I have ordered few items from fitnesshubindia.com on 16th august 2017 in which he could not deliver so he refunded the money on 7th september 2017 through payumoney, but payumoney is still holding back my money as till date the 1st november 2017, i have sent many email to payumoney about the pending refund, so they asked for a bank statement in which i have given them, after that they stopped replying, i have tried contacting them countless times, and every time i contact payumoney, various excuses are given again and again which are computer generated it seem. Many people are facing the same problem and i advice everyone to stay away from such a payment gateway like payumoney! It could also happen to you.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [email protected] via email to assist you further -
• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
