I have paid electricity bill through SBI account. Money deducted from the account with transaction id [protected]IGACKPBUG8 on 22nd Nov. 2017 but the transaction failed. I did not get a refund. I contact SBI customer care and lodge a complaint with complaint id [protected] on 8th Dec. But I am suggested to contact the related merchant. And I ended up here. Please help!

      Issue is with my payment of 5k details as below:

      On 13th december:
      Amount : 5000/-

      Narration : [protected]/payumoney

      Issue: amount got deducted from bank account but it is not added in my wallet.

      Please refund the money correctly or add it to my wallet.

      Note : this is the forth time i am explaining the same issue, if not resolved i would file a consumer complaint and also make use of my twitter account too.

        I have booked ticket in irctc through payumoney, but amount debited from my icici account but ticket haven't booked, when i check status in irctc "payment failure".
        I tried 2 times, same problem.

        ID[protected] on 12/11/2017 at 6:06 PM the amount 2523.52 this was not paid to my electricity bill but amount was reduced from my credit card account.

                Hello,

                I had cancelled 2 tickets of mine from 2 of my accounts on the 5th of december since my tatkal tickets which i took out was in wl.

                When i checked the refund status it shows that the amount has been sent to bank and the bank name shows payumpp whereas the bank i paid from was citibank
                The tickets were cancelled and refunded on the 5th dec only and i have still not received the amount till today 14th dec'18. I checked with the bank but they say they have not received any amount yet

                            On 29/11/2017, i have made my electricity bill payment for the month of november 2017 bill through your site of rs 2160/-.
                            My payment reference code is :[protected]. My hdfc bank credit card has been debited for the said amount. I got an sms from hdfc bank that transaction was successful. However, you have sent a mail that transaction failed and requested me to make payment again. I have again made the payment immediately. Again. My hdfc bank credit card has been debited again for the said amount and i got an sms from hdfc bank that transaction was successful. So in fact i made payment twice. However payment is not received by the electricity supplier that is reliance energy till date. Kindly look into this urgently.

                              I was shopping with bonorganik and after paying the amount through payumoney i got a message stating 748 rupees has been spent on my credit card, i also got message from payumoney for the amount paid but after that i received a page stating transaction declined. So essentially my order did not get placed inspire of the amount being deducted for it.

                                  I have placed an order on 10th sep 2017 and do the payment online using the credit card after getting negative feedback i requested bank to cancel my transaction and they put that transaction on disputed transaction
                                  Now payumoney decline for the refund to bank and till date no reply from hypermarketkart and the same way payumoney decline for the refund the money.
                                  Now, i would like to register my complaint in the hope of getting justice.

                                    I did 1 transaction on 29th of november of rs. 5059 through payumoney my transaction id is[protected].
                                    Amount deducted from my account but i didn't received email on which i get the code for maintenance recharge.
                                    Merchant told me that i will get the refund within 48 hr. But not get any refund yet.

                                      Hi i am shabha, i have payumoney merchant account. I have 4 successful transactions and my dashboard showing transaction amount inr3018.

                                      Now i want to transfer it to my bank account but i am unable to add this amount to payumoney wallet. My payumoney wallet showing 0 rs.

                                      All transaction have status as money with payumoney. There is no option to add money in my wallet.

                                      I need this money very badly. I have already deliver services to customer according payment.

                                      Now i am unable to get this money.
