One and half month ka 80000 ka interest kitna hota hai or aap log block karke baite hai kisi ki majburi to samjo .unko money ki kitni need hogi or aap log block karke baithe ho kya payu wale ne woh 80000 kamaye hai . Woh Paisa Mera hai payu ka nahi hai or bewakuf ki Tarah Paisa block karke baithe hai.

        This is with reference to your communication dated July 22, 2022 regarding the status of payment. I have received communication from SPOTIFY (one of their clients) about the concerned amount they have refunded as they couldn't provide revised service on the account. I had communication from SPOTIFY that have already issued refund but it is pending form BILLDESK side. Billdesk contacted me on email through a form query and asked transaction details but they don't have any way to communicate as the email ID not taking any incoming mails.

        BILLDESK (they don't have any customer contact or direct email). I have already gotten in touch with nodal desk but no response.

            My company name is TECTO SOLUTIONS & Merchant ID: 8017881, I got 50, 000 transaction in payu money by my customers, it shows that settlement amount is on hold without any reason stated. Customer support was also not responding to this, My customer is waiting for the material, Without amount how could I give materials, You should refund the amount or clear my settlement in my bank or kindly response with a customer support. It's not a small amount, it's already getting delay, Kindly male some prior steps to that

                              We used Payumoney for a few years since February 2022, when they failed to settle our collected amount. Since the tens of times we have raised the complaint and requested to settle the amount. But initially they responded with promise to settle at priority. But Later they have stopped even replying. Its been 6 months now. They have pretending to be deff. I guess they have started this new way of earning by eating away customers money, may be they have failed in earning from their core service. May be they are losers in the stiff competetion. May God Bless them with good intentions. I hope this consumer complaint portal is really intended for resolving such complaints. Maybe I get justice.

                                  I purchased 4 tickets of Red Fort on 31 july from PayUMoney while Red Fort was closed till 15 august for visitors then why they are selling tickets. I went Red Fort with my friends but Security staff did not allow to enter. PayUMoney have wasted my time and money. If they know that Red Fort is closed for visitors till 15 Aug then why they are still selling their tickets. and they are not accepting cancellation of booked tickets.

                                        I was placing an order on zara india online on 31st July and had opted for payment via upi.
                                        I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used PayU payment gateway.
                                        I did the transaction via [protected]@okhdfcbank and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount. Transaction id[[protected]]

                                        Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.
