I booked a ticket on last thursday but my transaction was failed and still my money got deducted from bank account. Now when i checked in irctc refund status it says that my refund has been credited to bank payumoney. I have not received my
Refund yet. Its been a week. My refund id is [protected]. Please help me with this. When will i get my amount credited?...

    I have booked two tatkal train tickets from nagapattinam to palakkad jn through irctc website and payment done through my debit card due to tatkal waiting our tickets was cancelled. My railway ticket amount is not refunded to my bank account it shows amount refunded to payumoney so how amount will get refund to my bank account. I did not have any account with payumpp then how will i get my amount in my bank account.

    I applied for llr and make payment through payumoney after that i got a mail from payumoney regarding payment failure in that they mention that amount will be refund but still I didn't get refund.i waiting for that money to reapply.please tell me Howmany day you need to refund my money into my account?

    Your payment via TXN id 197526071 is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

      Hello i am upender i booked a train ticket from irctc debit card on 7 june 2018 of rs 4700 and the gate way used was pay u. Due to some reason i cancelled the ticket on 8 june 2018. Accordind to irctc they refund the amountof rs 4490 through the gateway means pay u on 11 june but no amount was created on my account as talked to my bank they are telling that they haven t receive any amount, this means the mediator pay u not credit my money back. Please act urgently as i need my back. I attached the photos of booked & cancelled ticket and mail from irctc for your refrence

          I have paid bbmp property tax for 2018-19 through net banking, the amount is deducted from my bank account but it is not reflecting in the bbmp property tax site. It shows the paid amount is 0.00.

          My transaction/challan number at bbmp is[protected]. The transaction is via icici bank.

          Let me know how to get it right and get my money credited to my account

              My fees deadline was within 2 days and i had to pay 70k (Approx) but after card details and typing otp payumoney was directly showing error in fees payment and giving a failed receipt
              Amount wasn not deducted but i wasn't able to pay my fees through it
              Then my college asked me to give demand draft for it
              It slowed down by admission process and it created insecurity in my application status
              Still i'm not able to pay my fees

                i was tried to contact the merchant to solve this matter.. they suggest me that was a failed transaction, amount of rs.2044.50 will refund from payumoney they also suggest do a new transaction to admit the student..please sir do better as soon as possible

                  Transactions were fraudulently done by someone using my credit card on 23rd june 18 for rs.8, 0231 & again rs.8, 023 by citi bank credit card ending 9883.

                  Please do not settle these transactions & arrange to refund to credit card.

                  Refer one of the payment id was[protected].

                  Please help in this regard and also block the user who is indulging in such fraudulent activities.

                    I have booked a ticket worth rs.700 from irtctc app on 16 june 2018 via payu money payment gateway. The transaction got failed. Because this payment gateway did not credit the amount to railways on time.

                    Later when the railways received the payment, they have returned the money back to payu money. But the payu has still not refunded my amount back.

                        Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after a 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s.

                                I have booked mobile on line on 25/03/2018 of mi india. Rs 11148.00 was debited to my account. I have used tej application of google.
                                Transaction was successful. Upi i'd no is[protected]. Merchant mi india informed non receipt of fund very late. I was following with merchant. As merchant inform non receipt of fund i contacted tej team and payu team who inform to contact issuing bank. Payu id is [protected]. Payu is informing that chargeback raised on above id and informing to contact issuing bank. But payu might have credited wrong account and not helping for recovery and pressuring axis bank for refund. Please instruct payu to refund me rs 11148.00 if they have credited wrong account
