By using payumoney payment platform, i did payment to gopickfly.com for booking a courier. But that website registered as a3t factorymrp trading private limited with payumoney has not given me service. That website gopickfly owner said, he will do me refund, but he didn't do refund till now. His mobile is switched off, he didn't answer my calls... He texted me that he will provide me refund... But he didn't refund my amount till now... By using payumoney gateway, this website is collecting money but not giving service... I am unable to contact payumoney, as they don't have proper email address and number... They mentioned on payumoney website that, contact with merchant only... If their merchant not responding my calls, what i should do?...

Updated by rayees880 Sir, merchant mobile is switched off now.Merchant is not responding to my mail.That website Gopickfly.com is collecting payments via payumoney and not providing service.That merchant has not answered my emails and messages till now...You contact merchant on my behalf and tell him to Refund my amount.
