We have a merchant account on payumoney by the name of craftribal
Merchant Id- 7302500
Hi Team,
Our payment is on hold from last 2 months and we are unable to raise a ticket or to get in touch with you. There is neither customer care number nor any mail to raise a complaint and even the chat bot box doesn’t work properly. It keeps repeating messages and nothing gets resolved. Please look into the matter and help us resolve this as soon as possible.
Please clear settlement amount and deposit money into our account

    My Settlement is put on hold from 21/10/2021 by Pauy money of amount more than 28000. All money has been earned by selling rightful product and all payments taken via Link of Payu.
    We have provided all required documents asked by Payu, all invoices regarding sales and also provided food license.
    Resolution was to be done by 27/10/2021 but still it has not been completed.
    Even for last 10 days I am not getting any response from company. Attached here entire conversation with payu money.

      I Had Recently done a Transaction payment of RS 1518.82 on 19th September, 2021.Now i need a transaction details for that transction which i need to submit at my college for some paper work and i have nothing about it.Please Help me without uts Tranction Id they wont let me have my documents.

          I have created a merchant account with PayU. (Merchant ID: 8322999). At the time of account setup i have filled all the required details regarding my business and website and payU have activated my account after detail verification.

          But after i have integrated the payment gateway and started to receiving payment from my customers PayU put a hold on my settlement with a amount of almost Rs 75000 . PayU asked me to verify my transactions by showing them the invoice and proof of delivery.

          So i have send them my proofs. But after few days they gave me a reply stating that my website is not live or functional. (How can they say that.? since each day my customers are paying me through payU payment gateway and i can see all the transaction details from my payU control panel ). They have also asked me to explain the how my business works.

          So again i have send them all the detailed working and proof of my business to them. And its been almost 2 weeks i was waiting for their reply they are not responding . and my status of ticket related to this problem is showing "in progress".

          Now my business is almost halted. Since my funds are put on hold by payU. I have to borrow money from people to run my business. Its very cruel for payU to do like this for small shop owners like me. I am almost fed up since its the only source of income for me.

          PayU has actually put a hold on my LIFE.

          Now i need my fund to be cleared as soon as possible. Either they can close my merchant account and refund my amount. Or they have to solve this issues very soon and not let this happen again.

          After registering complaint in here, PayU has contacted me through email. Stating that they will be resolving the complaints as soon as possible and told me to be patient. On 11-24-2021 i have received the settlement into my account after they told me sign a document/Letter of Representations and Undertakings. As you can see the time frame to resolve this issue was so long. but still problem got solved.

                    Address: PayU Payments Private Limited, 9th Floor, Bestech Business Tower, Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurugram - 122004, Haryana, India

                    One of customer paid an amount of Rs.15, 000/- via payumoney payment link. But the payment is not yet credited to our bank account till date[protected], Showing settlement in process in payumoney dashboard. We had enquired this fact via support ticket, but they are not answering properly. They are even refunding the amount to customer. Holding the amount in their bank account.

                    When we check their website, they are not maintaing a proper phone number or email id to register complaints. May be going to a be fraud.

                    Already reported this isssue to RBI through banking ombudsman. People please aware above the fact. Attaching the screenshot payu money transaction.

                                Hey, my complaint is all about " INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION".
                                A month ago when I was carrying out a transaction with my card on payu it showed me an error something like " BANK WAS UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE".
                                Till the date, it's the same I am unable to transact

                                please PayU India provide me with the suitable reason why I am getting that error
