I have a merchant account with payumoney. From 5th December 2018 last month, there has been no payment to my account. They said thaat there is some kyc probem with my bank. However my local bank said that m account is completelety updated and can recieve money. On asking for forwarding what the bank communicated to them, payu is not responding.
I had to even issue refund to buyer for 11, 100 on 5th jan and the money has not even refunded. They are neither transferring money to my account nor refunding to buyer since last month even after repeated mail and assurance that it will be done in next few days. please check attached mail screenshot on Dec 28 and Jan 9. I have similar reply on many more separate occassion.
Very unethical behavior and even when I am trying to contact by phone it's just redirecting me. I have tried contacting via mail and twitter, but they just give generic reply that ticket has been created and forwarded to concerned team
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
