Hi,
I made a payment on 28th may 2018 for rs. 2065.41/-, to flavourella.com the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my account. I contacted the bank they said to wait if it is not refunded by a week raise a complaint at payment gateway service provider (Payumoney). It still shows in my dashboard that the transaction is successful and the merchant says he did not receive the money. Kindly help to sort out this transaction....

I jitendra singh had transfer rs 5500/- to wealth it global bia sbi internet bank transaction through payu money on 02.06.2018 11.52 am and payu send massage that payment is done successfully and amount also deducted from my account but excutive from wealth it global said that money is not delivered from payu money. I booked 10 tickets (2 transaction) on 3rd may which was booked. Then i cancelled the train. The irctc site states that they have been refunded with refund id's [protected] the irctc site is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not credited in my account...

Don't fall in the false promises and false service of payu. Biz & payumoney, these people are fraud. When a big amount is captured in payu they give u baseless and ridicolous excuses and hold your money. No defination and support from any side. My 47 laks is stucked with them, now i am serving them legal notice, in my next phase i will share the same with all o[censored]. I am not able to get refund from pay u & bbmp its already a month, if i visit bbmp office in btm 1st stage their is no such multiple payments done contact pay u or see bank statement for reversal

I booked 2 tickets on 19 may which was not booked but the cash was deducted. The irctc site states that they have been refunded with refund id's [protected] and [protected].in a similar case i have not received refund for a ticket booked on the 18th with refund id [protected]. The irctc site is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not credited in my account after almost 10 days...

Hello payu money i had booked the ticket on irctc but ticket is not booked and an amount has been deducted from my pnb account and a refund amount by irctc sent to the payumoney bank but there is no response from a bank. My details of all transaction are as below

I ordered a book on atithi books site through your merchant site paybiz using freecharge wallet.. My money of rs 730 got deducted... Neither order is placed nor money is refunded... Kindly look into it... Pls provide a contact number for enquiry because there is no reply to the mail i sent... Atleast let me know if the order will be placed or the money will be refunded or not... I booked tickets on 24th may '18, ndls to svdk for 22nd july'18 through pay u money option available on the irctc site. Amount of rs 4646 has been deducted from my account but the status shows that tickets are not booked. I do not have any account on payu money app. My transaction id: [protected]

I have cancelled my ticket with pnr no [protected] on 16 may 18 06.43.18 hrs. My cancellation i'd is [protected]. Till date i have not received my refunded amount. I had initiated a transaction to eazyshopee towards a payment for textbooks on 26.04.2018 through my standard charterd creditcard, which later, thats yesterday, 25.05.18, i found out that the money hasnot reached the eazyshopee.in my present creditcard statement says its paid to you but not sent to eazyshopee by you.

I booked my ticket from irctc but i cancelled it later and i made a payment in irctc by netbanking and but they pick up the amount by payumob app now i dont know wat to do. I did not recieved my amount of 4000 rs and i think i am looted by payumob. Bank refund tansaction id :[protected] refund date is 23/may/2018. On date 09 may2018. I was booking my ticket from faizabad to moradabad. With train faizabad delhi exp. For journey date 12 june 2018 after searching seat through irctc app i fillup my details and login for book the ticket but unfortunately amount rs 265+ service charge was deducted from my bank account but my ticket was not issued to me please refund my money

Sir, I have one cancelled ticket which i booked from IRCTC with PayUMoney as payment gateway. IRCTC show the money is refunded to PayUMoney but the money is not refunded to my bank account yet. Its been 3-4 days. I tried your customer care numbers but none of them is working. I am not satisfied with your service. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible. I am attaching the photos of the refund details as shown by IRCTC.

I made a payment of ₹5000 on 17.05.18 which failed but the amount was deducted from the account at 15:56 following which i made another attempt and it was successful.
