Hi payumpp customercare,

I am narendra patel and i had to book my train ticket through your gateway but before a journey, i am canceled my ticket and irctc refund to your account but till now i am not received my amount 545rs.

Sir i have made a payment of rs;. 1030 from payumoney. Payment is successful but in merchant its shows that the payment has been failure. But the payment of rs. 1030 has been deducted from my account and in merchant its shows that payment has been pending, its not clear. Kindly help me and refund my payment of rs. 1030. I am enclosing payments details...

Even thought in refund history status shows as refunded but bank account is not credited with the same. And also the bank mentioned here as payumpp. But boocked the ticket from standred chartered bank the details of account is as follows.

I had received a fraudulent bank call wherein someone hacked into my payumoney account and used my saved card details to transfer a sum of 8, 011 on 13th Nov to their account . I had contacted payumoney immediately about this but no one answers calls. I finally had to resort to texting them on Facebook and even when the situation is this grave that message was read and I was getting the most slowest service any customer centric business would...

My name is earnivenkatesh. I have wallet balance of about rs. 100. So i made money transferred into my bank account.in the payphones transaction status shows success but i did not get that money into my bank account. For any purchases booking of movies tickets travels etc we are getting like these issues. Please resolved it as early as possible. Please help me that transaction to be successfull and also provide my money into my bank account....

I had canceled 4 tickets on 22/12/2017 and the amount of 3115 has to be credited to my account. Even after 11 days, the amount has not been received in my bank account. On the website, it is showing that the amount is been refunded and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

Sir, actually i made a payment of 403.57 for pdc of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (Vtu), but even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc. I am trying to call since last 4 month on payumoney customer support number but they are not picking my call s i am not able to get any response from their side. So im fileing a complaint in consumer...

I have made a transaction of amount rs 1013 on www.gateacademy.com for test series package and amount is deducted from bank but i recieved mail from payumoney that transaction is uunsuccessful. But they didn't refunded my amount in bank... Even they are not responding to their customer care numbers and mails i have send them to refund money. The above pnr no transaction done by payumoney i cancelled the ticket it showed ticket cancelled money transffered to payumpp bank so please transfer the money to the bank on which transaction done. Almost the transaction done before one month so please resolve the issue as soon as possible

Sir i have done transaction with my debit card and the transaction were failed but the amount was debited from the account and not refunded back yet. My payment id[protected] and date/time[protected]:19:07.0 and i am not able to contact customer care so sir please do something about it and kindly refund my money that i can able to pay my university fee....

I have booked three train ticket on irctc on 5 dec. And 7 dec. And paid by pay u money "payumpp" through bank icici bank as well as pnb. These ticket are cancelled on 10 dec. & 23 dec. Ammount are made for refund 7880 rs., till now no refund in my account received. Plz solve this matter quickly and informed me about this status...

Kindly refund the deposited amount of rs.2600 back to the same bank account that was used to deposit the money. The purpose i tried to use this app was to pay some one but it didn't go thru and also i am not able to contact customer care to help me. So finally i want my money back. The amout debited from my account while i am making a card payment via pay u money payment gateway. Immidiately i got a mail that transaction was failed and still im not getting any refund. The customer service are very poor. They wont even pick up the call or replying to the complain via mail. I want my 1029 amount back. My transaction id is[protected]. Irctc show the amount was send to payummp a/c.
But i have no payummp a/c. And when i contact payumoney customer care no.[protected] &[protected] which is provided to payumoney official site then no respose to pick up the phone. Please help us for recieved my refunded a/c.
