I booked 3 tickets on 25/11/2021 for Tirupati darshan through the website bookingtirupatidarshan.co.in and paid Rs 3525/- and received confirmation message that payment received by some SHIV PRATAP SINGH. transaction id [protected].
Till now not received any confirmation regarding tickets nor they are replying to the queries. This is some fake site taking advantage of the people.

              Dear Team, As a customer, I purchased a piece of jewelry from a website that disappears from the web now. Gateway was provided by you to that website.
              Txn ID is [protected] for 399/-. Now I didn't receive my order please tell me the details of the website and owner name by searching the txn id. SO that i can file FIR against that. Hope you will understand the seriousness of the matter.

                Payu have taken all the documents and now they stopped attending the calls and not responding to mails.
                Highly unprofessional approach for such a big company.
                Collected all documents and now stopped responding. How can anyone relay on such company.

                    Complaint raised with ticket no.Q[protected] closed without any resolution.
                    Please provide contact details of merchant NAVNIT RAVJI BHAI NAKRANI.TRANSACTION NO.[protected] made on 30.9.21 Rs.269.00 for rechargeable car vacuum cleaner.There are numerous complaints against this merchant.You can check Google by putting name of this merchant on Google. You are cooperating with this fraud merchant by not revealing his contact information.
                    Needless to say it is moral and ethical responsibility in such cases.Please see the details before closing the complaint.

                      I had done transaction using citi bank credit card, but Payment not Credited by Payee. I tried their help chatbot but it is not showing correct reply.
                      When i contact citi bank they says they have only these details and not more.
                      I have transaction number with me from citi bank.
                      Bank confirm that transaction has been debited against m/s. PAYU PA PAY U PAYMENT GURGAON IN ON Augst 26th 2021. with approval code 142060 and same has been paid to the merchant on August 27, 2021 wide ref no.15159091239000000099001.

                                मैंने स्मारक में उपलब्ध क्यूआर कोड से अकबर के मकबरे, आगरा के लिए 2 ऑनलाइन टिकट बुक करने का प्रयास किया है।
                                मैंने वेबसाइट खोली और रुपये का भुगतान किया। 40 my upi id का उपयोग कर रहा हूँ।
                                मैंने G PAY से भुगतान स्वीकृत किया।
                                बैंक खाते से राशि काट ली गई लेकिन टिकट नहीं बनाए गए और भुगतान पृष्ठ ने दिखाया कि भुगतान विफल रहा।
                                मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि कृपया मामले को देखें और मेरी राशि वापस करें।

                                    I place an order on a dummy ticket. then I cancel my order and ask about a refund they say wait 4-5 days amount will come back to the account.it's been 20 days since I canceled my order but did not receive a refund.                                       Our payment is on hold from last 2 months and we are unable to raise a ticket or to get in touch with you. There is neither customer care number nor any mail to raise a complaint and even the chat bot box doesn’t work properly. It keeps repeating messages and nothing gets resolved.                                         My Settlement is put on hold from 21/10/2021 by Pauy money of amount more than 28000. All money has been earned by selling rightful product and all payments taken via Link of Payu.
                                        We have provided all required documents asked by Payu, all invoices regarding sales and also provided food license.
                                        Resolution was to be done by 27/10/2021 but still it has not been completed.
                                        Even for last 10 days I am not getting any response from company. Attached here entire conversation with payu money.
