I also made payment to the same on 23rd Feb, 2022. Mailed them twice, but no reply. Couldn't able to view my order nor visit the store. Did you get your money back?? Please reply, so I can also complain here. Thank you

    Try to connect to lot of people, they replaying after a week once and looping someone from the email.
    1. Dashboard blocked, not able to login
    2. no settlement around 39k

    Each representative gave a different reason for this delay. They are explaining like my middle name is not there.
    someone telling the old server to here while migrating it happens will resolve. and someone telling adhar photo was blurred.

    2nd time no body follow up, no email replay, no phone call.
    need to create a discussion.
    same thing happening since long, I have furstruated.

    Need to take serious action on them. and also they have to pay me 3 times extra for giving me so much frustration and time wasting for me.

        They are good at advertising being the best gateway in india. But there is no customer service support number. They respond on emails. They do not close the tickets. I have planned my online sales trusting these guys but they have neither verified website nor replying to the tickets. I desperately raised many tickets but they do not bother to respond. Because of them, i had to cancel my online sale plan. Beware of this company and their adverts. They will make you suffer for onboarding.

            I booked a flight on[protected]. But after booking transaction failed and money got deducted. But till now money is not refunded.

            I also mailed easemytrip(site from which I booked the flight) about the same but they say to check with your respective bank.

            I ask respective bank about the transaction. But money already transferred from bank to easemytrip successfully so they can't do anything about it and it's the problem from payu.

            Now it's been more than 10days and my 16386/- rs is still not refunded by any respective sides.

                        The fraudster posed to me a Staff member of the Bank and therefore it was not easy to identify. The transactions numbers are (i[protected]for INR 90, 000), (ii[protected]for INR 90, 000) and (iii[protected]for INR 40, 000). Will it be possible for you to share the contact details of the person to whom the payment was made based on your KYC records ? I have already lodged a police complaint / FIR with the Tamilnadu Police and they are investigating and taking all steps to apprehend the fraudster. I have also lodged a complaint with the Cybercrime portal (Acknowledgement Number : [protected])., Any additional detail that you can provide about the beneficiary based on your KYC records will greatly help the law enforcement to nab the culprit in the shortest possible time. Please let me know if this is possible- thanks.

                            Dear Sir Sub Fraudulent transaction for 2.2 lacs Ref SBI PRIME IRCredit
                            Card [protected] On Thursday January 27 I got a call from a Mr. Vijay
                            (Mobile number: +[protected] who claimed to be a staff of State Bank of
                            India Employee ID SBI 800502 from Nungambakkam branch regarding my
                            previous request to upgrade my credit card and took my OTP to freeze 3
                            transactions ( two txn for 90, 000 and one txn for 40, 000). Subsequently I got a
                            call from SBI credit card helpdesk to advise them that this is a fraudulent
                            transaction and they have raised a dispute with the merchant Payu Payment
                            GyftrVi Gurgaon I called Vijay yesterday and asked him to reverse. Vijay is
                            assuring me that the amount has only been frozen and will be credited back to my
                            account in a day or two. SBI advised me lodge an FIR with the nearest police
                            station to investigate and assist in reversal of this fraudulent transaction I have
                            submitted the complaint to the local police station this morning. They advised me
                            to log a complain on thi sportal as well Request you assistance to resolve please

Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

                                        Dear Team, A transaction of INR 70000/- was done on 01.10.2017 on my CITI bank credit card for which i raised dispute and transaction put on hold by merchant PAYU for investigation. Later issue was resolved and i was not refunded any money from my bank- CITI, It has been more than 4 years, that amount is neither paid to actual receiver nor returned to me. Kindly refund the same to me at earliest.
