    What the hell is this. I order 3 one piece frock and i got sarees of extremely worst quality. Are you selling wrong product by illustrating custromers. I want the product same as i ordered or refund my money back. The frock was beautiful abd flashed on the facebook with a combo, we thought, we will get the same order as we ordered but this is the thug. I think everyone are getting wrong product and you just sjow nice nice profucts people order and send whatever you want. I just wanna say that refund the money or give the same product which i placed the order.

    I have booked 4 tickets on irctc app using my debit card through payumoney gateway. I cancelled these tickets on 22 dec 2018. On app it is showing the amt. Has been refunded to payumoney but the money is not reflected in bank acc. Plz refund my money.My ticket booking date is 14 dec. 2018.

      On 21 december 2018 i have booked train ticket in irtc site but unfortunately ticket not booked but money deducted from my account. I called irtc helpline number but they said payment is pending from payumoney. I cannot book my ticket and also lost my money. The payment is pebding from payumoney, i received a mail from irtc stating that irtc have no provision for refunding because the payment is prnding from bank end.

        I have booked train ticket from lucknow to chandigarh on irctc, on19 December .The train number is 12231.my transaction ID number is [protected].my transaction amount is 2040. it has been deduct from my bank amount and after 5 to 8 it has not been refunded to my bank account.so I request to see my problem and work up it as soon as possible and refund my amount 2040 rupees to my SBI bank account .Give the details on my mobile number [protected].

          I tried tobook ticket through irctc and use payment gateway of payumoney on 15th december 2018 but due to some reason it failed to book seat but amount debited and on 16th dec'2018 irctc said refund completed but i had not still receive any amount refunded on my bank account. I had try to communicate with payumoney help line several time but they don't help me.

              This shouldn't be happening. Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.
              In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the dispute process.

                I have cancelled irctc tickets which were booked through payu money, irctc had refunded 2895.0 rupees to payumoney on 3rddecember 2018.
                I havent received the money in my account.

                Please look into matter

                I checked with irctc about my refund status, they mentioned that they already refunded my money to the original payment mode which is payumoney.

                Irctc provided bank transaction id - 7405663838833718873617
                I tried calling payumoney customer care, but there is no customer care service for payumoney.

                This is really frustrating.. Pls help me on this..

                        I have booked a train ticket from Hubli to Kalaburagi via IRCTC app through PayU Money gateway. Amount has been debited from the bank but IRCTC didn't receive the amount. They have quoted reason for failure as NO RESPONSE FROM BANK. Now they updated the status as LATE CONFIRMATION RECEIVED FROM BANK ON[protected]. So please resolve the issue and refund the amount.

                          I have tried to book a ticket for train number 16236 tuticorin express. My sister was planned to take journey on january 2 2019. So i booked a ticket from irctc mobile app. Amount was debited from bank with transaction id : [protected]. Ticket was not booked yet so i tried in an alternate payment method and booked it. I had recorded a query regarding this issue to irctc. They replied that they didn't get any amount in such case with the above transaction id. They guide me to contact ur customer care team. So kindly refund my money which was taken for that transaction.

                            I payed amount rs 1995.0 from my account to merchant name attri retails pvt. Ltd on 19/12/2018 and my payment id is[protected] but my transaction dropped.
                            I submitted my complaint to attriretails but money was credited to their account and i also got mail from payumoney regarding my transaction. I often do shopping from attri retail but this problem occurred for the first time.

                                  Refund from avenue 11-

                                  Avenue 11 says that they have refunded my money through payu, but till date i have not received the amount. The refund is done on 21-nov-18 as per avenue 11.

                                  The details are as under:

                                  We have already initiated the refund of your amount rs.428 and you will be receiving the amount within 5-7 business days.

                                  Both of you are trying to escape by putting the blame on one another and inturn trying to cheat the customer

                                  both Payumoney and avenue 11 are fraud companies.Both are working in partnership to not refund amount back to customers. Please do not make any online payment to both of them else you will surely loose your money.

                                        I have booked one ticket on 8th dec, 2018 pnr [protected].
                                        I cancelled the ticket as well on the same day.in irctc portal it is showing refunded and the bank is payumoney. But i have not got any refund.
