Hi i am shabha, i have payumoney merchant account. I have 4 successful transactions and my dashboard showing transaction amount inr3018.

Now i want to transfer it to my bank account but i am unable to add this amount to payumoney wallet. My payumoney wallet showing 0 rs.

All transaction have status as money with payumoney. There is no option to add money in my wallet.

I need this money very badly. I have already deliver services to customer according payment.

Now i am unable to get this money.

        I had transfer my money from payumoney on 05-dec-2017. But till now it is not reflecting in my account and i don`t have any contact number of payumoney to ask for the same. Once we added money in this payment getaway they are saying you can withdraw that amount after 7 days. I didt not understand what is the process of transferring money from payumoney to bank account.

          Hello,

          On 22nd november, i paid an amount of rs 261.80 rs/- using payu money following which amount was debited from my account but the order was not placed.

          I confirmed the same from my bank, they guided me that the amount has debited from their end, instead its an issue from payu.

          I have mailed payu, even i called them many times but all in vain.

          Please process my request at the earliest.

          I made a transaction on 22nd Nov of Rs 261.80 to PTU.
          The transaction was successful from my Bank SBI and Payumoney.
          Now, bank officials and Payumoney officials are like money money has been successfully transfeered from their end.
          And thus issue is with PTU.

                        I had made a payment to visvesvaraya technological university (Vtu) of rs.2327.40 during the first attempt due to gateway timeout the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my bank account.                           The above mentioned company based at noida is most probably set up with purely fraudulent intentions. After promising assistance in travel arrangements and hotel bookings, and after collecting amount, they have become completely unapproacheable. All their contact nos. Have remained either switched off or notreacheable.. I have come across similar complaints against the same company while going through the reviews. I request you to pl. Take up the issue in the right earnest and bring them to book and do justice to all the aggrieved. Please arrange to get refund of the money paid to them from my side

                          The merchant trip4holiday is a fraud. Since the merchant was using your gateway I initiated the payment since you would never allow any fraud companies to use your gateway. Later surprisingly saw a couple of complaints against the same fraud company in this forum. Kindly help me get my refund that Ive paid using your gateway. The merchant is a fraud. All his numbers are switched off / not reachable. Request you to block them from using your gateway. He is cheating lot of innocent people like us.

It seems there is lot of complaints against your gateway for fraud transaction. Is there any backdoor deal ..I want refund . Do reply diplomatically ... like payment done and contact seller. I told seller is cheater and immediately block it and refund my money.

                            have sent you the details.. hope my issue is resolved...
                            bank reference number that i have provided is that of the succesful fees transcation for which i have recieved the reciept...i have attached that. but the transaction before that was abborted due to session expiration... so i decided to pay again and saw that the payment had been deducted twice
                            I made payment for maretghon, 300 deducted from my account but payment not done for receiver

                                I was paying 1000 rs via payumoney and 1000 rs deducted from my account. But it didn’t reached the receiver. It was showing your transaction being processed from yesterday 5.30 pm. And the transaction is[protected]. I request to refund my money of 1000rs. I request to solve my problem and refund cash to my account as soon as possible. And i would like to know what was the problem.

                                  Hello

                                  I have made a deposit in unocoin through payu on 20th novemeber 2017.

                                  Money was debited from my bank account but still no receipt of funds in unocoin.

                                  I have not received a receipt from payu also no messages no email nothing of payment.

                                    I booked a railway ticket from rajkot to ujjain through irctc website and payment done through my debit card now i cancelled my railway ticket and amount is not refunded to my bank account it shows amount refunded to payumpp so how amount will get refund to my bank account. I did not have any account with payumpp then how will i get my amount in my bank account

                                      I had done a payment to an online site for a product that is tnv collection but there was a problem i asked them to cancle the order and refund my money so tnv collection refund my money through payumoney
                                      And i have received the status of refunded of my money, but i haven’t received any amount in my bank account and its been many days now in october i got the status of money refunded but haven’t rec any amount

                                        I was making payment for my university fee made transaction twice as first was showing under process for such a long time when i opted for cancellation made transaction second time i found the transaction has been done twice now i need refund for my one of transactions on urgent basis kindly look into the matter help me for getting refund amount was 10000.
