      I paid 1090 rupies through net banking wt ID no - 1863736 for miniboxoffice dated 26.12.2014, but today when i enquired about my transaction then i received a msg in my registerd mobile number [protected] that my payment wt ID no[protected] of Rs. 1090 for miniboxoffice is unsuccessful. if this is the correct information then till date why ddnt i get my money back in my account. hope u understand my situation n queries. now i want a satisfactory remarks from u. thnkx sumit [protected].

          Payment Id : 23209468 I ordered a kushi enterprises from "thaithingal.com". I paid a money amount of Rs.7899.00 and they confirmed that there is no stock. But still the amount is not refunded. I raised a dispute, in my payumoney account, it shows "Fully refunded" but i didn't get my money. Also, Refund Expected date is said to be "31th Jan 2015", but still it didn't reach my bank account. So please help.

            Dear Consumer Forum, I have made of a POS transaction through debit card of amount: Rs. 255.55 on 26/01/2015 in Snapdeal.com through Payumoney gateway of payumoney transaction ID: 22704300 The product had cancelled and the refund has been processed by Snapdeal.com. But payumoney have not refund the money to my bank account yet. They are giving fraud confirmation that: Refund for snapdeal.com was processed on 12/02/2015 of Refund ID: 618378 I have make contact with IDBI Bank about the refund confirmation after 5 days but they inform me that no refund process was pending in my account. They are also not responding any call and also they are not giving any reply by e-mail. I want the money back to my account.

                I made the transaction only once. But they charged twice. Actually the transaction is for 323 rupees and upon discount of 32 rupees they charged 290.7 for which payment done successful without any interruption. But twice money got debited from my card. Images attached with this mail regarding the merchants details. Please take the favorable action as soon as possible and refund my amount.

                                    sir, a refund amount of 16000 has been initiated by payumoney on[protected] in my credit card and told me to wait for 3-4 working days but after waiting so patiently no refund has been reflected. then i tried every possible way to contact payumoney but everytime either their phone remains busy or they do not reply to the mail. on[protected] luckily they picked up my phone and told me that due to a mis-communication your refund has been stuck.we are forwarding a message to our care team and as soon as they will reply we will contact you. after that no call or reply has been given to me. sir please look into this matter .i am very worried My merchant id on payumoney is 5000978 and refund id is 510054. Although money has been debited from my account it seems PayuMoney has not credited it to redbus.in and they have not sent me the ticket. Redbus says transaction has failed and hence the ticket was not confirmed.                                         recently I made a payment of Rs.190 though PAYUMONEY from my sbi debit card in favour of Merchent name: CHINTAK RAJ for payment of examination fee .this recruitment is conducted by Manigance Export& Import pvt. Ltd. Rs.190 is deducted from my account .PAYMENT ID: 21848054.PLZ REFUND MY AMOUNT IN MY SBI ACCOUNT.
