I made an online transaction on Dominos Pizza (Bharuch, Gujarat) for Rs. 840/- through PayUmoney on 12th June 2015 at 21:20. Merchant Name: www.dominos.co.in; Payment ID: 46004442; Merchant order ID: 5570d33ed65823d69006
The amount was immediately deducted from my account and I got confirmation from PayUmoney, but I did not get any confirmation (or any notification whatsoever) from Dominos.co.in
When I contacted Dominos, they said that due to network error, the order had not been placed and the amount would be refunded in 7 working days. Hence, I placed another order online, making payment through PayUmoney, which also did not get placed. But for the 2nd order, I got an order number from Dominos and the amount was also refunded on 16th June.
The amount deducted for the first order (which did not get registered at Dominos) is yet to be refunded. Whether the fault lies with PayUmoney or Dominos and when will I get my money back??!
