Hello, i have made an payment of rs. 14300 vide payment i'd[protected] and 20000 vide payment i'd[protected] in name of bonanz capital.
This company is a fraud in investment. The person dealing with me is changing every time.
I have checked and this amount is still not claimed. Can u please refund me full amount to the maker asap.
Request support as this is big amount for me.

I had cancelled 2 tickets of mine from 2 of my accounts on the 5th of december since my tatkal tickets which i took out was in wl.

When i checked the refund status it shows that the amount has been sent to bank and the bank name shows payumpp whereas the bank i paid from was citibank
The tickets were cancelled and refunded on the 5th dec only and i have still not received the amount till today...

I booked a rail ticket using my debit card through payumoney getgway. I had cancelled my ticket on 28/11/12 and irctc shows they transfered amount to payummp but till now i didn't get. I mailed irctc but they didn't respond. Please resolve it

On 29/11/2017, i have made my electricity bill payment for the month of november 2017 bill through your site of rs 2160/-.
My payment reference code is :[protected]. My hdfc bank credit card has been debited for the said amount. I got an sms from hdfc bank that transaction was successful. However, you have sent a mail that transaction failed...

I was shopping with bonorganik and after paying the amount through payumoney i got a message stating 748 rupees has been spent on my credit card, i also got message from payumoney for the amount paid but after that i received a page stating transaction declined. So essentially my order did not get placed inspire of the amount being deducted for it.

I have placed an order on 10th sep 2017 and do the payment online using the credit card after getting negative feedback i requested bank to cancel my transaction and they put that transaction on disputed transaction

Hi i am shabha, i have payumoney merchant account. I have 4 successful transactions and my dashboard showing transaction amount inr3018.

Now i want to transfer it to my bank account but i am unable to add this amount to payumoney wallet. My payumoney wallet showing 0 rs.

I had transfer my money from payumoney on 05-dec-2017. But till now it is not reflecting in my account and i don`t have any contact number of payumoney to ask for the same. Once we added money in this payment getaway they are saying you can withdraw that amount after 7 days. I didt not understand what is the process of transferring money from payumoney to bank account....

On 22nd november, i paid an amount of rs 261.80 rs/- using payu money following which amount was debited from my account but the order was not placed.

I confirmed the same from my bank, they guided me that the amount has debited from their end, instead its an issue from payu.

I have mailed payu, even i called them many times but all in vain.
