I tried buying cet maximizer program from cetking website trough google pay. My 3000 rupees got deducted and purchase failed. Please look into the matter and resolve my issue.                       Had ordered phantom 4g smart watch buy i received a wrong watch i suppose it is blot at watch. Had sent nearly 21 mails but no proper reply from spoke.in. The customer people tell me that they have sent the correct watch as advertised even after i sending them the photo of the watch i received it's totally a different watch. It not even a replica of phantom watch. Zookr is really cheating it's customers of their hard earned money. Request you to please help me get the correct phantom 4g watch.                         I am a merchant with an account on payumoney, its been 1 month that we have had some payments made by customers using payumoney but the money is still with payumoney. They have credited the small amount payments but they have stopped our big amount payments from last more than 30 days, the company is total fraud. The payments aren't even reflecting on their dashboard now, but fortunately we have transaction id's and mails of sucessfull transactions which we can use as proof.

                        This company is total fraud with no merchant support at all. They dupe sellers and have a very robotic way of dealing with sellers through mails. They don't even address the queries and have standardised preset formats to send mails to their sellers. Nobody gives a damn to call seller to address the issue and mail support is so pathetic that they take ages to answer your mail.

                        My funds are stuck at payumoney and would like to sue them for this act.

                                On 22nd december i was making a payment on irctc for booking a ticket. Due to some issue the amount got deducted from my canara bank debit card but the ticket was not booked. Under failed transaction it was reflected as ' payment pending with bank'.

                                Irctc helpline has confirmed that the amount was not received by them and is pendung with pay u bank.

                                The amount for the PayU Payment ID [protected] has been refunded via bank reference number[protected] from our end. Banks generally take 7-10 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards

                                  On 27 december i was making a payment on irctc for booking a ticket. Due to some issue the amount got deducted from my credit card but the ticket was not booked. Under failed transaction it was reflected as ' payment pending with bank'.

                                  Irctc helpline has confirmed that the amount was not received by them and is pendung with pay u bank.

                                  Transaction amount:2760/-

                                  Please refund the amount back to my credit card.

                                  I cancelled two train tickets from Irctc, The payment made through card payment via payumoney, the said amount refunded by irctc but not transferred me from payumoney last 16 days gone.

                                    I have booked a ticket on irctc using my rupay card but my train was cancel. On irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumoney but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

                                      What the hell is this. I order 3 one piece frock and i got sarees of extremely worst quality. Are you selling wrong product by illustrating custromers. I want the product same as i ordered or refund my money back. The frock was beautiful abd flashed on the facebook with a combo, we thought, we will get the same order as we ordered but this is the thug. I think everyone are getting wrong product and you just sjow nice nice profucts people order and send whatever you want. I just wanna say that refund the money or give the same product which i placed the order.

                                      I have booked 4 tickets on irctc app using my debit card through payumoney gateway. I cancelled these tickets on 22 dec 2018. On app it is showing the amt. Has been refunded to payumoney but the money is not reflected in bank acc. Plz refund my money.My ticket booking date is 14 dec. 2018.

                                        On 21 december 2018 i have booked train ticket in irtc site but unfortunately ticket not booked but money deducted from my account. I called irtc helpline number but they said payment is pending from payumoney. I cannot book my ticket and also lost my money. The payment is pebding from payumoney, i received a mail from irtc stating that irtc have no provision for refunding because the payment is prnding from bank end.
