Money deducted but ticket didnt get booked

I booked ticket for my wife for tajmahal who is not an Indian national.First time money got deducted but ticket didn't got booked Second time it got booked.Kindly reverse back payment for the transaction which got failed and money deducted....

Payment still not settled even after 7 days

I have already raised query for that.

I have already submitted documents for releasing payment. Still my payment is on hold.

I have received payment on 15th July and after 72 hours also the payment was not settled. Then I went ahead and raised a ticket for that.

I received a mail from PayU team which contain the list of document which is required for payment settlement.

OTP not coming

I received payment link in lieu of refund from Marks and Spencer and Bata.
Since, i have tried almost 50 times. The OTP is not coming on mobile or email.
Please guide as what to do, my money has been stuck...

Settlement not credited in my bank

Hi,
On 11th July'22 I was suppose to receive my settlement. In the payu portal, it's showing settled in the bank with utr number. But I didn't received the funds in my bank account. Tried contacting payu support, but no one even replied back with automatic reply system. Here is the utr number hdfcr[protected]
Please check and update the status on priority

Otp not received

I returned something from Marks and Spencer and they generated a link for refund process. The link is for Payu and as I follow the instructions, they say I will get an otp but I haven't received an otp at all. I have tried 50 times since morning.. this doesn't work. I just want my refund.. this is not professional.....

Settlement of 80000 is on hold

A transaction of Rs. 80, 000 made on 06 july and the settlement was suppose to completed by 08 July but still my payment is on hold.. I m trying to reach out to their customer support, and I have done everything which they instructed but still no payment or response. Please help me out with this.. No dedicated customer call or email id, only chat I'd available that too is AI based and not via any person... Please release my payment.. Plz.....

Otp to get refund not coming

I got a mail from Marks & Spencer about my refund. I pressed on the link it took me to PayU page, My reference ID was generated [protected]-R[protected] but I must have tried twenty times putting the same account details but the OTP doesn’t come. It’s very frustrating plus PayU has no customer service, no response they will just generate a ticket but nothing more to it....

OTP not coming on Mobile

Hi,

I have been trying to generate OTP for payment refund on PayU page, I am tired by entering same details million times, but not a single OTP generated. Extremely useless and insignificant services in India....

Tickets not resolved and tracking does not work

Hi,

I made a transaction to pay property tax for Andhra Pradesh government.
I paid amount using PayU as payment gateway and GooglePay as payment option. My payment was successful with GooglePay but failed with PayU.

I verified with my bank(hdfc) and they said payment is successful and told me to check with Payment gateway.

I raised 3 tickets but did not get response from any payu. Below...

I have online ordered for printer i.e. Brother HL L5100DN for Rs. 22, 880/- on website i.e. www.vaishnavitelesystems.com on dated 25/9/2021. And I called on contact no. [protected] which was mentioned on their website.

Unfortunately, i didn't get my order and talk to their support team, they told that my transaction was not successful or rejected they told me i will get refund by PayUMoney on my payment Original Payment...

I have paid ₹417.7 for VP Kamalnayan Bajaj Institute of engineering and Technology via debit card through PAYUMONEY in the favour of my Provisional Degree Certificate from the same.

And I received the confirmation SMS to my mobile number. But I haven’t received any confirmation email as well as the receipt attached. Due to which I am in able to process towards further steps in getting my Provisional...
