I have paid DPS Vijayawada fees on line on 11/12/2018. the amount was debited twice from my account vide payment ID nos[protected] and 20167795 at the same time at 5.39 pm. In fact I have tried for 2nd time after ist time session is expired . But the two payments were debited to payumoney. pl check and refund the amount to the source bank.

    May i know how to transfer the money from payumoney to bank? Many of the blog says we should create a wallet but in my case wallet is disabled.
    Even i tired multiple time to reached 24/7 customer support. No one picking the call.

    I[censored] need more information about the transaction please let me know.

    I heard from merchant that the amount 805 rupess already sent to payu money.

      Hi people, payu team,

      I have raised a complaint about a transaction made on september 6th of 2018- that failed but we never got the refund until now. It's 3 months past and they keep saying that the money would be refunded but that never happened.

      After numerous calls with the customer care they came back on dec 5th of 2018 saying that they would refund. Please refer to the link below which has all the details regarding the complaint.

      After relentless efforts, the money was finally refunded on January 7th 2019 after 4 months from the date when the issue was raised.

        Hi,

        I have done transaction of rs.100 in easycommute with gateway is payu on 16/11/2018.
        Transaction id: p1811162002080133773984) of ₹ 100 with payu.
        Trasaction failed but 100 not refunded to my bank account.
        I tried to contact easycommute but they are also saying that transaction is failed and they are saying automatically reverted in the same payment mode, it din not happened.
        And i did not find contact info of payu.
        Please help to resolve the issue

        I have done payment through PhonePe app. As phone pay is mentioned that, they are saying transaction is successful. I have shared the screenshot.         I need one confirmation from you.
        I have done 2 transactions through payUMoney on 16 Nov 2018. From my PhonePe account money debited for 2 transactions, And phonePe mentioned that Money transferred to payU in both the transactions.

        Tickets cancelled but not refunded yet.
        ..On 29nov18 I booked 2 tickets FROM NZM TO VSKP SAMTA EXPRESS, PNR NO_[protected]. AMOUNT rs.4110.

          My marchant id-6397786, i complain many times about refund issue then same resolution 7-10 days it will take. But it show ^refund completed^ but i did not get any of money.             Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

            In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

              I made 3 transactions each of rs.47, 499/- for purchasing some items from venus jwellers on 5th december from axis bank credit card ([protected]) & last one from icici bank credit card ([protected]) & first 2 were failed & those 2 were generated through axis bank credit card link with savings
              Account ([protected], ifsc:utib0000220) name saikat sen. Request to refund rs.94, 998/- (2xrs.47, 499/-) which were failed but amount were debited from credit card ([protected]) last transanction which were made through icici bank credit card ([protected]) was successful & got id :[protected]. Request to refund first 2 failed trannscation amt rs.94, 998/- (2xrs.47, 499/) which were made through axis bank credit card (Card no:[protected]) at earliest.

                    On august 11th 2018 i have received an email from payu money for chargeback request as customer may want to take chance to get his money back.
                    Same day i have sent the invoice of service taken by customer to payu money but i didnt get any response from there end.
                    Now when i made a call back request on pay money on this issue there representative said me that this chargeback request is made in customer favour.
                    I dont know why, i already submitted the documents and bill of service taken by customer. I am suffering from big loss now due to this issue.
                    Please take mandatory action against this issue.

                    I have submitted all the relevent documents to payu money including customer Final bill, his hotel bill, his Hotel Vouchers. which shows you that customer has taken the service from us and for that only he is doing the payment .
                    I dont know how bank has rejected our documents or what documents bank want .
                    It was a very bad experience for me with Payu Money . Thank God it was just 16K ...

No proper communication is there from their end. I don't think this is the right company to deal with. Small companies always take profit by blocking others money. Payumoney is just on of them.

                            I have recently wanted to book ticket on irctc through payumoney, i even made the payment but i my ticket wasn't booked, the error message showed pending from bank end and failure reason was no response from bank, i contacted the bank and they said the money got debited.

                              I am merchant on payunow, i collected some amount on 5-nov-2018, and payunow updated that amount status as "payment deposit on hold - contact us to resolve". I contacted them multiple times through mails but they keep on saying 10 working days, but it's already crossed 25 days and there is no customer contact number. First almost got 11000 rs payment which will be trasfer by payunow but they did nt. They madebit on hold but after 1 month they started refund process.. But still i did not got any refund money.                                         Hi Team,

                                        One of my friend's has made a payment of 8442 rupees through PayU gateway using ICICI Credit card on 6th of September 2018 to buy tickets from 'http://greenoceanseaways.com/tickets/portal' . However the transaction was unsuccessful but the amount was deducted from his account. Now the following has been done.

                                        1. We have got in touch with the Merchant 'Green ocean' asking us to refund the money, for which they say that the amount has been charged back to us. (REFERENCE: Merchant copy which PAYU gave to merchant)

                                        2. Now the only choice we have been left with is having endless calls and escalations with ICICI credit card customer service section asking them for a refund. (It has been almost 2 and half months from the date of transaction.)
                                        They comeback with a different receipt stating that the transaction done was indeed successful. (REFERENCE: Copy which PAYU gave to ICICI Bank)

                                        ONE STRANGE THING: Both the pictures are screenshots of attachments sent by PayU company, one stating that the amount has been charged back and one saying the transaction is successful. Refer to red color highlighted text.

                                        PayU, I ask you, are you trying to dupe both the merchant and the consumers too? Beware that a complaint has been raised in RBI (Reserve bank Of India) too about this.

                                        CUSTOMERS using this gateway 'payumoney.com', do not use this for online transactions. I shall go further and file a complaint against the same.

                                        Care to answer why different receipts / proofs are submitted? WHY?

                                        This still did not happen. The transaction was made on September 6th 2018, it's more than 3 months past now and we are still waiting for the refund to happen.

                                        2. The ICICI bank transaction ID (NOT YOUR PAY U ID), which was generated while transferring the amount to the respective ICICI bank, including the screenshot in a pdf format, of the transaction made .

                                        So that we can contact the ICICI Bank using the same transaction ID, and confirm if your reply is a valid one.

                                        We have contacted the merchant on Sept 6th itself and they have given us the copy that you are holding back the money. How dis-trustful you can still become?
