I have made a payment of Rs., 3399 through Payumoney on 30, 7, 2022 at 10.30 AM through ICICI bank. But no information received from creazylady whom i paid the amount through Payumoney, Email and phone calls received back. Complaint against Payumoney . They say that the information may be submitted in CALL Support which is not working. Email query raised. But so many OTP received but no verification be done. It seem that Payumoney is also a part of the loot. Kindly take up the matter with concerned authority. Thanks to all. Ravinder Kimar [protected]

    Hello payU money i am Yash jaiswal i made a Trasaction on 20 july 2022 at 12:15AM of rs. 44970 Because i trust your platform for recharge an application name olymp trade. Now my account on the app is blocked and i don't get my refund from that. I paid via paytm and also complaint but they told that only payment gateway can help you for your refund. Help me please to get my money back to my paytm wallet as soon as possible that was my hard work earned money.

        Dear sir/ Ma'am

        I had paid my collage fees from payU payments via my Paytm account [protected] UPI ref no[protected], PayU transaction no. [protected] on date 08/Mar/2022 to education.[protected]@indus from by SBI saving account no- [protected]. But later my collage said they had cancelled their PayU contract. Now from last three months my money is with them in account no- [protected], IFSC code – INDB0002201. I Had already applied a CAHRGE BACK from my bank but that to was rejected saying account is already credited successfully and TCC raised accordingly. But i still didnt got any refund of any kind. Which account got credited by charge back is not given.
        Kindly help.

            I launched my website on 10th July made on Shopify and used PayU as a payment gateway provider.
            orders started coming in as I was running a social media promotion on Instagram.
            on the 12th of July, my payments got held by PayU and they asked for some basic invoices and line of business.
            I provided them with everything like invoices, bills, and proof of delivery.
            as they held my payments I stopped taking orders from Shopify and canceled all the social media promotions.
            Around 30 T-shirts were sold in 2 days I give payU a free hand to contact my customers and ask them if they received it or not.

            now they have suspended my account for 210 days and haven't completed the settlements.
            Reasons that they mentioned :
            1) my website is not having traffic for the last 3 months.
            - First of all, I launched this website on 10th July 2022, how can I generate traffic before 3 months.
            2) payment is being collected from any other source.
            - There's not even a single another source for me to collect that payment. you can track the transaction that where the people made the payment.

            I request PayU to settle all the held payments ASAP, cause it's hard-earned money that needs to be reinvested to make a business grow.

                      I have already raised query for that.

                      I have already submitted documents for releasing payment. Still my payment is on hold.

                      I have received payment on 15th July and after 72 hours also the payment was not settled. Then I went ahead and raised a ticket for that.

                      I received a mail from PayU team which contain the list of document which is required for payment settlement.

                      Therefore, I sent all the related docs which is required for settlement for the transaction and the date for closing the ticket was 21st July.

                      But still as of today I didn't received my settlement and didn't got any clear response from payU team.

                              I returned something from Marks and Spencer and they generated a link for refund process. The link is for Payu and as I follow the instructions, they say I will get an otp but I haven't received an otp at all. I have tried 50 times since morning.. this doesn't work. I just want my refund.. this is not professional..

                              I faced the same issue again with marks & spencer. Neither m&s nor PayU have any customer support number. It clearly is a mistake and now my money is stuck n only they know where!!! Worst worst service.

                                  I got a mail from Marks & Spencer about my refund. I pressed on the link it took me to PayU page, My reference ID was generated [protected]-R[protected] but I must have tried twenty times putting the same account details but the OTP doesn’t come. It’s very frustrating plus PayU has no customer service, no response they will just generate a ticket but nothing more to it.

                                      Hi,

                                      I made a transaction to pay property tax for Andhra Pradesh government.
                                      I paid amount using PayU as payment gateway and GooglePay as payment option. My payment was successful with GooglePay but failed with PayU.

                                      I verified with my bank(hdfc) and they said payment is successful and told me to check with Payment gateway.

                                      I raised 3 tickets but did not get response from any payu. Below are tickets:

                                        ​I have online ordered for printer i.e. Brother HL L5100DN for Rs. 22, 880/- on website i.e. www.vaishnavitelesystems.com on dated 25/9/2021. And I called on contact no. [protected] which was mentioned on their website.

                                        Unfortunately, i didn't get my order and talk to their support team, they told that my transaction was not successful or rejected they told me i will get refund by PayUMoney on my payment Original Payment source.


                                        But I didn't received my refund. Then I contact support team but no assistant provided still. I did reached to cyber complaint too but still i didn't get any solution. Following below are the transaction details which may help to solve the issue I request to see this matter and give a proper solution quickly.
