clearly said money is with Payu. so do help out

                            I am completely disappointed and deeply disheartened to bring your official notice here that payumoney seems firmly deceptive, and adhering an outlaw approach of cheating the online digital customers and the digital merchants for non-credit/non-payments/non-settlements.

                            Furthermore; payumoney is collecting the transacted funds across all forms of the customer/merchant sources and kept harassing them for non-credit/ non-settlements.

                            Ever since i sincerely waited for the credit settlement in the bank for over 5 days but shockingly failed in acknowledging the credit receipt. I supposed to receive the credit of my money rs/- 50000 in the registered/approved bank on 5th match' 2019 as per the date & time determined in the payunow website/app.

                            Regrettably, i had received an email from payu folks that my money has been put on hold which turned out to be a nightmare and the complete sore of cerebral distress for me. I did try contacting them with all the reachable and accessible option via emails and numbers etc but none seems working/operational and no one has responded to my emails either.

                            I also sent emails but the eta for the responses are over 3 days to any query which is completely intolerable and ridiculous as far as the customary and corporate commitment is concerned.

                            Note: i noticed/read all the remarks today about payumoney/the group of companies. I see the company is undergoing and receiving the wide-range of negative complaints, dismissive reviews, prohibitive posts from the various bloggers and sites all over the internet.

                            I hereby appealing politely that the payment to be credited in my destination bank at the earliest or you may kindly refund the money to the customer account (Original source) without any further holdup.

                            Please note that i would also like to call upon you to resolve the same on or before 15th march' 2019, else i shall be constrained to advance for the future course of police and legal actions in this regard without any further notice.

                            I strictly appreciate your receptive intervention and professional due-diligence in this regard.

                              Hi,
                              I have done payment to bbmp bangalore for the property tax payment through our hdfc account using their portal: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/Default.aspx.

                              The amount of rs.4911 was paid from my bank account in hdfc bank (Internet banking) using payu gateway option.

                              My bank account got debited for the amount but the bbmp did not get the credit of the same amount.

                              Please either fulfill and complete the payment which was done or reverse transaction and credit the amount back to my bank account.

                                You team is making excuses to settle the payment.

                                our clients have confirmed your over the mail that they are getting the services from us, then you are not suppose to hold our payment.

                                And this is not end that you are saying to revert on your mail for any further clarification because there you people reply according to your mood.

                                  I got confirmation thru sms 'vm-payumn ' stating that your payment (Id[protected] of rs. 1858.00 for knapur electreicity supply is successful. The same amount has been debited in my icici bank account but when i am checking the kesco site for printing of receipt, oit is still showing the said amount 1858 pending.

                                      It has been almost 11 days since one customer of ours paid 1.33 lakhs through payumoney. They are non responsive even after customer has provided Credit card copies and email to release money. Shameless, inefficient and fraudulent mentality. Not even responding to emails or calls.
