payment refund due to gateway timeout

I lost 1000 rs from my account

I was paying 1000 rs via payumoney and 1000 rs deducted from my account. But it didn’t reached the receiver. It was showing your transaction being processed from yesterday 5.30 pm. And the transaction is[protected]. I request to refund my money of 1000rs. I request to solve my problem and refund cash to my account as soon as possible. I booked a railway ticket from rajkot to ujjain through irctc website and payment done through my debit card now i cancelled my railway ticket and amount is not refunded to my bank account it shows amount refunded to payumpp so how amount will get refund to my bank account.
