Yesterday i paid from my uco bank debit card. During first payment of 200 rs. It showed payment aborted at merchant site and then i made another payment of rs. 200 but again it showed same message. But the next minute i received a two mails from payumoney stating that payment was successful and balance was deducted from my bank ac. But in the made easy site its showing i payment was not done. First payment id was[protected] and second id was[protected]. Refund my amount as early as possible.

one of the payment made was accepted by the merchant today . and now the extra 200 rs . made in the other payment refund it in my account.

I have applied for madeeasy nst 2 before 2nd of jan 2018 .At that time there was option of payment through paytm. I had paid for 200 for me and another 200 for my friend .At that time no mail was sent from madeeasy to my email id .now when i am trying to login through my email id madeeasy does not recognise my email id. I don't have anything .I don't remember my password either .what can i do now .how can I download my admit card .it was a fraud .plz help me or return mine n my friend's money back.

    I would like to inform you last year friday 22 dec 2017 fake transaction has happened which was by our credit. As per my knowledge, as per my knowledge, i do not make any transaction to any merchant. But icici bank told me transaction was done by you.

    Therefore i request you to please need to perper investigate with merchant and bank. Whereby my payment rs.999 can revert to the same account.

      I got a unanimous call from a person (Mobile number is [protected]). He asked call from sbi credit card section and also he asked regarding the credit card number, ccv number & otp. Unknowingly shared the data with him by myself. So that the amount of rs 5000 has debited from my account at 1.0 p. M. Kindly block the transaction whose id is[protected]. Kindly do the needful to remit my amount as early as possible.

            So far the receiver of the payment did not start providing services even after a lapse of one full week.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I initiated transaction for payment of my south Bihar electricity but it was taking more than a minute for payment so I cancelled the same. But money from my bank account was deducted and same is not refunded back to my bank account after my cancellation of transaction.

                    I had received a fraudulent bank call wherein someone hacked into my payumoney account and used my saved card details to transfer a sum of 8, 011 on 13th Nov to their account . I had contacted payumoney immediately about this but no one answers calls. I finally had to resort to texting them on Facebook and even when the situation is this grave that message was read and I was getting the most slowest service any customer centric business would give and the payment was released to the fake merchant ! I received a reply saying that I have to deal with the merchant directly regarding refund. It is so easy to hack into a trading application and which gives 0 customer service ! They don't even verify who your money is being transferred to . None of your details are safe with them. Worst experience and horrible product !

                          Sir, actually i made a payment of 403.57 for pdc of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (Vtu), but even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc.                           Sir, actually I made a payment of 403.57 for PDC of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (vtu), But even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc. i am trying to call since last 4 month on payumoney customer support number but they are not picking my call s I am not able to get any response from their side. so im fileing a complaint in consumer forum because I'm not getting any response from their side.                             I have made a transaction of amount rs 1013 on www.gateacademy.com for test series package and amount is deducted from bank but i recieved mail from payumoney that transaction is uunsuccessful. But they didn't refunded my amount in bank... Even they are not responding to their customer care numbers and mails i have send them to refund money. For all transaction details pls see attached photos.
