On 2/11/2021 i received Rs 7, 788 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. Even after a week my money is not credited in my bank.

One of customer paid an amount of Rs.15, 000/- via payumoney payment link. But the payment is not yet credited to our bank account till date[protected], Showing settlement in process in payumoney dashboard. We had enquired this fact via support ticket, but they are not answering properly. They are even refunding the amount to customer. Holding the amount in their bank account.

When we check their website, they are not maintaing...

I had paid 215/- on 22 Oct 2021 which has been deducted from my account but it has not been credited to the transferred account.

I have applied for 2 passport renewals via passportsindiasevas.co.in for which payment is done via PayUMoney gateway. I have paid Rs 2995 for each renewal, so a total of Rs 5990. Below are the transaction id's which are generated for same.

Order booked but not trace traceable and amount deducte in my account...

I made Rs 399.00 purchase on 29th Oct at your site and got order confirmation vide [protected]. There is no response from merchant. No contact details of merchant
I have raised a ticket X[protected] against which also not heard anything.
Can not find any e mail I d or contact number of PAYU to contact. Is this all fake business? Never ever had this issue with any of payment gateway.

Hey, my complaint is all about " INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTION".
A month ago when I was carrying out a transaction with my card on payu it showed me an error something like " BANK WAS UNABLE TO AUTHENTICATE".
Till the date, it's the same I am unable to transact

please PayU India provide me with the suitable reason why I am getting that error...

My transaction was failed on 21/10/2021 but the amount of 1999 was deducted from my account and yet I have not recieved refund....

I bought uc for my bgmi account but uc didn't reflect and money got deducted, please refund the money......

Customer transfer the amount through using payu money but the amount got not settle till date to my account and when query raise no one is bother to reply or resolve this

these people are looting people money with such things

On date 1 November 2020 I made a payment of 493 to the online merchant dreammakeup.in by PayUMoney . The transaction was marked Sucessful and I received notification regarding sucessful transaction by PayUMoney organization and money was deducted from my account but the merchant site reflected pending transaction and after some time it was showing transaction failed but money was already deducted from the account .
