Date of incident - 6th january-2019
Marthoma central school
Bus fare 3300
I made a transaction to marthoma central school for my daughters bus fare and amount is 3300. I made the transaction on 6th of january and i do not have any further updates. Today i called up the school and school confirmed they have not got the money yet. Please do the needful to credit the amount back to my bank account since school confirmed they have not received the amount yet.

I am wondering what type of investigation have you done? Why do you say my transaction cannot be traced? do you mean to say i am lying to get money from you? haven't i provided the reference number, transaction date. don't you the capability to extract information with these. I am really surprised with the vague investigation you are doing? do you mean to say my money started from bank and not reached the destination and vanished in the thin air? i am indeed surprise with the casualness in which you handle queries. it is been 7 working days and i haven't got back my money. as per the policy my money has to be returned with in 48 hrs. isn't that the case? do you want me to file a case with consumer court to get back my money. Do some justice to the consumers? do not make him run from pillar to post to resolve such issues?

Meanwhile immediately after raising the complaint my money has been credited back. i will never trust your service. it is really bad.

                      On 17/12/2018 i have cancelled 2 tkts of 'greenocean ferry'. But, refund amount of rs.1543/- against payu id [protected] & rs.1012/- against payu id [protected] are still pending which was to be refunded within 5 - 7 days, as per their e-mail dtd.30.12.2018. Was not issued. Till date, they have not refunded any of theser amount. Please advise, how can i get the refund.

                        Had ordered phantom 4g smart watch buy i received a wrong watch i suppose it is blot at watch. Had sent nearly 21 mails but no proper reply from spoke.in. The customer people tell me that they have sent the correct watch as advertised even after i sending them the photo of the watch i received it's totally a different watch. It not even a replica of phantom watch. Zookr is really cheating it's customers of their hard earned money. Request you to please help me get the correct phantom 4g watch.                           I am a merchant with an account on payumoney, its been 1 month that we have had some payments made by customers using payumoney but the money is still with payumoney. They have credited the small amount payments but they have stopped our big amount payments from last more than 30 days, the company is total fraud. The payments aren't even reflecting on their dashboard now, but fortunately we have transaction id's and mails of sucessfull transactions which we can use as proof.

                          This company is total fraud with no merchant support at all. They dupe sellers and have a very robotic way of dealing with sellers through mails. They don't even address the queries and have standardised preset formats to send mails to their sellers. Nobody gives a damn to call seller to address the issue and mail support is so pathetic that they take ages to answer your mail.

                          My funds are stuck at payumoney and would like to sue them for this act.

                                I am merchant on payunow, i collected some amount on 30th-dec-2018, and payunow updated that amount status as "payment deposit on hold - contact us to resolve". I contacted them multiple times through mails but they keep on saying 2 working days, but it's already crossed 7 days and there is no customer contact number. It's been 7 days i didn't get my amount as payu commit 72 hours settlement timeframe. Kindly help me out. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and payment id:[protected] and mid: 6071254

                                  On 22nd december i was making a payment on irctc for booking a ticket. Due to some issue the amount got deducted from my canara bank debit card but the ticket was not booked. Under failed transaction it was reflected as ' payment pending with bank'.

                                  Irctc helpline has confirmed that the amount was not received by them and is pendung with pay u bank.

                                  Booking date: 22nd december 2018.
                                  Transaction amount: 1720

                                  Please refund the amount back to my debit card card.

                                        What the hell is this. I order 3 one piece frock and i got sarees of extremely worst quality. Are you selling wrong product by illustrating custromers. I want the product same as i ordered or refund my money back. The frock was beautiful abd flashed on the facebook with a combo, we thought, we will get the same order as we ordered but this is the thug. I think everyone are getting wrong product and you just sjow nice nice profucts people order and send whatever you want. I just wanna say that refund the money or give the same product which i placed the order.

                                        I have booked 4 tickets on irctc app using my debit card through payumoney gateway. I cancelled these tickets on 22 dec 2018. On app it is showing the amt. Has been refunded to payumoney but the money is not reflected in bank acc. Plz refund my money.My ticket booking date is 14 dec. 2018.
