      I started selling T-shirts online through my website on Shopify and used PayU for Payment Gateway.
      I started receiving orders from the website and PayU contacted me for verification of the Website on 9th July Evening, till then my settlements were on hold worth ₹63713.40 I was fine with it I gave them all the documents/invoices/brief about my business and they verified my website on 12/07/22 at 11 AM.
      and suddenly one hour later at 12:00PM, I received an email from PayU that my settlements are on hold again.

      I raised a ticket from that link and have provided all the documents, Proof of delivery - Registration - Invoices. still, there are no reverts from their team.

      It's hard-earned money guys, I have provided your team with all the documents, and also paid all the GST taxes on everything I'm Buying from suppliers. I can even provide you with the references of my company even celebrities can vouch for me.

      I request the PayU team to clear my settlements Right away,

            I bought four tickets of Rs 143.39 on 19 june 2022 for the visit of Humayun ka Makbara so my amount is debited from my account but i did not get any tickets and the site said the ticket are not generated your refund will be in 24 hours to your bank account but i did not got any refund .please help me out in this.

              This is wrt to reference no. 48463935 of transactions INR 38321.91 & 42485.48 has been executed through my credit card ( 5243********7675 ) using Otp on call as I was trying to book a holiday package. But the miscreants routed the funds to some other accounts and disappeared. I tried to open a chargeback dispute of a fraud merchant but the bank denied the dispute telling that Otp was used, As per Rbi directive even an Otp is used if the proof of delivery of service is not provided by the merchant funds can be pulled back.

              This is with reference to the dispute against the below transaction on your RBL Bank ShopriteCard XXXX XX75.

              Hi, we are really sorry about this and totally understand your concern over here. We'd suggest you to raise this immediately to the Cyber Cell office and they shall assist you further.
              Please note, that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. All the transaction/s are processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password and UPI details with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

              Cybercell says card issuing bank first should raise service not received dispute with payu. But Rbl showing banking policies and not going ahead with charge back.

                      Transaction [protected] was done in irctc on 16-Jun-2022 using payu as gateway for booking train tickets of Rs 4179.65. Transaction has failed, but amount debited from my bank account. I have not received refund of 4179.65 into my bank account. Its been more than 25 days, but I didnt receive the refund. Please process the refund ASAP.

                      IRCTC saying that they didnt receive the money. Bank says money was sent. Then the money should be with you only as you are the gateway. Kindly process the refund.
