I purchased an online product via PAYUMONEY by my ICICI Net Banking The order was not placed (Fashion And You) but money has been deducted from my saving account.The amount is RS.1948 My payment Id for PAYUMONEY is 20434646. Its been 2 weeks that I am waiting for my refund to be credited in my ICICI Bank account. My refund Id is 288466. Kindly Initiate my refund from PAYUMONEY as their customer care is worst to coordinate with.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            Sir, i have submit the SOL DU fee through PayUMoney on 06/01/2015 at 13:16pm. Payment is successfully released and it is deducted from my account also. But i did not get the fee receipt through SOL. I have mailed also to [protected]@payumoney.com but my problem is not resolved.               I have done recharge through rechargeitnow.com website and used payment gateway as payu with below details. Date: 03 Dec 14, 07:46 PM Merchant Name: www.rechargeitnow.comMerchant Order ID: AI04782903C4 Payment ID: 15404552 Amount: 120 No recharged: [protected] Amount was deducted from HDFC bank and transaction was failed with reason as "Transaction Failed/Dropped"And no credit given to recharged number. I contacted rechargeitnow, payu & HDFC, but none of the party is taking responsibility of this transaction.Could you please help me sort this out and refund the money?

                Dear sir/madam, i made the payment through icici netbanking of Rs. 3376.23 two times (twice) to PayUMoney as school of open learning university of delhi as Client Devendra SOL Payment which transaction details BIL/[protected]/Client Devendra SOL Payment/23456392_PAY and BIL/[protected]/SOL Payment/[protected]_PAYUM but payment failed so i made the same payment to PayUMoney with my citi bank credit card ending with 9999 and payment got successfull. but till now my both payments did not reverse. kindly reverse it as soon as possible.                       A payment of Rs. 300 as application fees was made through PAYUMONEY for a PSU job recruitment and the transaction was successfully completed.For completing the application form payment id along with transaction id is required but I have received only the payment id and not the transaction id.The form has to filled urgently as the last date is approaching.I have corresponded with the customer care but there has been no call back or reply.

                      I paid my school fees using payUpaisa of rs. 11904 on 31st October 2020, 2nd November is the last date and it is showing unpaid on the school website. Even though it was deducted from my hdfc bank account and no transaction id was received. This is very urgent, please help

                      • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card
                      I paid my college fees using payUbiz of rs. 45000 on 8th march 2022. Even though it was deducted from my bank account and no transaction id was received and the transaction got failed. This is very urgent, please help

                          I purchased an online product via PAYUMONEY by my union bank of India debit card. The product was of bad quality(Zovi.com). I returned the product and PAYUMONEY did not even refund my amount of Rs. 1999/-. My payment Id for PAYUMONEY is 16342804. Its been 3 weeks that I am waiting for my refund to be credited in my Union bank account. My refund Id is 415422. So did not complete the payment. But payumoney shows as payment released. But i did not complete the transaction. I dont have customer care no.                                   Mr. Manish Malholtra, stated to be from SBI Card office, New Delhi from Tele No.[protected] callled me (Subrata Ray) that your reward points earned on credit card No. xxxx7954 will be redeemed and asked me to submit the OTP No. and while I made argument not to give the OTP No. he told me that your reward points will be lost if not redeemed. I informed that I retired from CPMF as Dy. Commandant and earned President Police Medal and he assured that it is for the paramilitary forces privilege. Ultimately, I gave him the OTP No. then I received a message from you, Payment ID No.16284514 for MMA Services on11.12.2014 at 1613:51 hrs.and that amount has be paid from the credit card.
