I made a payment via PayU Payments with UPI transaction ID[protected] for an amount of INR 259 on Nov 2, 2022. I reported the fraud to the bank but the bank denied any show since its a UPI transaction. I need this to be reversed ASAP.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants collect payments online. Please contact the merchant or your bank for refunds/replacements or any other service related issues.

    Wrong information getting from Payu Finance

    I Want to close my loan which i got fromPAYU FINANCE INDIAPRIVATE LIMITED, for the same i have requested bank account details and beneficiary details where in i can submit my loan force closure amount,
    But every time i got difference details from Paysense, Previously they ask me to submit the force close amount to

    Hello, my merchant ID is 7171900 and I have a transaction that was initiated on November 3 and today is November 7, please make the settlement by today itself, as already 72 hours have been breached, the transaction id is[protected]. Do make a faster settlement.

      Hi my name is Hari and my Mid is 8681060 and money is in hold and they say it's in risk why my money has to be in risk for Payu and even my customer is angry because he was the one recommended it so payu just deposit the money in my account u even have ur charges deducted for that no prob just put my money back in my account

        I have had opted for a bank number change on 2nd November and to date, it is yet not verified for I don't know what reason, I have raised a ticket to specify the amount which was credited for verifying the bank details, I have a payment of 3.47L which was initiated on 3rd November and I wanted it to be settled by 7th of November but right now the bank verification has only yet not happened, how long to wait for just 1 bank verification and a settlement which is very urgent to happen?

        How long will it take for a single settlement to happen ! it is been 5+ days now and yet it has not been settled or got any response from the concern team!

            My PayU Merchant ID 8570584

            From 10/05/2022 i revenue ₹54500 amount via PayU Payment Button. After charging PayU servive fee, GST, etc; i have to recieve ₹53, 113.80 from PayU. But PayU put this settlement is on hold.

            So i try to contact them for help, but i found they have not any helpline contact number or any physical office at any city near me. After that i try to chat with their bot system, where they answered me "Your settlement is on-hold." I also rised ticket (ticket ID: LZ[protected]) and submit required documents, but there customer support do not solve my query.

            I am paying their all service fee, taxes, etc. Then why i wait for more than last 5-6 months for my money ? Why they behave like a fraud ? I have been suffering from this headache for the past 5-6 months.

            Its my humble request to PayU team please release my settlement amount as soon as possible.

              Payumoney is one of the biggest fraud company and their licence should be canceled asap!

              My account was put on hold due to high risk and suspended 360 days ago, i was told to contact payu after 210 days to get my settlement released.

              The work which should have done in 1 week is pending from 15 days!

              For further reference my ticket ID: SY[protected]

              Release my funds asap or i will have to take some legal actions and i will sue your company for bad practices.

                Payu put hold on my settlements and not helping me to resolve the issue. i trusted them first time to get payments on my online store now they are doing this shady technique to steal my money.

                  I was booking 5 tickets(foreigners) Taj Mahel on 12/09/2022. from asi.pyumoni.com - 10403.45 rs. was deducted from my card but tickets not generated and message displayed that monet will be refinded in 48-72 hours. but i still not received money yet... i reported this to payumoney ticket id CE[protected]. it has been more that 1 month but i am yet to receive refund.

                        Already 1 month completed after doing a transaction at payumoney but the money has not been received yet in my bank account. Please do something.

                          REFUND sent but not received

                          I made the purchase of a BOOK by AITBS publisher on 12th September at 15:20:38, Since they are out of stock and so they initiated the refund on 16th September

                          I received an email from PAYU regarding my refund status on 24th September since then I am following up on the refund status and I have been informed through the mail that my money was sent back to the source
                          but neither it was reflected in the Statement Bank...

                          My refund is not done as per my bank statement but payu has provided me with the refund details saying that refund is done.

                          The amout was 60138.82 and now it increased to 60697.

                          The transaction was done on Bajaao.com via Payumoney using the SBI debit card emi facility.

                          I am stuck in between Payumoney and Sbi, payu says that they have refunded but bank denies the same.

                          I have also reached out the bank with the ARN number provided by Payumoney but bank denies of any such transactions.

                          So emi is still active in my account and refund not done .

                              My name is rameez p shaik i have created a merchant account in payu money(merchant id 7348475), which we can receive payment through the link, so i created a link for receiving money on sept. 18th of rs. 2000/- and payment done in successful (transaction id[protected] & source ID [protected]) here they need to settle the amount of deductions rs.1952.00 BUT TILL DATE THEY ARE NOT SETTLED THE AMOUNT, WHEN EVER I MAIL THEM THEY WILL GIVE ONLY REPEATED ANSWERS I HAVE SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS ALSO STILL NOT DOING SETTLEMENT.

                                PayUMoney ASI ticket not generated but amount deducted from Bank account

                                I have tried to book 4 online tickets for Tajmahal with Mausoleum, agra from the UPI option (phone pay)
                                I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 980 using my upi id.
                                I approved the payment from BHIM app.
                                Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed.
                                I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                                  On our website, a customer made a purchase of Rs 72'000 using payu under TRANSACTION. # [protected] DT. 20 AUGUST 2022. The goods were shipped and delivered to the customer and he's happy using the product. My merchant ID with payu is 4799027. its over a month now and despite the repeated emails to payu, am not recieving my money.
