I have booked my ticket on 27 august 2017 but due to some reason it get failed but it debited from my account and after when i checked that it get refunded it on my account there no such refunded amount by payumpp. I have provided the details below.

I have booked a ticket on irctc using payummp (Payumoney) using my sbi debit card and later cancelled it. On irctc portal its showing money is refunded back payummp (Payumoney) but the refunded money has not been credited to my saving account.

For the position of clerk in verka milkfed. Now here issue is that balance of 504.46 rupees had been deducted from my account i;e andhra bank but iam receiving message that your last transaction has been faild no payment made. So could u plz do needful, by looking into this matter....

I have received a confirmation message from payumoney that my bill payment is successfull. But the due amount is still reflecting in the app.

payumoney seller not fulfilling order, no response from payumoney customer support

Since then there has been no update about the order shipment or status.
The customer service mail id for the site does not exist.
Have raised the issue through payumoney contact us page twice.
But there is not even the courtesy of one reply from payumoney about the issue.
Please help me either get in...

payu is fraud and supporting merchant for cheating us.

I checked and got that they used payu gateway for fraud transaction. I also mailed payu to refund my money. And stop their merchant. But they replied
"we can not do anything because your settlement is transferred to merchant.
I thought payu is supporting this...
