I requested policy bazaar for an insurance policy of hdfc-ergo for my vehicle online on 14.06.2018 and their representative mr. Anup kumar sharma (Pw03771) attended me. He asked me all the details about my vehicle, its earlier policy details etc. And when provided, he sent me a payment link as under to make the payment of rs. 11, 500/-:

He told me that as soon as i pay, the policy papers will be mailed to me on my registered e-mail id. I made the payment through net-banking and within seconds the amount was deducted from my account, but the policy was not received. So, i called him on the given number, but to no avail, he showed his helplessness and informed me that the payment was not received by them, hence policy cannot be issued.
The above payment was made thru payment link of inb payu payments pvt ltd and its transaction reference no. Is [protected]igadsrmnf9 which is provided by my banker. Policy bazaar person says that the payment has not been received by them, whereas the same has been deducted from my account by payu payments pvt ltd. You are therefore, requested to return my amount in my account instantly or transfer the same to policy bazaar so that the policy can be issued.
You are requested to look into the matter personally so that either the policy is issued or if not, i get my refund.
Please note if i do not get either of them, i will have to seek legal assistance in the matter and have to take legal action against the culprit whosoever he is.
