I have booked a ticket in irctc from your payment mode on 10th oct 2018 but still the payment is pending from your end and the amount for rs. 210 has been deducted from my account. The amount of the ticket has not been submitted to irctc. I have to go on journey on 12th oct 2018 so i have booked another ticket now. Please refund the amount of rs. 210 the transaction id is[protected] and reservation id is [protected].

          I have to inform you all that payu money is totally fraud and they are not even respond in 24 hours, they are giving reponce after your bunch of email and after that they are simple text your document is not verified and taking money from users and dont settaled, i have to complain agaist payu money that refund my money and close my account, you people are fraud and cheaters, better refund my money and shut your compnay down if you guys cant resolve the customers problem, they have dont mind that all customers are runnig business and if they cant get proper answer on time than what is the meaning o[censored]sing that kind of services.

            I booked tickets of inr 1560/- on irctc website through payu money gate way, the amount was deducted from my account ……….1204 but the irctc website is showing "pending from bank end". I confirmed with my bank that money has been deducted and even i got message of deducted amount.

              Please do not make any payments via citruspay or pay u money, as they do not reverse the transaction. I made a purchase on 2017, i tried contacting them many times but no use. They said to me that they are unable to contact the merchant and they keep asking me to send emails to their concerned team, to be honest which is of no use at all, in short they were unable to solve the problem. They even provide payment gateway service for fraudulent companies online for scamming people's money, they mostly loot people online thinking that they do not waste their time for complaint or file a case against the company.

                I tried to book a train ticket through payumoney today on an irctc app of indian railways. I paid for this transaction via my visa credit card. Although the payment got deducted from my card but the ticket did not get booked. I haven't got the money back into my account yet.
                Please let me know by when my moneybwill be returned.

                              I was buying online grocery from luluwebstore.. I paid using paypal on july 27th twice transaction failed and i just got one refund.. For the first one paypal showing successful transaction to payumoney with transaction id p1807272115419065193324 but luluwbestore didn't get the money..                                 I had cancelled a ticket on irctc. My pnr no. Was [protected] and i had cancelled ticket on 13 september 2018. Irctc says that they have refunded the amount of 570 on 14th september only. But today it is 24th of september but i haven't recived the amount yet. The payment gateway was through payumoney gateway. Pls return my money. Transaction id is 75503728258022889047182. Please tell me where is my money.. If it has been refunded then where has it been refunded?

                                  I had done a on line payment for my electricity bill on 6th september 2018. The amount was already debited from my account but unfortunately the transaction got failed. The payment i'd[protected].
                                  Satyapal is giving me false statement that the team is working on the same. It almost 13 working day now from the date of failed transaction.

                                  Kindly do the needful so that i can get my money back in my account.
                                  Hope for a positive revert.

                                    I have booked two ticket on september 18th irctc using my visa card as unable to meet atleast one lower birth, amount debited and its in failed trsnsaction. Irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumpp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

                                        I have done transaction twice on 10 sep to lenovo laptop company for extended warranty offer but first transaction was failed but again i have done second transaction but it was also failed and money were deducted twice from my sbi bank account and according to payu 10 day refund policy money is not been transferred in my account so pls refund my money.

                                        Did payment on 30th August 2018 for Reliance energy bill Payment ID[protected] through Payumoney gateway by SBI credit card.
