Amount debited but not got tickets and not refunded till now at Delhi Humayun ka Maqbara

I bought four tickets of Rs 143.39 on 19 june 2022 for the visit of Humayun ka Makbara so my amount is debited from my account but i did not get any tickets and the site said the ticket are not generated your refund will be in 24 hours to your bank account but i did not got any refund .please help me out in this....

Fraud Merchant gateway

This is wrt to reference no. 48463935 of transactions INR 38321.91 & 42485.48 has been executed through my credit card ( 5243********7675 ) using Otp on call as I was trying to book a holiday package. But the miscreants routed the funds to some other accounts and disappeared. I tried to open a chargeback dispute of a fraud merchant but the bank denied the dispute telling that Otp was used, As per Rbi directive even an Otp is used if the proof...

Regarding settlement of the fund in bank account

I have a gateway with payUmoney (marchant ID[protected]. Since last more than 5 days payments didn't get setteled and it is showing comming soon on settel now button. I raised tickets twice but I got no response. I need the fund in my account....

I had ordered a product on 30th June 2022, but I haven't received any updated after one conformation text of payment which was through payu. I request you to help me though this matter nd check on to frauds . I will attach the confirmation message screenshot ....

Transaction failed/Refund not received

Transaction [protected] was done in irctc on 16-Jun-2022 using payu as gateway for booking train tickets of Rs 4179.65. Transaction has failed, but amount debited from my bank account. I have not received refund of 4179.65 into my bank account. Its been more than 25 days, but I didnt receive the refund. Please process the refund ASAP....

Payment successful, ticket not generated

I have ordered online ticket to ASI for Purana Qila using Payu money payment gateway and phonepe UPI for an amount of Rs. 180 on 02 July, 2022, payment got successful but ticket not generated, i did not receive any refund even after 7 days....

Still not refunded amount

I deposited Rs.4758/, on 22nd, June, 2022, through Phonepe, by mistake, responding to an advertisement.
I do not have any account with PayU

I have booked tajmahal visiting tickets for 5 adult and 3 children .I payed Rs225 by my debit card online . When I go to regenerate ticket there showing that ticket didn't book a refund will be transferred but I didn't got any refund till now....
