I have made a purchase of parag gupta pen drive classes yesterday and after successfully making the payment i received email confirmation as well. However, upon enquiring with the merchant they denied that they have not received any payment and the order i made was cancelled due to non receipt of payment. But the patment has already been deducted from my credit card. Below are the particulars of payment :-

Please resolve my issue - either refund my amount or deliver me the product i ordered
