I have made a transaction at a fake website https://boatsmusics.shop through PayU payment gateway with PayU transaction I'd [protected], PayU Gurgaon 015822 and reference I'd[protected] to the merchant BHAUTIK BHARATBHAI KATHIRIYA on dated 27 Aug 2022.
Since the website is fake so there is no contact information is provided by the merchant on the website.
I have also tried to contact PayU support under ticket I'd VI[protected], to not settle that amount to the merchant account but PayU not responded for that. Now PayU support are requested to provide me some contact information of the merchant so that I can file a grievance against that merchant on consumer complaints portal and national consumer helpline.

Complaint marked as Resolved Consumer Complaints portal is not of so much useful but it is very useful to provide your given details to some other fraudsters, some fraudsters visits this site and collect data from here and try to make frauds with you.
But the useful platform is National Consumer Helpline, create your account there, submit a complaint, observe the status of the complaint regularly, a complete or partial solution will be obtained surely, and next step is work of your mind use it as you can.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
