I need to know when will the amount be refunded back .
Do solve this issue as soon as possible by the earliest

I purchased two bottles of medicine from health mug on 11th of July 2018.
Till today not received .
Twice I called they replied within 48 hours you get.
Now they says it's delivered to wrong adress.
Not my problem you send me my stuff immediately.
It's between courier services and you am loosing my patience.

1. I have received call from "investment india financial services" on "18.07.2018" regarding share market investment advice from following number "[protected]", name of caller is sandeep(as told by caller)
2. They have send me payumoney link to deposit the 50% of there monthly fees.
3.Thereafter i have transferred rs 5000 with the link.

One of our customers asked for refund and the PayuMoney customer care asked for transaction details and we shared it. It has been more than 10 days we have not heard back from them. There is no refund option in out transaction pages to do it ourselves. No customer care number. Leave a query they do not get back to you. PayuMoney damages the credibility of our organisation. The service is pathetic....

While booking a ticket through Irctc.co.in, i made my Payment through PayUmoney gateway as i found it easy (though i dont have any account with payu money). But later had to Cancel my ticket as it was not confirmed.
Now, the IRCTC Refund status shows that the payment has been REFUNDED with the bank name: PayU Money.
Kindly help and let me know how to get the refund back in my account.

Sir, actually i made a payment of 417.7 for pdc of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (Vtu), belagavi but even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc. Money is debited from account, but ticket is not booked. Showing status problem at the bank end. Please tell me the solution to this problem. I want my money to be refund. There is no response has came from the payumoney.The amount of420 is debited from my account. I want answer and my back which is debited from my account.
