I have booked two separate tickets using payumoney as payment gateway, my amount has deducted but tickets not booked, reason was payment failure. Details are:-1. Transaction i. D. - [protected], date of booking 11 nov 2017, amount - rs. 9820/= 2. Transaction i. D. [protected], date of booking 10 nov 2017, amount - rs. 10, 400 /
The still not refunded to my bank. Please do the needful to refund my money as soon as possible. Thanks shalini piyush srivastava.

    With reference to above transaction id for the amount of 1738/- inr dated 11 nov 2017 for order placed of www.tekfusiontechnologies.com, i request you to please confirm whether you have received the above mentioned amount.

    I have had a email conversation with [protected]@tekfusiontechnologies.com with respect to the same. According to them the transaction failed due to bank error. However the payment gateway upi has confirmed that the amount has been credited to the receiving bank.

    I request you to please confirm the receipt of the amount of 1738/- inr for the transaction id p1711112053270551275454.

    Please send a confirmation mail to [protected]@tekfusiontechnologies.com of the same as they would process my order only after confirmation from you. I think they have also raised a request to payu regarding the same issue.

    I have attached for your ready reference the transaction details and confirmation message from upi that the amount has been credited to receiving bank.

    Request to take action on this issue urgently.

      I have cancelled my ticket with pnr number [protected] on 10-nov-2017 22:23:56 hrs. My cancellation id is [protected]. Till date i have not received my refunded amount. Kindly check the status. As per irctc they have already refunded the amount to payumoney on 11-nov-2017. Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.

        I have made a payment for my university of rs.400. But i did not receive the email receipt for my payment. My university demands a proof of this payment.
        I have received the sms message with the payment id, but not the email. This payment has been made in the favour of visvesvaraiah technological university.

          On 6th oct'17, i had done the transaction to hoildayplaner.com for purchase of laptop and payment of rs.9988 was made to gateway payumoney.
          Order transaction : 522696

          Amount : 522696

          Date of transaction : 06/10/2017

          Till date my product has not been delivered and there is no response.

          Following nos are available wih me of hoildayplaner from this no i had got the calls :

              I contacted the bank and they told me that they have not received the amount...

              They told me that "how can payu can have your account details cause... You transferred the amount via phonepe... So they should give back the amount to phonepe.."

              Hence i request you that can you please provide me the proof that you have transferred the money back to my account e. G reference number of the amount transferred...

              The transaction id which you are mentioning to me "arn number axi91100000000435193361509389958619" is the id which was unsuccessful and this is not the id via which you have transferred the money back to my bank or wherever..

              I request you the please refund the amount via a proper channel...

              Please send it back to phonepe..

                Irritating pay you service

                Im a merchant i used to collect payment i tried to collect payment a sum of 32, 500 but customer paid the transaction shows its failed in backend

                But customer money as deducted she called me i wrote several email and several calls they said its been auto refunded but it hasent she called her bank they said the txn is unsucessfull kindly do the needful

                This will be the last txn with the fraud company

                  I have made a purchase on website https://autodivine.com for an amount of 799 inr.
                  I have paid the money to the merchant by upi option in payumoney.
                  I have been asked to give the upi username and asked to accept the collect request by icici bank. I have accepted the request in my icici mobile app and the amount got deducted from the bank.

                  The details are

                  Upi ref. No.:[protected]
                  Payumoney payment id:[protected]
                  Amount: 799 inr
                  Merchant order number: 24123

                  The amount got deducted in my bank account and the transaction is said to be failed. I have not got the money refunded. I have no clue about what has happened.

                  I have contacted my bank whihc is icic fro which i have made the transaction and it replied me back with the folowing message.
                  "dear customer,

                  Greetings from icici bank.

                  Imps transaction of rs. 799 initiated on 26-oct-17 has been credited to the beneficiary. For more queries, pls contact the beneficiary bank.

                  Icici bank limited."

                        I booked my ticket from irctc, payment gateway was payu. The ticket didnot get confirmed so i cancelled it. It showed rs. 1935 will be refunded to your bank account in 7 working days. I checked the status of the refund, it shows that refund has been already sent to bank but till today i haven't received my payment yet.

                          I bought electric hair straightener in kreabrush.com worth Rs 4999/- on[protected]. Its order number is 5112. However, I cancelled the order on the same day. I did not get refund regarding the cancellation. I called kreabrush.com several times in the period of 2 months, They are telling that they initiated refund but money is still not deposited in my account. They are giving me these numbers as a proof of their refund initiation.

                            My company's current account is constantly being charged by payu for some miscellaneous transaction which is not authorized by our company. The amount which is getting debited is random and does not have any relation with the previous amount. This is happening since past four months and the support team is not at all responsive regarding this issue. How can they charge amount which is not authorized, it is a subject to fraud and is not acceptable. I have lost over ten thousand in the past four months and it won't stop until necessary action is taken

                                Transaction was done for made easy test series on 1st nov, 2017,
                                Money was debited from the account but transaction couldn't be cleared.
                                It was mentioned in the detail that money will be refunded but after 72 hrs also no refund statement is provided.

                                Kindly look into the matter because after refund only i can proceed with payment,
                                I will be highly obliged with your help.
                                PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I tried pay the amount via Payumoney, but the transaction has failed due to an error and the amount has been debited from my account and the oreder didn't get placed, the same has confirmed with Ebay customer care. I submitted the compliant in Payumoney, but there is no response from their end. Please refund the money my payumoney wallet.

                                  I made a online transaction of amount 34500 to mohd zishan through pay u money on 07/12/2016. Transaction id was[protected]. Balance has been deducted from my account but payment has not been made to the other party. Pay u manet team send in one mail 3 or 4days you will get your refund amount. But i am not get my amount.                                     [protected] but refund is not made yet and I talked to ebay they said that money is with payumoney.
