I requested policy bazaar for an insurance policy of hdfc-ergo for my vehicle online on 14.06.2018 and their representative mr. Anup kumar sharma (Pw03771) attended me. He asked me all the details about my vehicle, its earlier policy details etc. And when provided, he sent me a payment link as under to make the payment of rs. 11, 500/-:

He told me that as soon as i pay, the policy papers will be mailed to me on my registered e-mail id. I made the payment through net-banking and within seconds the amount was deducted from my account, but the policy was not received. So, i called him on the given number, but to no avail, he showed his helplessness and informed me that the payment was not received by them, hence policy cannot be issued.

The above payment was made thru payment link of inb payu payments pvt ltd and its transaction reference no. Is [protected]igadsrmnf9 which is provided by my banker. Policy bazaar person says that the payment has not been received by them, whereas the same has been deducted from my account by payu payments pvt ltd. You are therefore, requested to return my amount in my account instantly or transfer the same to policy bazaar so that the policy can be issued.

You are requested to look into the matter personally so that either the policy is issued or if not, i get my refund.

Please note if i do not get either of them, i will have to seek legal assistance in the matter and have to take legal action against the culprit whosoever he is.

    But it doesn't got credit to paid department i. E. Edmc.

    Surcharge will be created if payment will not credit today.

    No payment receipt is getting generated. As it shows the payment is still pending.

          This two transactions where wrongly credited to monetary solution and I want refund of 30000 rs immediately. As that company is fraud and hacked my credit card to payment to there company, I was debited twice with 17000rs and 13000rs and company is not replying to any emails and customer care numbers. Request you to take immediate action against those transaction id. And refund amount asap back to same credit card. For reference I have attached payment id of both payments . Your support will save my amount from fraud company.

          Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

          In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to your bank that has issued you Credit card/Debit card /Savings Bank. Your Bank shall facilitate you on the further process.

            I have made transaction with payu money on 9th june 2018 at 9=16pm via rupey debit card no.607089*3536 by 6499rs. To marchant account.6499 rs. Deducted from my bank account by transaction i'd number[protected] but it is not credited to marchant. For this deducted amount.
            After asking to marchant 6499 rs. Not received to merchant.
            6499rs. Credited to payu money account.
            After so many emails payu money accept that 6499 rs.in payu money.
            After payu money told me they will send refund to my bank account.
            On 15 th june payu money inform me they credited 6499 rs to my bank account via transaction i'd[protected]. But i have not received any refund from payu money to my bank account.
            Payu money shared fake transaction i'd number with me.
            When i will get refund.

              I have e ticket booked through irctc app and mode of payment was mood by pay u money with the help of my debit card but after sometime with some issues on date journey or timing i have cancelled the ticket by irctc ap and while i login in my irctc app its show that amount has been credited to my pay u money bank
              So i just wanted to know and get some instatnt help because from last from 3 to 4 days i have been trying to call tollfree number on pay u but no feedback provide but hope where i will get the accured result
              So the issues occured is that my refund status shown on irctc is directly showing that its hass been passed on to pay u money wallet
              But i first time user and not able to get proper details regarding with pay u money
              So plz pay u money team plz help me with the proper guidance and execuation

                Hello, myself [removed]; i have placed an order of england home football jersey & shorts fifa world cup 2018 (Size l 39’- 40’ inches). On sportheap.com & paid the amount of ₹ 797/- through upi app... Amount also got “debited from my bank account “! Please send the brand new product at an early date! Transaction id :[protected] paid on 14 june, 2018 ; 12:24 to payu money by bhim app!... But sportsheap.com when contacted on whatsapp said that they did not recieve any payment from payu...                 Hello, Myself [removed] ; I visited my Bank just Now & the Bank officials clarified about the amount of ₹797/- Debited from My a/c & Credited to a/c ending with xxxxxxxx4076 of payU Payments pvt Ltd. with Reference no/payment id:[protected] on 14 June 2018; 12:24. Now to put the Story in Short I visited SPORTSHEAP.COM on 14 June 2018 & decided to Buy England Home football jersey& shorts FIFA World Cup 2018 (size L) applied ALL5OFF Discount Coupon & then was directed by your Website SPORTSHEAP.COM for Payment to payU Money ; on payU money I used UPI method for Payment ; there payU sent me Request on SMS & BHIM app for payment of ₹797 which I approved & ₹797 was Debited from my bank a/c ( Punjab & Sind Bank) . All the Screenshots of Transactions & Payment are Available with me!... Since I was directed from your website Sportsheap.com to payU money & the money was Debited it is Your Lookout to Ask payU for the money transfer! I Have Paid the Money & Confirmed it with the Bank officials! ... ... If at all if any Legal action is to be taken it has be on Sportsheap.com & then on PayU Money !

                    But today it is more then 10 days and i have not received any refund.

                      Sir i made a payment of rs50 for admission fergusson college.. On 31/05/2018 and i don't get payment receipt.. I received a message of payment confirmation but instead of this college informed us that payment was not successful and i don't even got my refund as i have to submit payment receipt as a proof for getting admission pls help me.. Other wise i would be able to get admission this year..

                        On 10th June, i had made two transactions through PayU Money to book Tatkal Tickets on IRCTC websites
                        On 1st transaction amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked and refund status shows that amount of Rs. 3055 has been refunded to PayU Money but I have not yet received any money in my account.

                          Payment of rs.682 was done but the order was not placed. Payment was done through your gateway through a rupay debit card ending with 3827. The merchant name was redbus. And the order was placed on 1st june 2018. On calling the merchant redbus their executives informed that the payment was stuck at your gateway and contact you regarding the issue. The reference id is [protected]. Contact me (Avinash talnikar) regarding the issue at earliest.

                              There is a online portal, www.spicemarket.in and they are marketing spices online and collecting funds through payumoney. I had placed an order with them worth rs.642=00 and paid through my credit card on 6th june, 2018 at 17.22 as per reciept recieved from payumoney. The reciept says that reciept of the money was sagagen technology and payment id[protected].
                              On not recieving any further communication about delivery of order, i tried contacting the seller and have found that their emails are bouncing with a note that those mail ids do not exist. I tried their mobile nos as given on their web site and found that they are continuously switched off and messages have no respnse back. I presume this company to be a fraud. If the payment i made is not forwarded to them, hold back and refund to my same credit card a/c from which it was paid.
                              Please take this issue up on priority before more online clients are cheated and it becomes a scam. Notify me of further information you can provide so that i can file an fir with the police station.

                              Atleast when a client complains, its the duty of PayU team to varify if merchant is fake or genuine before the involved amount becomes a scam.Your poor response gives me a thought to refer to RBI about careless approach of asking me to varify the merchant whom i have already complained to you being fake. Anyway, i would try to check RBI regulations on "which terms the merchant operate through a payment portal without they being identified as genuine or fake".

                              Hello Team PayU,
                              Do you have any system to check if the merchant transecting through your portal is genuine or fake. In case if such system is not adopted, i would suggest RBI to suspend such financial transection. Atleast when a client is complaining, its your job to varify and check and if merchant is found fake, his transection should be stopped so that they do not cheat further.

                                I done a transaction of 20724 rs for a third party company to do some transcript for the educational certificate but due to some issue the company refunded the amount 20700 to the payumoney wallet. Since that day i am asking for the needful to transfer the amount back to my bank account when ever i am trying to activate the payumoney wallet so i can do the transaction it always showing error. Regarding this when i send email to the customer center they asked me the same thing to do again and again.

                                  I don't know how my money went to Creanovation account when I was applying fees for Ravenshaw University Form and after paying I get a message of the merchant name Creanovation Labs Private. After money being deducted from my bank account also the university page is showing that payment is not made. Refund as soon as possible.

                                        Yesterday i booked train tickets through my irctc mobile app and i completed the transaction by making the payment of rs. 3610/- through payment gateway - payumoney. The amount was deducted from my account. The screen showed that payment is successful and you will be shortly redirected to irctc website. However that did not happen and ticket was not sent to me. Upon checking irctc i found that they did not receive the money from pay u.

                                        It is really disappointing such unprofessional error happens with a payment gateway. Now i don't know will i get a ticket once this issue is resolved. I can't make a fresh booking as if this booking happens i will have to cancel one of the tickets and pay the penalty. Also it is unprofessional from both parties (Irtct & payumoney) that they do not have any helpline nos. None of the irtct helpline no gets connected. Pay u do not have any such option itself. Customer is suffering and i will not get the tickets if sold out.

                                        Pleasde provide an urgent solution for this.
