I have done two payments one of your merchant ( finetech research and investment advisor), but right now they are not respond me and telling that they are not receive any payment and they are not ready to give any prof regarding 14000 rs payment. They are telling talk with payumoney people about refund. Merchant told me they already refund my amount to you people but i am unable to find your customer support team. kindly help...

I have applied for a training in skyfi education labs and i paied the advance of about 1500 rs.But the trainign was closed and they initiated a refund of my money.Then i got a mail from payumoney that the refund is received by them, but whn i checked my payumoney account no money was added or no details were showing.I have contacted several times by mail but they did not responded i have called their office but they did not received.Please...

I made a transaction on Saturday July 7 2018 and the transaction got failed. I tried emailing for refund, but it is been 5 working days now, that I have received any updates regarding the refund or the refund to my bank.
The customer helpline number just keeps on ringing no matter what time you call and though the email response says you would get a response within 2 working days, yet to receive a response....

Sir, actually i made a payment of 403.57 for pdc of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (Vtu), belagavi but even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc. Dear sir,

I was booking railway ticket from Mumbai to Jabalpur in peak hours at 8 am yesterday 6/7/2018 using IRCTC app, I used payumoney as usual for payment using my DBS visa debit card, but after deducting amount from my bank, windows didn't redirected to IRCTC.
Though ticket booking failed but transaction done to payumoney from my bank DBS, please provide me refund of money in my DBS account.

I was booking a tatkal ticket on 30th june at IRCTC platform using my IOB debit card via Pay u money payment gateway, the booking failed due to seat unavailability, the IRCTC says the amount is refunded to Pay u money bank, but it not reflected back in my IOB account.

They fooling people and they are the biggest scammers who are doing scam with white color and the government officials are also supporting them we filed many complaints they just say to us that the payment has been settled to the merchant and if we want refund we have to contact merchant but merchant had sent us the detailed screen shot that the amount is not settled to their account. So at it seems payumoney is the person who misguiding...

I have paid property tax via payment gateway to Mira Bhaindar Municipal Corporation on 18/09/2017, ref .no. 74332747262726182022759. Have received this years property tax bill showing pending for last year. When enquired with them I came to know that as per their record they havent received the money of Rs. 3155/-.PayuMoney office at Malad, Mumbai is closed and there is no other way to reach them....

I have booked two tatkal train tickets from nagapattinam to palakkad jn through irctc website and payment done through my debit card due to tatkal waiting our tickets was cancelled. My railway ticket amount is not refunded to my bank account it shows amount refunded to payumoney so how amount will get refund to my bank account. Hello i am upender i booked a train ticket from irctc debit card on 7 june 2018 of rs 4700 and the gate way used was pay u. Due to some reason i cancelled the ticket on 8 june 2018. Accordind to irctc they refund the amountof rs 4490 through the gateway means pay u on 11 june but no amount was created on my account as talked to my bank they are telling that they haven t receive any amount, this means the mediator pay u not credit my money...
