    I ordered men's blazer worth 699rs and paid 150 rs shipping charges on 18th of october... The site claue {clickandbuy. Online} is processing my order and haven't disclose delivery date... How much more time should i wait for my order to get delivered???
    They didn't even confirm my order... Is it a fake site??? This site have no contact number for customer care... Are they gonna delivered my order or my money is wasted...

    Fee pay to online for Akash instuite talent hunt exam 2017, try two times through net banking but fee debit from account, but not pay to instuite. Registeration number confirmed by instuite but fee deposit fail. Instuite reply attached below, but amount debit .pl do needful for refund.

      I received the money later.

        There is a transaction with amounts of 1490 which show as failed transactions on app and website but the amount in not credited still. Please find the transaction numbers:

        I have raised complaint on website and app many times but, with little success.

        There are other transactions of 217, 207 and 100 rs which also are under dispute. I cannot provide u the transaction ids as they are not shown on your wallet now.

        It will be very good if we have call support from payumoney.

        I booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 770 on 19/10/2017. The bank was jalgaon peapole co-operative bank ltd debit card and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount.

          Sir, i booked a ticket on irctc on 05 sep 2017 from chandigarh to ambala cantt for 2 passangers and payment made through a gateway provided by payu with debit card. The train was cancelled so plz credit the refund amount of 160/- rupees to my account for cancelled ticket, the details are as follows:-

            I paid my daughter school fees to learning path school mohali on 2nd october 2017 time 15.35.19 but transaction dropped but rs 19003.60 deducted from my account payment id is[protected] after two days wait i need to submit fees so on 4th october 2017 i paid again to school by your portal which was successful payment id[protected] same amount. I called up your helpline which is not working even your email given ticket number 01451665 and 01435534 but 2nd oct drop payment not refunded till date even nobuddy replied my mails. Please look into the matter and refund my money

                refund for failed transaction on irctc

                I booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 1820 on october 20. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount. Last time there was failed transaction of 880 which i recovered after 2weeks only after complaining. Do i need to complain everytime for failed transaction or it will be automatically updated.

                I recently wanted to use payumoney wallet for a transaction. I tried to create an account on payumoney wallet. I rediscovered my old account on payumoney, i went on to use it and added rs. 5000 to it.
                Now, i proceeded to execute the transaction. The transaction required an otp. This is when i realised that the olf account i had decided to use had my old mobile number which i no longer use. It belongs to someone else now and otp is going to someone else.
                I decided to take the next most logical step, update my mobile number. But, no, you can't do that in payumoney wallet account. Now, i have rs. 5000 in my payumoney wallet account which i can't use for anything. It is stuck in the wallet! Quite frustrating!!!

                      I have paid the school fees for my son favoring sindhi model senior secondary school, kilpauk, chennai -10 for rs.8330/- and got an email confirmation details as below.

                      Still the term fees on the website shows unpaid. I have raised a query from the website (No other option available) on 13-oct-2017 and received an auto response mail stating that the query will be resolved in 3-4 days.
                      There is no update till date, not sure if they would even respond. Appreciate if you would forward the complaint to get this issue resolved.

                        When trying to pay my ignou university fee, it took me to paymoney through vijayabank, i paid 7811 on 14/oct/2017. Transaction at bank end was successful, but when the link came back to ignou, it was saying that not able to contact bank server so pay again. I called the bank, and money is already deducted and sent. Ignou is saying they've not received the payment. As it's my exam fee, kindly let me know what is the status of the money.

                          On 15/10/17 around 2 pm, two fraudulent transactions were made from my account, each of which debited 9021/-. So a total of 18042/- was debited.

                          Please block the transaction id[protected] and[protected] against sandeep kumar (They blocked my account and used my mobile number for the account holder). Please keep me updated on this.

                          2 messages i got show reference of payupaisa47779 on 15/10/17 for rs 9021/- each.

                          Please take necessary steps to get the money back in to hdfc debit account.

                          This is to inform that, on 15/10/2017 some people called me in disguise of Hdfc bank personnel for debit and credit card upgrade. Few details of the debit card were shared, except PIN number. Before I could understand, 2 successive transaction took place from payumoney against Sandeep Kumar and each of them deducted inr 9021/-. So, a total of 18, 042/- was debited from my account. Immediately I got a call from hdfc transaction monitoring team confirming it as fraudulence.

                          I have reported the issue to nearest branch and and a file has been registered with reference no. 6147533. I have informed this to payumoney as well.

Now after 6 days of cancellation one plus store has intiated the refund to my account through payumoney on 12th october. The amount is 32999/- rs. But now today is 7th day i haven't got any refund.                               I have paid to travel triangle using payumoney on 3rd october. Due to some problem i have cancelled the payment.                                 Wanted to buy a book from http://halfpricebooks.in/. i went to the checkout option and selcted credit card payment. It took me to payumoney payment gateway where i entered my credit card details and pressed pay. Amount of rs.174 was deducted from credit card for which i received a sms. However, on the screen i got a message that "some error occured". I inquired with the http://halfpricebooks.in/ team. They cofirmed that the order is not received by them.
                                So where is my money - there is no refund in my credit card too.

                                Actually i had done a payment using your site for the exam registration process in my college. The problem is that not i can't find the payment id in my email address and the number. Is there any way to find out my payment id with any details of mine.

                                  I have booked the railway train ticket but transaction failed and amount of rs 1960 has been deducted from my a/c on 08.10.2017 in irctc website shows refunded but the amount 1960.00 on 08.10.2017, still the amount has not credited into my a/c
                                  The transcation has done through the pay u money (Payumpp)
                                  But the pay u money has not refunded my money
                                  The irctc has already refunded

                                    The student fees account and shown as if the term iii fees amount
                                    “unpaid” and also increasing the fine amount day by day as on today rs.375 is the fine amount.

                                    This is the only website which is not having showing customer care number or mail id.
                                    We have to send only through online compliant and we have no proof of what we have sent.

                                    We will get automated reply with ticket number. With no intimation as to where to check the status of our complaints.

                                    I don’t know whether i have to pay again with rs.375 fine as of today. Tomorrow it will increase again.

                                    I sent online complaint on 12.10.2017. Got the automated response from auto response

                                      I made a payment for the insurance of my phone to times now global on 14th october. The money got deducted from the account but the transaction failed.
