This is to hereby inform that i had done a transaction through"pay u money" gateway for the submission of college fees, the amount had already deducted from my account but it is not receiver by the college yet and also i had not received any payment receipt on the mentioned email address.
So resolve this as soon as possible because i have to submit my receipt in college as well. So resolve this.

on having contact with college authorities i found that no money had been deposited in college account from my account through your gateway but i have receipt from your side of amount deduction .so look at this matter as soon as possible. because my registration will be cancel if i will not submit that receipt by monday.(16/10/2017)

Its been 8 days of failed transaction but my account not refunded . I made transaction three times but all got failed . And every time i lost my from my account

I have booked one ticket on irctc using my using my visa card but i cancel ticket on irctc portal its showing money has been refunded back to payumpp but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

      I have done the transaction on 03 oct 2017 04:08 pm but transaction failed & payumoney wallet debited with rs 7432.

      No debit/credit card used & full payment made from payumoney wallet.

      But after passing 3-4 days still no refund into payumoney wallet and now payumoney demanding bank statement which show debit amount but how can i provide bank statement when no card used & full pay. From payumoney wallet.

      Worst service. No customer care no / robot reply : (

        Hi,
        I had booked a online ticket through irctc and made the payment through my citi bank credit card using the payu gateway.
        After i cancelled one ticket it's showing that the refund has been given to payu and not to my credit card.
        Please let me know how can i get the money which is with payumpp right now. Attaching the cancellation status screen shot.

            Today i paid 16520 through my united bank of india savings account for south city international school fees.
            In first attempt it declined but my bank account has been debited for rs.16522.42.

            Since it declined first time i took another attempt and it was successful so my account has been debited twice.

            I therefore request you to immediately refund the amount or inform my bank that you have received money only once so that my account is re credited.

              I have ordered products worth 13503 and since he could not deliver the merchant has refunded the money on 7th september 2017 through payumoney, but even after a month the refund has not been credited to my account, i have sent may complaint to customer care but all the response i receive is to wait for 3-5 days for the money to be shown in the account, and asked me to send them a bank statement in which i did but it still has not replied after, please help solve the matter thank you.

                    I have booked these three tickets in a row and had to cancel them..
                    Since my bank debit card was not given in the list i paid through payu money bearing extra charges. Now irctc says they have refunded the amount to payumpp but i have not recieved a penny back in my account. The date of refund made by irctc is given below. Please make a provision to refund my hard earned money back as early as possible

                        I have made a payment of 35400 on 29th sep, 2017 via payumoney through icici bank and the bank confirmed that the same amount has been debited and transaction processed from bank's end. However, it not credited into merchant's account. And there is absolutely no customer support by payumoney. On reaching them via phone, it goes to ivr which gives an automated message asking customers to reach out to their respective merchant.
                        No quick resolution provided for such critical issues. Pathetic service.

                            I paid 6999/ on dated 23/09/2017 through RBL Creadit card he offred me many more things like, india tour to family for three days, reward point, Gift voucher, and you will get cash back offer on purchasing of any things, he also offred me one card which can be use for any purchasing and you will get 30% cash back offer immediately.
                            i tried many more tine to approach customer care for my money back card he told me that we can not be refund your money at any cost u can do what you want.
                            So my humble to rquest to all my friends DO NOT BELEAVE ON IT AND DO NOT PAY ANY AMOUNT.

                              I bought online package on madeeasy website with payumoney and money was deducted from my bank account, i have received payumoney receipt but still madeeasy package is not unlocked as after payment payumoney website was stuck on do not reload page.

                              Plus there is only support for merchants on payumoney site not for customers.
                              At present i have failed to contact them but will update if i get any help or call from their side.

                                I have done transaction on 21 sep 17, 05:35 pm. Transaction details given below:
                                Merchant name - www.aquafresh.company
                                Merchant order id - 63
                                Payment id:[protected]
                                Amount - 1199

                                Amount paid through upi and payee is [protected]@axis. Amount deducted from my account.
                                When i send a mail to payumoney customer care, their representative told me transaction was failed but when i contact with bank, bank representative told me transaction was successes.in statement it shows success.
                                Bank name - dbs india
                                Transaction screen shot attached.
                                I have also attached screen shot of my transaction.
                                Still waiting from refund. Neither bank nor payumoney taking responsibility. My money has stuck.

                                  I made a payment of 1677 rupees to sumo sushi restaurant on 28th september evening, through payu. When i called the restaurant they said that they didnot receive and the amount shall be credited to my account within 24 hours. It has been more than a week now and payu helpline doesnot pick up the phone. Thesenonline scammers need to be closed down and ai need my money back.

                                    Merchant name - advaith foundation

                                    There was a transaction made on 3-oct-2017 towards school fees.
                                    The amount of rs 35858.50 is deducted from the bank, however received a mail from payu money saying the transaction was not successful. Please confirm on the status of this transaction. The bank has confirmed the deduction of the amount.
