I made a payment on 26th may 2018 for rs 5598/-, to musafir.com the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from my account. I contacted the bank they said to wait if it is not refunded by a week raise a complaint at payment gateway service provider (Payumoney). Kindly help to sort out this transaction. Reference id.     I have cancelled a ticket in irctc on 11th may (The payment for which, has been done through payu). Irctc website says that the money has been credited to my bank through payu but my bank statement clearly shows no sign of credit for that amount.       I had done a payment of rs 250 to www.egrashry.nic.in.
      Transaction is failed from the merchant end but you are showing successful payment. Balance is also deducted from my account.

      Further i again done the payment from different debit card from your portal. That transaction is successful.

      Till today i had not received any refund.

              I booked 10 tickets (2 transaction) on 3rd may which was booked. Then i cancelled the train. The irctc site states that they have been refunded with refund id's [protected] the irctc site is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not credited in my account

                Don't fall in the false promises and false service of payu. Biz & payumoney, these people are fraud. When a big amount is captured in payu they give u baseless and ridicolous excuses and hold your money. No defination and support from any side. My 47 laks is stucked with them, now i am serving them legal notice, in my next phase i will share the same with all o[censored]. I humbly request not to do any business with these fake and fraud guys. I have discussed the same with anti-fraudent cell to take stunn actions againt payu.?

                    I booked 2 tickets on 19 may which was not booked but the cash was deducted. The irctc site states that they have been refunded with refund id's [protected] and [protected].in a similar case i have not received refund for a ticket booked on the 18th with refund id [protected]. The irctc site is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not credited in my account after almost 10 days

                        I ordered a book on atithi books site through your merchant site paybiz using freecharge wallet.. My money of rs 730 got deducted... Neither order is placed nor money is refunded... Kindly look into it... Pls provide a contact number for enquiry because there is no reply to the mail i sent... Atleast let me know if the order will be placed or the money will be refunded or not... Been more than 24hrs...
