I booked a flight on[protected]. But after booking transaction failed and money got deducted. But till now money is not refunded.

I also mailed easemytrip(site from which I booked the flight) about the same but they say to check with your respective bank.

on 16th February 2022.
I used amazon pay wallet for paying 250.32. After successfully making the payment, the website resopnded saying that the transaction is cancelled and the money will be refunded. So far I have not got any refund.

Dear Team, A transaction of INR 70000/- was done on 01.10.2017 on my CITI bank credit card for which i raised dispute and transaction put on hold by merchant PAYU for investigation. Later issue was resolved and i was not refunded any money from my bank- CITI, It has been more than 4 years, that amount is neither paid to actual receiver nor returned to me.
