Hi, i did a transaction of 1745rs from my account to pay money on march 1st, amount of has got deducted instantly. But i don't see the balance in wallet.

Could you please check and let me know the reason, this is really disappointing for me. I do lot of transaction in payumoney.

I've not got any notification on that. Payment just showed it's failed, but anyways the amount is deducted. My bank customer care people informed that the amount has been posted in payumoney wallet and has been successfully sent from thier end.

    I booked 2 tickets (2 different transaction ids) of inr 770/- on irctc website through payu money gate way @23 feb 2019, the amount was deducted from my account. But the irctc website is showing "pending from bank end". I confirmed with my bank that money has been deducted and even i got message of deducted amount.

      The required amount has been debited from my account but has not reached the second entity.
      Please check and I already confirmed from second entity they haven't received any payment yet.

        Settlement for the above transaction has been put on hold.

        I have been mailing the customer care again and again, but have received no response from their side.

        I even mailed the md, mr. Shailaz nag to do something about this as i am currently a student and rs 1.2 lakhs is a very large sum of money from it.

        I even gave them the option of refunding the money to the source but no answer has been received yet.

          On 19th feb 2019 i have spent rs 100.00 through my debit card xx3654 for www.shineregister.com through pau gateway. Rs 5000.00 deducted from my account instead of rs 100.00 while doing online transaction. The transaction ref no : [protected] name is pos payu-yes pay pos debit. Hence please reverse the amount to my account immediately. Shine register people contacted me through phone no : [protected] and asked me to come online to open the webportal www.shineregister.com and while doing registration there is a charge of rs 100.00. While transfering the money rs 100 through debit card rs 5000 deducted. This was happend through your payment gateway. Hence request you please look into this matter and see that amount is reversed to my account immediately.

            Sir, on irctc tickets booking, i booked two tatkal premium tickets on 16th february. Transaction was failed but amount got deducted from my bank account. Then i call to railway customer service care and they said me that amount would be refunded. On 24th february railway says amount has been credited in payumoney bank but i didn't received any amount. Sir please help

                I was paying electricity bills to "kesco". While doiung this, two transactions were made for the same amount of inr rs 1647.

                1st payment details

                But only one payment was received at kesco...2nd payment has not been received in my icici bank account.

                Please check as this is now more than two weeks now from the incidence. Kindly ensure return of rs 1647 back in my account.

                I booked ticket from redbus but for some reason redbus cancel the bus & refund issued from red bus through Payumoney . But Payumoney not credited the amount to my bank A/C. I have no extra money to book again a bus. Please help me for quick refund.

                My customer made a payment of Rs.10000 on 15th of February 2019. Still I haven't received my money in my bank account. Already 7 days gone. They are not picking my calls and also not responding to my mails. Totally fraud company. All nonsense cheaters are sitting there.
                My complete payment is on hold and there is no response from payumoney.

                    I am merchant on payunow, i collected some amount on 7-feb-2019, and payunow updated that amount status as "payment deposit on hold - contact us to resolve". I contacted them multiple times through mails but they keep on saying 10 working days, but it's already crossed 10 days and there is no customer contact number. Even i have shared my customer invoice too. It's been 18 days i didn't get my amount as payu commit 72 hours settlement timeframe. Kindly help me out.                       I tried to recharge my broadband service. Payment redirects to payumoney portal and transaction was successful. Money was deducted but got no confirmation of recharge. This has happened twice in 2 months and no refund was initiated. This company is a fraud and their website shows some weird patterns of text. Total 1179+1179 is deducted from two different accounts. And recharge was never done. Please look into this as i’m a student i don’t have enough money to pay for my dues. Kindly get me refund.

                        I did a mistake by applying at payu for a loan, they rejected my case but still process for repayment in my bank hdfc. If i didn't get the loan amount then why should i payback. Now they are not doing anything with my case. Total fraud. A big fraud company and pathetic service.

                        I apply a loan from lazy pay (A feature of pay u) the loan amount is 58000. The company rejected the application, no worries. But they why they apply for repayment though ach mandate reference. What is the sense, are you guys really work like this. What is the sense of filing mandate as you didn't issue a loan.

                          We have a merchant account with payu money. We refunded 1 lakh to one of our customer before settlement is done.

                          To our utter shock, payu money has deducted merchant fee plus gst of 2360 and took over 10 days to refund 97, 640.00 to customer card.

                          As a business, we had to pay remaining money to our customer from our pocket.. So avoid this company who doesn't have any contact number or complaint procedure and they don't respond to your emails.

                          You use this company only if you want to loose your money. Whether you are a business or individual, you must avoid this company.

                            Hi,
                            I've recently tried to book an IRCTC tatkal ticket (on 14th Feb 2019). I've chosen the option of ICICI Netbanking and then PayU payment gateway has automatically come up for the transaction.
                            Now the money was deducted but ticket didn't get booked. So IRCTC initiated a refund.
                            Today (20th Feb 2019), I received a mail from IRCTC saying that refund has been processed successfully and the bank name is PayU Money and not to the source bank.

                            I've attached the bank statement as well as the IRCTC refund history snapshots herewith. Request to take an immediate action to refund the money back to my ICICI savings account.

                                I using payu money payment gateway for booking a ticket from www.irctc.co.in android app on 14th February 2019 at 10:00 am. But the payment of booking deducted from my indusind bank account but the booking was failed.
                                But the money still not refund in my account upto till date.
                                I request that you show over the matter and refund my money in my INDUSIND BANK account.

                                I was trying to book IRCTC tickets via payUmoney but the amount of Rs 3920 was deducted from my bank account but the ticket could not be booked.
                                This process was done by me twice and the amount was deducted twice .

                                      I recently made a payment for gate academy using payumoney portal and when i entered the otp the amount got deducted from my account but the window showed a php error and i have contacted the merchant and they assured me that they didn't receive the payment. Please send some information regarding the payment status and if the payment is indeed stuck then please notify me on this mail that in how long will th payment get reverted back to me.

                                        I had made purchases via my debit card on caratlane. I had cancelled those
                                        Orders after a few days. They stated that they have sent the refund via their payment gateway payu.

                                        I then received emails from email id [protected]@payu. Im stating refund is being processed for all the cancelled orders on jan 29 and 30 via
                                        Payu reference ids [protected],
                                        [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                        however it has been more than two weeks of business days and i still have not
                                        received the refund in my bank account.
                                        PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
