I paid my examination fees through payumoney on 2nd of october 17 but it keeps failing. I tried multiple attempts until i got a message saying there's insufficient amount in my sbi account. The fee is suppose to be ₹ 1610 including the extra charge ₹ 1626.31 to be exact. After this situation i got into i have no idea where to go further, whom to ask. There was ₹9000 in my sbi account but all were gone and now i'm helpless. I read about the refund but i need to know and be updated about the time that is going to take for my further transactioning. So please take this matter seriously since i have ₹4 left in my account and i cannot even do anything.

I was paying my internet bill for nextgen solution and my money got deducted but somehow due to some connectivity issue it did not send the response to nextgen solution for successfull transaction, could you please check the payment id [[protected]] and reconfirm nextgen for successful payment.

    While booking train tickets through payumoney gateway on irctc website using icici bank visa debit card, the above 2 transactions failed. While money was deducted from my bank account tickets were not booked.

    Also irctc website is displaying these two as failed transactions.

    The money is not refunded yet and i am not able to decide whether i can go ahead for re-booking the tickets.

    I don't want to book the same tickets twice and end up cancelling one.

    Request to guide me on :
    A) whether the money will be refunded or will the tickets be issued?
    B) by when will the refund actually take place?

    The comments you have posted seems to be standard comment to ward off customers. How can you not have details of transaction getting through your gateway? The trabsaction nos. are from irctc & icicibank websites.

    However, I am giving below additional information which might help.

    I used the payumoney getway on irctc website and did not use the payumoney login for the transaction.

    However I had already created a ticket on your portal using my email id ([protected]@gmail.com) on the same day (02 Oct 17)

    Similar issues with me as well.

    I am still awaiting the refund for 3 of my txns.
    1. IRCTC ticket Cancelled on 29/9/2017
    2. IRCTC ticket Cancelled on 30/9/2017
    3. IRCTC failed txn on 1/10/2017

    There were other cancellations done, where tickets were booked using paytm gateway, on the 1/10/2017, for which the refund has been credited back to my ICICI CC.

    But for the txns where I used payu gateway for payment, the refund has still not been credited, even though the IRCTC website says that the amount has been refunded.

    Guess, I will avoid using the payu gateway for any txn going forward.

                I have booked a ticket on irctc using payummp (Payumoney) using my sbi debit card and later cancelled it. On irctc portal its showing money is refunded back payummp (Payumoney) but the refunded money has not been credited to my saving account.

                      I have paid bescom bill through payumoney for the accountid:[protected].

                      Amount got deducted from credit card. But the amount due is still reflecting for accountid: [protected]. As bill not paid.

                      Bill amount deducted 449.30 on 14th of september.

                      I have received a confirmation message from payumoney that my bill payment is successfull. But the due amount is still reflecting in the app.

                      Where has my paid bill amount gone.? Why is this seen like not paid even after a successful payment message received?

                      Please reflect the bill to be paid or else refund the money.

                              I have been debited from my account for the bill payment but it shows error and two times this has happened. There is an error on your payment gateway. I have paid the bill and its showing i have not paid the bill. My account has been debited

                              After putting in the otp it showed we are not able to get authentication from the bank and bill was not paid. And now the account has been debited

                              I have done two payments today on sept 26, 2017 paying the water bill of bwssb (Bengaluru). One through development credit bank for 1410.31 and other through corporation bank for 1321.31. Both payments howed that there was an error and transaction cannot be processed by payu. But both of my accounts got debited.

                              This seems to be cheating

                              Please refund the payment to the bank account

                              Yesterday 21-Sep-2017 around 11:15 am. I was paying my internet bill through Payumoney. That time money was debited from my bank account but when while it redirecting back to Payumoney, it was just loading and loading. That why my bill was not paid but money debited.

                                    Order #6780007 placed with the site armaf.in and payment made through payumoney to xeryus retail pvt. Ltd.
                                    Since then there has been no update about the order shipment or status.
                                    The customer service mail id for the site does not exist.
                                    Have raised the issue through payumoney contact us page twice.
                                    But there is not even the courtesy of one reply from payumoney about the issue.
                                    Please help me either get in touch with the seller or get my money back.

                                    Did not get any response to either.
