On[protected] i received 22900/- money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold"
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.

Not returning the amount from one year

We get to know about payumoney via Oriental commerce of bank which is now Punjab National Bank we are working with payumoney from last 3 years but from last 1 years they are not giving our amount back we have sent them multiple mails messages them multiple times but they are not replying for anything...

Payumoney Not verifying my verification documents for payment settlement

I was uploaded all documents since more than 20 days and it was showing it will take 2 business days after 3 days i was opened a ticket on 11th dec, they are not providing any update afer that, no message anything.
On 13th dec they edited my ticket resolution to 16th dec but then also no resolution and today its 19th dec. I have 7k+ in my payumoney account....
