On 17/12/2018 i have cancelled 2 tkts of 'greenocean ferry'. But, refund amount of rs.1543/- against payu id [protected] & rs.1012/- against payu id [protected] are still pending which was to be refunded within 5 - 7 days, as per their e-mail dtd.30.12.2018. Again, on[protected], when i tried to purchase 'greenocean ferry' tickets, rs, 13, 344/- was deducted from my account but, the transaction id no. Gopt_5c332a6885e13 was unsccessfull & tkt. Was not issued. Till date, they have not refunded any of theser amount. Please advise, how can i get the refund.

Your Transaction id [protected] & [protected] has been refunded via BRN 74678448352000003012128 & 74678448352000003012953 from our end. Banks generally take 7-10 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.

I am wondering what type of investigation have you done? Why do you say my transaction cannot be traced? do you mean to say i am lying to get money from you? haven't i provided the reference number, transaction date. don't you the capability to extract information with these. I am really surprised with the vague investigation you are doing? do you mean to say my money started from bank and not reached the destination and vanished in the thin air? i am indeed surprise with the casualness in which you handle queries. it is been 7 working days and i haven't got back my money. as per the policy my money has to be returned with in 48 hrs. isn't that the case? do you want me to file a case with consumer court to get back my money. Do some justice to the consumers? do not make him run from pillar to post to resolve such issues?
Meanwhile immediately after raising the complaint my money has been credited back. i will never trust your service. it is really bad.
