i was paid Andhra Pradesh property Tax in May 25th 2022 amount of 3, 192.00/- using PayU option in the Tax web site.. i did not received any payment traction message either its success / failed . i waited almost 8hr and did not refresh the page to know the result page.
The amount was debited in my bank account.
below was the message which i received .
ICICI Bank Acct XX823 debited for Rs 3192.00 on 26-May-22; Payu Payments P credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 823 to [protected].
below is my my bank statement .

i checked with ICICI bank about this transaction they said transaction was successful. but when i was checked with Mee seva they said they did not received the amount and in Andhra Pradesh Tax website the amount not at credited(showing still due in site).
i did not received any refund of 3, 192.00/- till date.
please share the transaction payment receipt . In Meeseva they are asking the payment receipt.

Please note that this is a successful transaction via PayU Id - [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.
For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end.
PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues.

Updated by Gaddam Ramya Please provide the invoice or receipt of that the amount transaction was successful at PayU end. Merchant said they did not receive the amount. If you provide the amount remitted receipt we can reach out them with this. Please help us.

Merchant says they did not received the amount, for the proof we are requested you to provide the successful transaction via PayU Id receipt/invoice . please send that to email: [protected]@gmail.com. or you can send in this. they strictly asking about the proof that amount paid receipt and its successful
