Sir, as i already raised a issues against the failure of recharge of jio and amount deducted from my bank account through the payumoney app, they assure me that the executive will connect me within 24hours but its been more than 26 hours but no support and help is provided from ur side kindly connect me as soon as possible, i have provided the details in ur payumoney app, as its highly confidential so im not sharing the details at here,

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have applied for madeeasy nst 2 before 2nd of jan 2018 .At that time there was option of payment through paytm. I had paid for 200 for me and another 200 for my friend .At that time no mail was sent from madeeasy to my email id .now when i am trying to login through my email id madeeasy does not recognise my email id. I don't have anything .I don't remember my password either .what can i do now .how can I download my admit card .it was a fraud .plz help me or return mine n my friend's money back.
