Hi all,
I recently paid my bbmp property tax online via http://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in for[protected]. I paid around 25000. I paid through upi and received a received a status like "your transaction, check after two hours for payment status." after two hours my payment was successful. But my first payment amount is not yet returned. Bbmp simply put the disclaimer "bbmp is not responsible for any double/ excess payments." by looking at this i feel that bbmp know that online payment surely will fail for more then one time. I tried all contacts given in website. I tried to given grievance, it is not allowing to give grievance for 2017-18 payments. So i dont have option now, need to go bbmp office. Simply i could have paid in bbmp office, instead of making cashless transaction. I wonder when i will get my duplicate transaction amount back.

I tried all contacts given in website. I filed a grievance BBMPT[protected] And BBMPT[protected]. So i dont have option now, need to go bbmp office. I could have paid in bbmp office, instead of making cashless transaction. I wonder when i will get the refund or whether will I.

Sir money is debited from account it show from your side successful but same tranction money for paid that agency it show tranction failed .but tranction from your side successfully processed. Sir how it possible. Sir please take in needful action

      A transaction processed on merchant name (Rathira ayurveda) bearing merchant order id (333416) for purchasing '10 days days hair oil'.

      The payment id:[protected] on 20.11.2018 at 19:55 hrs. However, the transaction dropped and an amount of rs.899 got debited from my bank account. The relevant screenshot is enclosed below for your reference.

      As per the payu money policy, it is confirmed that refund takes upto 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in consumer bank account (Excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays). My transaction dropped on 20.11.2018, but there isn't any response so far from payu money.

          I have done two transactions using payumoney to make payment to mind research foundation panchkula. 1st payment was done on 24.11.18, payment id[protected] of rs 650/-. 2nd payment done on 25.11.18, payment id[protected] of rs 650/. I received success payment messages on mobile, but beneficiary said that they have not received payments on both occasions.

          Which i used to make payments to them.

          Is this type of service being provided by payumoney where customers amount is debited, but never credited to beneficiary? Is this payumoney's another way of earning/robbing money from customers?

          Please provide me any proof such as screen shot of credit to merchant's account, so that i can sue them in court.. They are denying the credit of both transactions. I need a proof or else I have to move to consumer court.

                I have been refunded an amount of 3500 from payu on 21-11-18 with reference number[protected]. This amount was paid by me to headphone zone, 0n 18th and later refunded to me on the 21st as the product was unavailable.
                Sir, i humbly request you to look into the issue and help me by having the amount credited to my account. I've already spoken to the branch, and the helpline, but they were unable to help.

                Hi Vijayan,

                If the amount has not been refunded yet, I'd suggest you to proceed legally if feasible for this.

                PayU customer service isn't so consumer friendly and will never resolve the issue.

                It has been 3 and a half months now and my money is not refunded yet. They keep saying that money is charge backed but they send you no proof validating the same. Highly suspicious behavior.

                When asked about the following very clearly you came up with PayU ID's which cannot be considered as a valid
                information for reference and proofs nor can be checked with ICICI .

                1. The date on which the charge back was raised.
                2. Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction from your side- proof that you transferred the money to us.
                3. The ICICI bank transaction ID (NOT YOUR PAY U ID), which was generated while transferring the amount to the respective ICICI bank, including the screenshot in a pdf format, of the transaction made .

                Now if this is not resolved, I will be filing a case in District Consumer court.

                        I had completed payment to adani electricity from payumoney gateway and had got a email confirmation from payumoney on 30th october.

                        The amount has not been receievd by adani electricity and i also did not get any payment confirmation from adani electricity. I have been now charged late payment charges also as thr payment was not processed by payumoney.

                          Booked Ticket on IRCTC using Payumoney amount debited INR
                          370.49 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. IRCTC anyway unable to sya anything as their System is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. The Message received from my bank as below:

                            I had partially cancelled my ticket on the 19th of october 2018 and cancelled the ticket completely on the 20th october 2018. This is to bring to your notice that i still haven't received a refund for the same. I have received a partial refund amount of rs 1025 but another refund of rs 1025 is still pending. It shows status refunded in my refunds in irctc app which means irctc has refunded it back to payumoney. Please look into the matter and get my refund processed for the same. Please find the details about the ticket pnr no, transaction id below. Please note the total refund amount was rs 2050 but only a partial refund of rs 1025 is received. Please process my refund as soon as possible as it has already been over a month since irctc refunded it to u. I am attaching screenshots to further support my claim.

                              On November 5 I had booked railway ticket using ur site. But the tatkal ticket is not booked. However the amount deducted from my account.                                     I made a payment of rs 5000 for booking my new jawa bike. The transaction was done thru payumoney gateway. The payment says it is successful but when you click on view details of the payment in payumoney customer dashboard it shows money with payumoney in status. That means, the payment reached just payumoney and not my merchant.

                                    I can also see release payment option for this transaction. If it is true that my payment is sent to merchant already, then why am i seeing that option of release payment for that transaction. I think it makes sense.

                                    Inspite of sending a number of mails to the customer care email id, they just send one common mail that "payment is successful and contact merchant".

                                    If it is successful why does it show money with payumoney. I sent even the screenshots of my dashboard. But when they have decided to cheat and take my money why would they even bother to check the screen shots.

                                    Worst part is head of the care team also replies the same mail. He / she also copy paste the same mail.

                                    My account reference number is igaetwokj7.

                                    Transaction took place on 16th november 2018.

                                    I want my amount back into my source account as i can still see that the money is with payumoney only/
