amount 14500 not settlement in my bank from last 3 months when I have attached all documents

I paid through payumoney..but did not get it after waiting for a long time and can't track it.

I paid ₹ 1225 for asi taj mahal entry tickets but ticket were not generated.

I have made an order from the website fasionoverload.com but there is no confirmation from the website or any link to track the order after 2 days. I have been paid the money through payumoney. There is no way to contact them as well.

I can't recive diamond in free fire ineed refund

Hello..

I had placed an order with Uniioncase website on 1st of Dec.. but till today have not received any confirmation message, nor any updates.. The payment amount has also been deducted from my account.. I have also raised a ticket with PayU on their website.. it is 15 days now and no updates have deen sent on that too..
I have a screen shot of the order placed..
Please do something...

PayUMoney was our payment gateway on our e-commerce store and they stopped releasing funds from September 24, 2020 and we still have not received those funds.

We have raised tickets regarding the issue on their website THRICE and all those tickets are "In Progress" and no one cares to respond to our queries. Every time we raise a ticket, they ask for Proof of Delivery for certain orders and we repeatedly provide them with the same, however, they just ghost us on the ticket afterwards until we raise another ticket and the cycle repeats.

This is extremely unfair towards us as we are a small business and we rely a lot on the funds that come from our online website. Holding our funds and not communicating with us is super unethical and it messes up with our cash flow and our operations.

This carelessness by PayUMoney has put us in debt with our vendors whom we are unable to pay even after selling their products because PayUMoney just WON'T RELEASE OUR FUNDS.

This company is master mind behind the fraud of groovy fashion. Kindly stop paying fund through PayU money
