    I was placing an order on Big Banyan Vneyard India online on 30th July and had opted for payment via upi.
    I then did the payment through PaytM for which Big B anyan had used PayU payment gateway. The transaction amount is Rs. 3, 540
    I did the transaction via CitiBank and money got debited from my account but Big Banyan did not received the amount. Big Banyan has shared a screenshot of their receivable page stating the money is not reflecting at their end and Citibank has given me a written confirmation stating it's a successful transaction from my bank account.
    Please arrange to refund the amount asap.

          I had made a payment through Paytm to a service provider whose account is linked through PayU. My Paytm & bank confirmed it was a successful transaction (amount debited from my account) but the service provider hasn't received the money. The service provider mentioned that PayU hasn't released the money to them. On raising a complaint with PayU, the ticket hasn't been attended nor resolved. No one is responding.

            I have booked a item of Rs. 475 on flipbiz.in and payment made through payu money transaction ID. 45443_220809:96 to Merchant BHAVIK HARESHBHAI LIMBANI was paid. But I have not got the item till date. I made a complaint on 09/08/2022 of fraud merchant in the website of payu money and a ticket no.RN[protected] was provided to me on and assured to resolve till 22/08/2022 but complaint status no showing anything. I think payu money is also involved in this fraud. Kindly help me.

              I have more than 2 Lakhs stucked in my payu account, i admit that there was a problem with my bank account due to that the settlement cycle got broken but i have clear all the problems with my bank account in 3-4 days but from now i havent got my funds i have been trying to contact payu support from last one year but they are listening to my financial problems and ignoring me, as i have raised the ticket last 12 days ago but still iam not getting any reply from them i daily raised the ticket and they keep ignoring me . and now my funds are also not showing in the payu dashboard .                 Hi, as you can see in the attached screenshot, the transaction to PayU was successful. The money was debited from my account immediately and even then masked as failed from PayU gateway.

                                Hello Sir,

                                i was paid Andhra Pradesh property Tax in May 25th 2022 amount of 3, 192.00/- using PayU option in the Tax web site.. i did not received any payment traction message either its success / failed . i waited almost 8hr and did not refresh the page to know the result page.

                                The amount was debited in my bank account.
                                below was the message which i received .
                                ICICI Bank Acct XX823 debited for Rs 3192.00 on 26-May-22; Payu Payments P credited. UPI:[protected]. Call 18002662 for dispute. SMS BLOCK 823 to [protected].

                                below is my my bank statement .
                                UPI/[protected]/UPI/yellowqr.183597/HDFC BANK
                                LTD/ICI03e21e7bb1974aeaa5c0454a74071c94/ 3, 192.00

                                i checked with ICICI bank about this transaction they said transaction was successful. but when i was checked with Mee seva they said they did not received the amount and in Andhra Pradesh Tax website the amount not at credited(showing still due in site).
                                i did not received any refund of 3, 192.00/- till date.

                                please share the transaction payment receipt . In Meeseva they are asking the payment receipt.

                                unable to get the ID which you given in response, more over the issue not resolved so how can you mark it as resolved. Merchant says they did not received the amount, for the proof we are requested you to provide the successful transaction via PayU Id receipt/invoice . please send that to email: [protected]@gmail.com. or you can send in this. they strictly asking about the proof that amount paid receipt and its successful

                                  Settlement pending for more than 10 months. Have been in touch and followed all the procedures but no response, 35K is not small money. It feels like a scam. Many tickets raised no response. MID 6565622. If i dont get this resolved, i'll make it a big deal in Social Media.

                                      One and half month ka 80000 ka interest kitna hota hai or aap log block karke baite hai kisi ki majburi to samjo .unko money ki kitni need hogi or aap log block karke baithe ho kya payu wale ne woh 80000 kamaye hai . Woh Paisa Mera hai payu ka nahi hai or bewakuf ki Tarah Paisa block karke baithe hai.

                                        Many times i raise my ticket I'd but no response from payu.
                                        My amount hold from July amount around 77 to 80 thousand rupees.
                                        No one complain resolve and hearing.
