    Thank you PayU team for reply. I did sent an email to [email protected] and you did confirmed amount credited to BBMP account. Also received email from ICICI confirming money has been credited to BBMP.
    But BBMP still saying I owe tax and not generated receipt for the money I paid.

            Hi,
            I have done two payments one of your merchant ( finetech research and investment advisor), but right now they are not respond me and telling that they are not receive any payment and they are not ready to give any prof regarding 14000 rs payment. They are telling talk with payumoney people about refund. Merchant told me they already refund my amount to you people but i am unable to find your customer support team. kindly help me.

            Its about approx 20, 000 i lost because of trusting Payumoney, they simply says "payment processing partner", they even don't follow basic Govt rule, How come a merchant become partner, without proper documentation. Paytm and other payment gateway, dose ekyc before on boarding anyone, its just like payumoney and merchant and joined there hand to make money, they even don't know to whom they are transferring the money,

            1) Fraud
            2) Goons
            or even Terrorist

            I dont know where this money is going.Each and every mail they ask to contact merchant, how come we can do when you as a platform provider doesn't have details.

            Govt or Police should Immediate banned and close Payumoney.

              I have contacted the seller and he confirmed again that he refunded a long ago, I sent minimum 10mails still no reply, the automatic system just saying u will be contacted by our team, after that no reply no call no mail.i think my money is gone.great country.

                Hi,
                I made a transaction on Saturday July 7 2018 and the transaction got failed. I tried emailing for refund, but it is been 5 working days now, that I have received any updates regarding the refund or the refund to my bank.
                The customer helpline number just keeps on ringing no matter what time you call and though the email response says you would get a response within 2 working days, yet to receive a response.

                    I was booking railway ticket from Mumbai to Jabalpur in peak hours at 8 am yesterday 6/7/2018 using IRCTC app, I used payumoney as usual for payment using my DBS visa debit card, but after deducting amount from my bank, windows didn't redirected to IRCTC.
                    Though ticket booking failed but transaction done to payumoney from my bank DBS, please provide me refund of money in my DBS account.
                    Details are as follows:

                              I have booked a bus ticket n was transfered to payumoney gateway, the transaction was taking too much time & by the mean time the amount has been deducted from my acount & but there was no ticket genrated, even aftr some time it showed transaction canceled.                                         They fooling people and they are the biggest scammers who are doing scam with white color and the government officials are also supporting them we filed many complaints they just say to us that the payment has been settled to the merchant and if we want refund we have to contact merchant but merchant had sent us the detailed screen shot that the amount is not settled to their account. So at it seems payumoney is the person who misguiding every one i will fight for my money back i have all the transaction id conversation mail and the recordings which they have falsely provided and misguiding me i want revert on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.
