I have been using payumoney since march this year. It was okay till the month of august, when suddenly one of my customers raised a chargeback request even after getting services from me. It was a false chargeback, and i have mailed payumoney two times during their own investigation, the email where the customer himself mentions he has received the service against payment. But payumoney would not read to any thing on my part, they only believe in "customers" and "merchants" however its the merchants who fills their pockets with the commission charge.
Now payumoney has deducted the entire amount of 2000/- which was the chargeback amount, falsely claimed and charged by the customer from me. They have deducted it from the new payment that i got from my other customers, and now just check the email below, they have said the investigation itself will take 120 days, which is 4 months to get any details from the bank and only after that they can think of any kind of credit to my account of 2000. So my 2000 is gone, i have given the customer service, payumoney deducted their commission from the 2000, and now again they have kept full 2000 from my account to their account.
Can you imagine 4 months to just check if the chargeback is true or false? When provided proof from my end, it does not suffice, payumoney trusts only the customers, not the small time sellers and merchants like me and you.
Ban payumoney. This kind of behaviour is to be condemned. You dont read the story on my side, then who is going to read it? No benefits of working with payumoney and in the end they confiscate the money and the merchant never gets it.
Case number 03497836, chargeback was against transaction id[protected], if payumoney representative got anything to say, do mail me on my registered number. But dont give me some excuses, i know what you could have done once got the confirmation proof of services. Just because we use your services, and you have the upper hand does not mean you will always exploit the merchants. From now on, for my business no more payumoney. Thanks for so much of "great" services.

I did not get the money, and i have provided the service, so i should get my money, Payumoney do you insist me to move to the court to settle the issue? Or will you legitimately provide me the money instead of talking crap and doing nothing?
Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayUmoney Payment Id - 209690748 at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.
