I have booked two ticket on september 18th irctc using my visa card as unable to meet atleast one lower birth, amount debited and its in failed trsnsaction. Irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumpp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

    I shopped in rowme and transferred money from my tez account, money is debited from tez but rowme hasn't received, how will i get my money back? Please resolve. Where has the money gone now, to tez or my my sbi account or to rowme shopping, they say that they didn't receive money, but where the transaction has stopped. And will i be able to be credited

      I have done transaction twice on 10 sep to lenovo laptop company for extended warranty offer but first transaction was failed but again i have done second transaction but it was also failed and money were deducted twice from my sbi bank account and according to payu 10 day refund policy money is not been transferred in my account so pls refund my money.

      Did payment on 30th August 2018 for Reliance energy bill Payment ID[protected] through Payumoney gateway by SBI credit card. Twice the payment got failed but amount deducted from card.(rs 4370 deducted twice) Kindly look into matter and proceed refund for the same.

        I have done a transaction through credit card to rta to apply for driving license of rs977. 30/- on[protected] and the transaction was failed but amount has been deducted. I contacted the punjab national bank credit card customer care and they confirmed me that the amount was settled from their side. It was also clearly mentioned in the credit card statement that the amount was deducted to payumoney and there was no refund from your side. So please refund the amount as soon as possible.

            I have been using payumoney since march this year. It was okay till the month of august, when suddenly one of my customers raised a chargeback request even after getting services from me. It was a false chargeback, and i have mailed payumoney two times during their own investigation, the email where the customer himself mentions he has received the service against payment. But payumoney would not read to any thing on my part, they only believe in "customers" and "merchants" however its the merchants who fills their pockets with the commission charge.

            Now payumoney has deducted the entire amount of 2000/- which was the chargeback amount, falsely claimed and charged by the customer from me. They have deducted it from the new payment that i got from my other customers, and now just check the email below, they have said the investigation itself will take 120 days, which is 4 months to get any details from the bank and only after that they can think of any kind of credit to my account of 2000. So my 2000 is gone, i have given the customer service, payumoney deducted their commission from the 2000, and now again they have kept full 2000 from my account to their account.

            Can you imagine 4 months to just check if the chargeback is true or false? When provided proof from my end, it does not suffice, payumoney trusts only the customers, not the small time sellers and merchants like me and you.

            Ban payumoney. This kind of behaviour is to be condemned. You dont read the story on my side, then who is going to read it? No benefits of working with payumoney and in the end they confiscate the money and the merchant never gets it.

            Case number 03497836, chargeback was against transaction id[protected], if payumoney representative got anything to say, do mail me on my registered number. But dont give me some excuses, i know what you could have done once got the confirmation proof of services. Just because we use your services, and you have the upper hand does not mean you will always exploit the merchants. From now on, for my business no more payumoney. Thanks for so much of "great" services.

Or will you legitimately provide me the money instead of talking crap and doing nothing?

              Hi! I had booked train tickets through irctc on 03.09.2018, but 2 times transactions failed, the transaction id are [protected] and [protected], but the money was deducted, it has not yet been credited to my bank account, where as the status shows "amount credited to bank" and the name of the bank is "payu money", it has been 2weeks and still the money has not been credited to my bank account. A total of rs.5590 is pending, kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                  I have booked train tickets in irctc with my syndicate bank rupay card and through payumoney gateway. And for some reason i have cancelled it on the same day i. E 30/aug/2018. I have waited about two weeks and still haven't got my refund back to my account. The irctc status says money has been refunded and the bank name is payumoney.. By seeing that i have even created an account in payumoney and it shows nill in my wallet... What to do..???

                      On 03-Sep-2018, i ordered for visiting cards on "www.printasia.in" website and payment of Rs. 159/- was also made against reference no: "BIL/ONL/[protected]/PAYUMONEY/PayUMoney", payment was deducted from my account but till date any kind of voucher code and ordered material also not delivered yet. It is requested to look into to the issue on priority and help to resolve the same.

                          I was booking rail ticket through irctc. Transaction failed from irctc but it was debited from your end. And i had not receive my refund yet.
                          Transaction id: [protected]. Refund as soon as possible. Customer are loosing faith if all these things happen.

                          I used my IDBI internet banking for making payment in IRCTC website through PAYU MONEY. Amount of Rs.200 got deducted but ticket is not confirmed.. Irctc says payment pending.. But amount is not even refunded to my bank account. For reference am attaching the screenshot of trasaction details.
                          I have not received any veiws on my channel and I have paid 700 rupees for 12000 veiws but I have not received any veiws on my Video so refund me my payment slip is below

                            मैंने nios में एडमिशन फॉर्म 31-अगस्त-2018 को सबमिट किया और 2 बार फ़ीस भी पेमेंट किया जो की payu/payubiz के गेटवे से किया गया था, लेकिन दोनों बार फीस काटने के बाद रिसीप्ट नहीं आई और फीस बैंक से डेबिट होगये, मैंने कई बार इ-मेल भी किया इस बारे में लेकिंन कोई भी जन करी नहीं दी गई, और ना ही हेल्प लाइन नंबर कभी नाह लगता है, और अब अगर मई फीस पेमेंट करने की कोशिश करता हूँ तो फीस 700 रुपये लेट फीस दिखा रहा है जो की पहले 400 रुपुये था कृपया करके या तो फीस रिसीप्ट जरी कर दिया जाये या तो फीस रिफंड किया जाए ताकि मै दोबारा फीस भर सकू

                              I applied for s. O. L. Admissions 2018 and paid rs.3574 on[protected] that has already been deducted from the bank account but the fees receipt and the id card has not been generated for the same in the end process so i need urgent help to generate it or for the safer side i want to know the procedure for refunding the entire amount as soon as possible.

                              Sir i make a payment of Rs13, 252.01 from payumoney through college link given http://www.shyamlal.du.ac.in/payment on 07/08/2018 refrence no-454812, but the oayment didn't reflect in college account.
                              It debited from my account on 7th of August, 2018, please check with your account & credit the same.

                                I booked train ticket transaction from Irctc connect app from PayU gateway, amount got debited but irctc showing no response from bank. Please refund my money. Ticket only not booked but PayU money replied to one mail as transaction done successfully so ask irctc. If payment done to irctc means ticket should book but ticket not booked, still tickets are there to book. Worst payment gate way. Why irctc still keeping like this payment gateways after these many complaints also. Worst please return my money

                                Actually ticket only not booked to cancel, irctc.co.cin saying no response from bank side so not booked the ticket.
                                You are telling the lie actually when the transaction is going on that time only it is not shown as payment successful. then how you did payment successfully.?

                                I'm going to raise complaint in consumer help desk if you resolve properly and earliest. give me some proof of successful payment if payment done means.

I am writing this mail today on 1st september because when in june i contacted them the had told me to wait and assured me that they would call me so i was waiting and after some day i forget.                                     I have submitted my ignou fee for admission on at first transaction got cancelled but second time through payumoney purchase it gets done.
                                    after a few hours, I had received message from my sbi bank that there was two transaction of 5600. one was for ignou and another was a purchase worth 5600 on PaymentsPayU. so I want a refund as at the time of transaction I do not have any payu account I have done it online at the time of payment for ignou. it was a mistake so I want my money back in my account.                                         I used payu for making a transaction of inr 2943 for a purchase.

                                        Unfortunately my order dint go through and now my money is stuck. They have not made any contact except providing the payment id.

                                        I have no idea how long will it take. I have been calling them, sent g email but no reply.

                                        Ihave no option but to wait for their response. Reading all these horrifying comments it feels such a rip off.
