An employee of payumoney called and got my debit card details
And did fraud online transaction from my bank account

He got details from me and did 2 txs of 6000 and 10000 to vin*phonepe pri

He got my debit card details from me saying that it was needed to refund the money for my another complaint about bescom bill

I have lodged fir and going to cyber police for the same who will get it done
But i want if your payumoney team will respond and give me the money back 16000.

Also, in this unforeseen situation please raise your query to your bank that has issued your Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank or the nearest cyber cell and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

The number was invalid later when i called on the same after 5 mins of fraud transactions

    I have made a purchase of parag gupta pen drive classes yesterday and after successfully making the payment i received email confirmation as well. However, upon enquiring with the merchant they denied that they have not received any payment and the order i made was cancelled due to non receipt of payment. But the patment has already been deducted from my credit card. Below are the particulars of payment :-

    3) payment id[protected]

    Please resolve my issue - either refund my amount or deliver me the product i ordered

      I made online payment of rs. 8672.80 towards my electricity bill through sampark centre, chandigarh. After making the payment, i did not get the receipt. However, i got the sms from you that my bill is successfully paid. I wanted the receipt so i went to your site where you have written that if receipt is not generated, one can get duplicate receipt by entering the reference no. Sent by you in the sms. Here starts the problem. The site asks for the receipt no. To generate duplicate copy. But where is the receipt no. You have sent an id no.in the sms which is of no use to the customer. Kindly tell me the solution. This has happened many times with me due to your slow server. Details of my transactions are as follows:

        Please update the correct bill details on website.
        Even today it is showing old bill for the month of June, I have attached the same.
        The website need to show the bill of current month, and not previous month.

        Some from PayU team or consumer complaints board sent me a fraud mail and called and took my debt card details and did fraud txn. How can it be done.? The mail subject was "bescom" so i trusted and shared the details
        He too 10000 and 6000 from my account. Can Payumoney find out and refund it ?

        Ok, I will confirm the same from BESCOM.
        Also, please provide the correct bill details, instead of and older bill.

        Even today, in website it is showing the bill of June.

              2. They have send me payumoney link to deposit the 50% of there monthly fees.
              3.Thereafter i have transferred rs 5000 with the link.

              5.When i visited the website given by them, i came to know that the company is fraud.
              6.Please help me in getting back by money and stop any further payment to this merchant from any customer.

                One of our customers asked for refund and the PayuMoney customer care asked for transaction details and we shared it. It has been more than 10 days we have not heard back from them. There is no refund option in out transaction pages to do it ourselves. No customer care number. Leave a query they do not get back to you. PayuMoney damages the credibility of our organisation. The service is pathetic.

                  I have paid ₹417.7 for Visveswaraya Technological University via net banking through PAYUMONEY in the favour of my Provisional Degree Certificate from the same.

                      I have been contacting them via different helpline numbers provided and also emailed them but there is no response except from automated mails. I had to receive a refund from bhalerao enterprises on saturday but i have not received it yet.

                        I have already submitted a complaint and received a complaint id which is 03113259 BUT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FROM YOUR OFFICE NOR HAS MY ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED.

                          I tried to book a ticket in IRCTC. I choose payu money for payment. The amount was deducted from my bank but it was not refelected to irctc. Payment bwas failed.                             Semester fee payment through payu transaction failed but amount 4146.80 deducted..its a big amount please help...the transaction id is[protected] ...transaction done on 17th july 2017...urgently need the money to pay my fees..this is huge problem with payu ...I do not know what to do next.this is an important payment as it is a matter of phd fees payment at University of Hyderabad

                                While booking a ticket through Irctc.co.in, i made my Payment through PayUmoney gateway as i found it easy (though i dont have any account with payu money). But later had to Cancel my ticket as it was not confirmed.
                                Now, the IRCTC Refund status shows that the payment has been REFUNDED with the bank name: PayU Money.
                                Kindly help and let me know how to get the refund back in my account.

                                The Complain has already been raises via PayU money website but no action has been taken till now.

                                      Money is debited from account, but ticket is not booked. Showing status problem at the bank end. Please tell me the solution to this problem.
