    I wanted to add. Money on payumoney wallet but got some errors two time and money not added. I saw in bank money was deducted to payumoney. Please refund my money to my account as im having problems. Customer suppoet is not replying. Please revert my money to bank account.       I have ordered few items from fitnesshubindia.com on 16th august 2017 in which he could not deliver so he refunded the money on 7th september 2017 through payumoney, but payumoney is still holding back my money as till date the 1st november 2017, i have sent many email to payumoney about the pending refund, so they asked for a bank statement in which i have given them, after that they stopped replying, i have tried contacting them countless times, and every time i contact payumoney, various excuses are given again and again which are computer generated it seem. Many people are facing the same problem and i advice everyone to stay away from such a payment gateway like payumoney! It could also happen to you.

        On 25 september 2017 i got a call for company registration they asked me to 1830rs and this money is refundable when you are not interested after 4-5 days call from to a same company and say me deposit 6000 rs for document verification bt i'm not deposit this money then they say me your registration money is refund within 15 days but about 1 month above time is taken... And now i'm calling on those mobile number is not answaring.

          I tried booking a ticket on 20/10/2017 on irctc.co.in. Money got deducted but ticket was not booked. On irctc.co.in, status is not booked and payment is showing failed.

          No money refunded; it is 11 days now... You guys are a very poor gateway... And even worse customer service. No toll free numbers. Please do the needful... Someone might need the money... You thieves.

            Hello

            I had tried to book a tatkal ticket from Krishnarajapuram to Kottayam on[protected] in Irctc website using PayU gateway using my credit card. However, due to network error the ticket was not booked, however the money was deducted from my card. The transaction id of the same is [protected]. It is almost 13 days after the transaction and the money is not credited back to my account. I would like you to look into the same and process the refund as soon as possible.

              Bought some refills from livetek india. It came as transaction failed twice. I tried the third time and payment was suvessful. But amount has got deducted thrice and refunded once.                       On 23 oct 17, 12:13 pm and and 12:16 pm i tried to pay bescom electricity bill i performed transaction for first time the transaction has failed, but i tried again i got the same error but my money was debited twice from my account for a failed transaction. Regarding this i sent mail to pay nearly 7- 8 times but each time they say they refund within 5-7 days, but still they never refunded the money, it is so frustrating because you people offer so poor service to customer. I request you to refund my money asap for the following payment id[protected] and[protected]. Please do the needful immediately.

                          Yesterday i was making payment on ola money and amount inr 599 was charged twice. I have received msg from my bank that this money is charged by payu gateway. I thought my money will be reversed in my axis bank account but still my money is not reversed yet.

                                Hi I paid Rs15000 through payumoney as donation to Kakkum Karangal, an NGO based in chennai for destitutes.
                                They have settled only Rs13000 to the NGO. Remaining Rs700 is their processing fee. The same was not mentioned during transaction.
                                They are on absolute cheating mode and does not give any toll free number on customer care. Beware of Payumoney. Fraudsters! Jimmy George C [protected]

                                  I have transferred Rs 5000 on 24 th october and Rs 100 on 25 th October to my HDFC bank account. I have still not got the amount in my bank account. Status is showing as success. I have already raised a ticket in your portal. Ticket number is 01472548 and 01474562. It is almost been a week and my money is struck with you. Could you complete the transfer immediately. I may have to raise a complaint with cyber crime if this is not looked into in a day or two please.

                                        First i have transfer 2500 to someones payumoney wallet then tge sane person returned me that money unto my payumoney and as per the yr t n c we beed to wait for 7 days for transfer wallet money to bank ac i waited tgen yesterday 23oct i have returned the 2500 to my obc bank ac from wallet but till yet i have not received that # 2500 in my obc ac. Wtf man no customer care number no reply from mail no reply on playstore review please dont take down ur company by this small issues kindly do the needful

                                        • PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
                                        • Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
                                        • First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
                                        • Transaction date along with the amount.
                                        • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
                                        • UPI / VPA if any used
