I would like to escalate the issue on non rendering of service (mobile recharge) inspite of money being collected. I spoke to Mr.Syed, Ms.Aparna and Mr.Ankit from PAYUMONEY but they refused to help me, they say merchant has told my mobile recharge has happened and they believe merchant more than the customer. I tried to explain how there are other ways and means to check whether merchant is right or me (your customer) but they refused to listen. Infact Mr.Mohit a customer service staff from PAYUMONEY was not ready to listen and he hung the phone while I was talking. This is the state of their service. Please do not use PAYUMONEY It's a mare Rs 105 but what about faith? 1. Why you should not listen to customers version as policy (only listen to merchant) 2. Why complaint cannot be lodged when I am not happy with dispute resolution.

    I have tried contacting PayUMoney a many times but the reply won’t come. This is the 6th time, I am asking PayUMoney to transfer the money into my bank account. I don’t know what the problem is but I need it to be resolved as soon as possible. If you don't remit my money back, I would launch a case against you. It's about a year now that PayUMoney hasn't transferred the money into my account. I'm Fed up of their service.

      Dear sir, I have made double payment to School Of Open Learning of Rs. 3730 each & both are failed but my account has been debited transaction ID's are 62090842 date- 17/0/2015, time 10:32 Pm & 62093920 date 17/08/2015 time 10:57 Pm, because when i made first payment of Rs. 3730 it shows that your payment has failed then i made second payment of same amount but it also show failed & In both cases my account has been debited. So I requesting you to please refund my debited amount.

        I am Jatin from delhi and I applied for BA(H) English from School of open learning, Delhi university and my barcode is[protected]...on 17th August, 2015 I was paid my fees through internet banking and the fees amount deducted from my account but the SOL web ID shows the fees payment is not still paid...and i have not received my fees receipt as yet...

        Pay u money has not refunded my amount of RS 2499. as its more than 18 days while i have talked them and email they always say your resolution can be done within 2 days.

            I booked a redbus ticket from Bangalore to Cochin on[protected] at 11:50pm via payumoney with payment id 'payment(Id[protected]' of Rs 1199.0. But did not receive any mail or response from redbus regarding the same. Please resolve the issue as fast as possible or give my refund. PayUmoney seems to have failed to communicate with redbus. But has taken my money to do the same. Need urgent assistance.

              Hi team there is fraud happened on my debit card.i have the bank statement that shows PAYU transaction of Rs2979.5. Debit card number [protected] from which the transaction was made and a police complain was also done and hence the debit card has been blocked.

                I paid to a merchant via payumoney.It has been one month, payumoney is holding my money.It never paid the merchant.It has been constantly telling lies that it paid the merchant.When I asked for NEFT transaction number of payment, So that I can verify from concerned bank.They said they dnt disclose it. Even merchant requested payumoney to refund the amount but now they are not replying to him also.I think they have duped 1000s of customers like me.Also many merchants have lost money. Even their directory do not bother to solve your issue.Their customer will abuse you on phone.Never ever use payumoney.They are big cheaters.Google is already flooded with their scams.

                  I have added Rs 1000 in mobil wallet of "PayUMoney" app to make Delhi jal board. BILL payment through this...but the link on mobile app is not working...and my money got stuck there...Now I request u to please arrange to activate the link or refund my money.                     I had used payumoney to book flight tickets on 31st july 2015 on GOIBIBO website. the transaction had failed. and i received a failure mail from goibibo. But the sum of money has NOT been refunded to my bank account til date. i hav previously also raised ticket of the same. i was assured and nothing happened. Merchant order id GOFLD85a[protected] Payumoney Payment ID 58765390 Ticket number raised on payumoney customer care for dispute raised on payumoney: #[protected]st july 2015) and #646038 (8th August 2015) Till date the refund has not been processed by the payumoney portal. goibibo has confirmed by mail and on their site that refund has been successful. so i request payumoney to process this dispute at the earliest and directly refund the amount to bank account.

                      I received a phone call from mobile number +91 [protected] at 8.30 am on 4/08/2015. An unknown person claiming to verify SBI card stated that he was calling from SBI main branch. He told me my 16 digit ATM card number and asked my card details and retrieved key information. After a few minutes, i started receiving SMS regarding ATM card transactions made for online purchases. This has been done without my knowledge and consent.
                      The details of transactions on my mobile SMS are given below

                      1. Time: 8.35am, dt 04/08/2015, Rs. 4700, on POS [protected]@VODAFONE-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN txn#[protected]
                      2. Time: 8.44am, dt 04/08/2015, Rs. 2500, on POS [protected]@PAYU MONEY GURGAON IN txn#[protected]
                      3. Time: 8.45am, dt 04/08/2015, Rs. 9999, on POS [protected]@WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI IN txn#[protected]
                      4.Time: 8.50am, dt 04/08/2015, Rs. 4900, on POS [protected]@AIRTEL PYMT-BILLDESK MUMBAI IN txn#[protected]
                      5.Time: 8.53am, dt 04/08/2015, Rs. 4000, on POS [protected]@mixs_PAYU IN txn#[protected]

                        मेरे पैसे खाने वाले है पायुमोनेय वाले पर कभी भरोषा नहीं करना चाहिय ये लोग पब्लिक को चु...या बनाते है मेरा पैसा रोक दिया, बोलते है आपके आकौंट में नेफ्ट नहीं जा रहा है आप कैंसिल चेक भेजिए आज चेक भेज के १० से १५ दिन हो गए है, पर इनका अभी तक नेफ्ट नहीं गया मुझे तो हसना आता है की कितने ढीले लोग काम करते है खास कर नम्रता वो तो बहुत ती टिली है क्या मालूम कंपनी वाले लोग रख कैसे लेते है ऐसे लोगो को जो जवाब भी नहीं दे पते है, मेरे आकौंट का कैंसिल चेक लेके क्या मालूम क्या किया, अब मुझे नहीं लगता है की ये गेटवे मेरा पेमेंट स्त्लेमेंट करगी में सोचूंगा किसी गरीब को दान कर दिए, पर आप लोग धय रखे पायुपैसा का गेटवे कोई भी उसे न करे, इसका http://in.bookmyshow.com/ का गेटवे भी ख़राब है पैसे लेलेंगे और आपका मूवी का टिकट नहीं बनेगा, ये कटपा जैसा गेटवे है जो पिट पर कभी भी चुरा भोक सकते है मेरी नम्रा विनती है की आप इस गेटवे को उसे नहीं करे, वार्ना आप का मेहनत का पैसा अटक जायेगा merchant id : 5183048

                          once we go to make the payment through automatically go to this type of site and so much confusion to BSNL customer and lot of people loosing money like this type of site because this site is making confusion to customer.

                            Hi, Today while I was loading an amount of Rs. 560 to my Oxigen Wallet, I was redirected towards PayU payment gateway. Although I made a payment of Rs. 565.6 through my debit card, no money was added to my Oxigen Wallet. The amount was deducted from my account, I have received the message for the same and cross checked the account statement which shows deduction.                                     I made a online payment to Delhi Jal Board for an outstanding bill of 9770/- on 23/07/15 and payment is also debited from my account and payment status was also shown success by PayUMoney but still Delhi Jal Board has not rcvd payment, Plz refund my Money ASAP or FWD my money to Delhi Jal Board otherwise I got no option but to drag the company to consumer court

[protected]@payumoney.com for more info Message was sent though money was debited . I contacted bank they said that money is with payumoney. So refund the money as soon as possible or I shall file complaint against payumoney company in consumercourt. So refund it within 24 hrs.

                                        I transferred through net banking from SBI an amount of Rs.10000 to Director of Town and Coun towards Building Penalisation Scheme on[protected]. Payment Id is 56001920. Somehow the transaction has failed. The money has not so far been refunded to me as promised in the SMS.
