Hi Everyone,
Payu.in is not processing the settlement on time. They also take a long time to respond to your query. My MID: 8249891
Why there is so much delay in the settlement now 10 days over? my settlement of 9200 Rupees, settlement id 20220901 is still not processed. I need money on an urgent basis. Transactions made between 29 Aug 2022 to 31 Aug 2022 are still showing in progress. If not received today 09 Sep 2022 I will definitely report this issue to the banking ombudsman and RBI.

      My PayU Merchant ID 8570584

      From 10/05/2022 i revenue ₹54500 amount via PayU Payment Button. After charging PayU servive fee, GST, etc; i have to recieve ₹53, 113.80 from PayU. But PayU put this settlement is on hold.

      So i try to contact them for help, but i found they have not any helpline contact number or any physical office at any city near me. After that i try to chat with their bot system, where they answered me "Your settlement is on-hold."

      I am paying their all service fee, taxes, etc. Then why i wait for more than last three months for my money ? Why they behave like a fraud ? I have been suffering from this headache for the past three months.

      Its my humble request to PayU team please release my settlement amount as soon as possible.

          I have made a transaction at a fake website https://boatsmusics.shop through PayU payment gateway with PayU transaction I'd [protected], PayU Gurgaon 015822 and reference I'd[protected] to the merchant BHAUTIK BHARATBHAI KATHIRIYA on dated 27 Aug 2022.
          Since the website is fake so there is no contact information is provided by the merchant on the website.
          I have also tried to contact PayU support under ticket I'd VI[protected], to not settle that amount to the merchant account but PayU not responded for that. Now PayU support are requested to provide me some contact information of the merchant so that I can file a grievance against that merchant on consumer complaints portal and national consumer helpline.

          Consumer Complaints portal is not of so much useful but it is very useful to provide your given details to some other fraudsters, some fraudsters visits this site and collect data from here and try to make frauds with you. But the useful platform is National Consumer Helpline, create your account there, submit a complaint, observe the status of the complaint regularly, a complete or partial solution will be obtained surely, and next step is work of your mind use it as you can.

              PayU asked me to raise a chargeback, which I did. PayU then declined the chargeback via their bank.

              PayU fraudulently advertises that they are 'safe' and 'secure'. They don't vet their merchants. And their customer service is non-existent. The frauder continues to use their platform till date.

                      I have done one transaction on 16th aug which was successful amount was debited from.my account and payu is showing transaction failed initially they told to wait 5-7 working days when that got over they told to wait 7-10 working days now they are saying contact ur bank not doing anything from their end I already contacted bank they informed payu already received money

                      This is a.fraud.company check their social media all filled with complaints

                          My payu merchant id 8542465
                          On 22/04/2022i received 27500 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
                          Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
                          I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us

                              Now I want that either the merchant provide the corresponding service or refund the money but it is also very clear that the website https://boatsmusics.shop is made only for fraud. There is no way to contact the merchant.
                              I have also tried to contact Pay U payment gateway under ticket I'd VI[protected] and HL[protected] but they didn't respond yet. So you are requested to enquire the same and help me to get my money back.

It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only.

                              When the transaction is done, just after I have raised PayU support ticket, then PayU money can take actions not to settle the transaction at merchant level and also can contact the merchant about that transaction, but PayU money didn't not responded at all.

                                      But i have not got my BGMI UC yet.
                                      And i want my money back as refund.

                                        PayU initiated refund against the PayU id [protected] on 24/10/2017 and shared below details.

                                        The amount should be reflected in within 7-10 working days. However, not reflecting in bank account till today.

                                        Payu has shared this:

                                        Refund Amount 7135.39

                                        Reference number:[protected]

                                        I confirmed with bank they didn't receive payment. I tried to ask other details like which bank they deposited amount or other details which i can show to bank or take action against bank if they are right on their way. But this seems payu is not right. Please confirm if this is mistake of your part or on bank part. I need to take action now.
                                        PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
