Inr 3601 paid to pspcl being electricity bill using my debit card with punjab national bank and payumoney.
Payumoney has acknowledged receipt of money on with payment id[protected] and merchant order id: pyu[protected] on same day 17.12.2018 when the amount was debited from my account.
Kindly let me know when will pspcl get the payments i am very anxious as pspcl have not received payments yets.

Sir,

i’m paramjit singh paid electricity bill of paramjit enterprises .With reference to above transaction id . I have paid my electricity bill to pspcl rs.350920/- dt 25/03/2021. Payu id
3299666 and bank reference no.[protected]

as per pspcl such amount not received to merchant. Results i have to face in conveyance and financial loss . Kindly send id and reference with merchant transaction.
Because the pspcl department have not received electricity bill payment of rs 3, 50, 920/-they have ordered to cut the electricity connection .Kindly resolve the issue at your earliest.

Also send me mail regarding it on [protected]@gmail.Com. As you have already blocked my messages to your mail and i have attached picture of it.

    I was booking a ticket on 15th january for ndls duronto for 24th january. I was making payment from my bank account through payumoney. But the transaction was failed. And the money was not refunded. Already 10 days over. I called the irctc castomer care and contact with the bank. But the money was not refunded in my bank account. So i request you to solve the problem and refund money as soon as possible. Transactions id is [protected].

    On 15/01/19 I booked a ticket of NDLS DURANTO (12259) for 24/01/19 of rs. 2575.49. Transaction id is [protected].       This shouldn't be happening. Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.
      In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the dispute process.

            But till date they have not refunded the amount and not even responding on email.

              Its been more than 3 weeks and i am continuously emailing to payumoney regarding the account settlement but in every mail they asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours and even after 4 days they don't reply.

              I request you to either refund all my payment or complete the payment gateway activation process for unlimited amount of transactions currently my account is having 50000 limit per month.

                I have a merchant account with payumoney. From 5th December 2018 last month, there has been no payment to my account. They said thaat there is some kyc probem with my bank. However my local bank said that m account is completelety updated and can recieve money. On asking for forwarding what the bank communicated to them, payu is not responding.

                I had to even issue refund to buyer for 11, 100 on 5th jan and the money has not even refunded. They are neither transferring money to my account nor refunding to buyer since last month even after repeated mail and assurance that it will be done in next few days. please check attached mail screenshot on Dec 28 and Jan 9. I have similar reply on many more separate occassion.

                Very unethical behavior and even when I am trying to contact by phone it's just redirecting me. I have tried contacting via mail and twitter, but they just give generic reply that ticket has been created and forwarded to concerned team

                  I made a payment with one of the companies called mycutemini using payumoney. I made the payment using my credit card, but it's a normal payment, however it's taken as a payment for gold. I contacted my bank hdfc and they said they won't be able to convert a payment for gold into an emi. Basically i never purchased a gold with that money. Payumoney has converted it into a gold loan. I have all the payment transaction id which i'm not willing to disclose on the public forum. Please convert it into a normal payment asap

                    Usually I do shares market i received a call from Wealth IT Global, Indore and introduced Mahalaxmi Broking they send me mail to open dmat account they annoyed me to opened demat account through mail at mahalaxmi broking indore, then i opened they purchased me some shares and send contract through mail ID [protected]@gmail.com they asked me to pay some amount which is short fall i told them i have no bank balance so they annoyed me to transfer through credit card i told them i have no idea to pay through Payumoney they asked me to share credit card no first i refused they annoyed me to if you are not pay your investment will be lost that time my investment was above 1 Lakh so i paid through payumoney they only transfered and i send OTP which i have received through SMS.

                        It's been 2 months i'm following about my account settlement.
                        They don't even have any customer care number. Where i can talk. I've sent at-least 100 emails to them, but no reply. Now they have disable my account and it i raise any complaint it wont even register it. All my money they have kept with themselves and they have no intention to settle it.

                        It looks like pay u money is a fraud payment gateway. And they keep making excuses when it comes about payment to seller

                          It showed payment deposit on hold for 5 days then i contacted to care. They call me and say your settlement will be released soon. After sometime i got a mail that says that your hold payment has been released. But just 1 payment shows that the deposit is in progress, but in the next morning it shows payment deposit cancelled for both payments. When i press refund button it shows that the amount can only be refunded from the next payment you collect. Now what will i do?

                          I booked 1 ticket on 12 Jan and cancelled it in irctc app it's showing that the refund has been done but I didn't get the money yet.                           It showed payment deposit on hold for 14 days then i contacted to care. But not response. But just 1 payment shows that the deposit is in progress, but in the next morning it shows payment deposit cancelled . When i press refund button it shows that the amount can only be refunded from the next payment you collect. Now what will i do?

                            Sir/madam i fill a htet online form after fill all detail then opening payment page i try to pay by netbanking on 29 nov 18 it show tranction failed but amount was deducted and in htet online form also showing pending payment. Then i try to payment on 30 nov 18 that time it show tranction is successful and how it possible two payments for one transaction. I think it a fraud and cheating. Htet online form show payment is paid but after 51 days my money was not refund in account. When i try to contact for it payumoney they said contact your bank. After that i contact with bank it they said that tranction is successful not bank fault. When i try again to payumoney they advise me to contact htet online registration branch but they are not reply me for mail and phone.

                              Getting refund from Amazon takes a couple of days at MAX. Why do you take MORE than 5 days to do it?

I made the transaction on 6th of january and i do not have any further updates. Today i called up the school and school confirmed they have not got the money yet. Why do you say my transaction cannot be traced? do you mean to say i am lying to get money from you? haven't i provided the reference number, transaction date. don't you the capability to extract information with these. I am really surprised with the vague investigation you are doing? do you mean to say my money started from bank and not reached the destination and vanished in the thin air? i am indeed surprise with the casualness in which you handle queries. it is been 7 working days and i haven't got back my money. as per the policy my money has to be returned with in 48 hrs. isn't that the case? do you want me to file a case with consumer court to get back my money. Do some justice to the consumers? do not make him run from pillar to post to resolve such issues?

                                        Meanwhile immediately after raising the complaint my money has been credited back. i will never trust your service. it is really bad.
