I contacted the bank and they told me that they have not received the amount...

They told me that "how can payu can have your account details cause... You transferred the amount via phonepe... So they should give back the amount to phonepe.."

Irritating pay you service

Im a merchant i used to collect payment i tried to collect payment a sum of 32, 500 but customer paid the transaction shows its failed in backend

But customer money as deducted she called me i wrote several email and several calls they said its been auto refunded but it hasent she called her bank they said...

I have made a purchase on website https://autodivine.com for an amount of 799 inr.
I have paid the money to the merchant by upi option in payumoney.
I have been asked to give the upi username and asked to accept the collect request by icici bank. I have accepted the request in my icici mobile app and the amount got deducted from the bank.

I made a online transaction of amount 5005.84 to kiyossk id through pay u money on 07/12/2016. Transaction id was[protected]. Balance has been deducted from my account but payment has not been made to the other party. Pay u money team send in one mail 48hrs you will get your refund amount. But i am not get my amount. Please either refund the amount back to my bank account...

I have booked my train ticket and later on i have cancelled my ticket and used your gateway for transaction and now refunded money has been refunded by irctc and they shows that money has been refunded to payumpp and i didnt get my refund back from your side.

I booked my ticket from irctc, payment gateway was payu. The ticket didnot get confirmed so i cancelled it. It showed rs. 1935 will be refunded to your bank account in 7 working days. I checked the status of the refund, it shows that refund has been already sent to bank but till today i haven't received my payment yet.

I bought electric hair straightener in kreabrush.com worth Rs 4999/- on[protected]. Its order number is 5112. However, I cancelled the order on the same day. I did not get refund regarding the cancellation. I called kreabrush.com several times in the period of 2 months, They are telling that they initiated refund but money is still not deposited in my account. They are giving me these numbers as a proof of their refund initiation.

My company's current account is constantly being charged by payu for some miscellaneous transaction which is not authorized by our company. The amount which is getting debited is random and does not have any relation with the previous amount. This is happening since past four months and the support team is not at all responsive regarding this issue. How can they charge amount which is not authorized, it is a subject to fraud and is not acceptable....

Money was debited from the account but transaction couldn't be cleared.
It was mentioned in the detail that money will be refunded but after 72 hrs also no refund statement is provided.

In payumoney transaction is failed on 03 October 2017 with payment id
[protected] but refund is not made yet and I talked to ebay they said that money is with payumoney.
And second JPU[protected] payment id[protected] is refunded by ebay on 23 october 2017 but money is not refunded yet I email on support on payumoney but reply is not made by them....

Dear sir,
My transaction id is [protected] and refund id is [protected]. Irctc show this id amount is refunded but my account is not credited. This ticket was booked by sbi master card ending with 3740.
Plz notice my query and short out as per as possible

I have cancelled my ticket in irctc on 18th oct but till its not refunded. Its more that 14 days. Please do the needfull.

I wanted to add. Money on payumoney wallet but got some errors two time and money not added. I saw in bank money was deducted to payumoney. Please refund my money to my account as im having problems. Customer suppoet is not replying. Please revert my money to bank account. I was trying to reach to their customer support but no reply and i have read too many complaints so please solve my problem.. I have ordered few items from fitnesshubindia.com on 16th august 2017 in which he could not deliver so he refunded the money on 7th september 2017 through payumoney, but payumoney is still holding back my money as till date the 1st november 2017, i have sent many email to payumoney about the pending refund, so they...

On 25 september 2017 i got a call for company registration they asked me to 1830rs and this money is refundable when you are not interested after 4-5 days call from to a same company and say me deposit 6000 rs for document verification bt i'm not deposit this money then they say me your registration money is refund within 15 days but about 1 month above time is taken... And now i'm calling on those mobile number is not answaring....

I tried booking a ticket on 20/10/2017 on irctc.co.in. Money got deducted but ticket was not booked. On irctc.co.in, status is not booked and payment is showing failed.
