    I was uploaded all documents since more than 20 days and it was showing it will take 2 business days after 3 days i was opened a ticket on 11th dec, they are not providing any update afer that, no message anything.
    On 13th dec they edited my ticket resolution to 16th dec but then also no resolution and today its 19th dec. I have 7k+ in my payumoney account.
    PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Hi, please help us wi the needful Merchant ID for assistance.

            Dear PayU money team,

            A merchant website https://uniioncase.myshopify.com is registered for payment through your platform. They are not delivering any services after getting money from the customer.
            I made a payment of Rs 469.64 via Transaction No. [protected] on their website on 8/12/2021. However I have received no response from them since then.
            It seems to be a fraud website registered on your platform.
            Kindly help.

            I am informing you of a fraud merchant registered on your platform. If the money has been remitted to the merchant and you can't help me get any refund for the same, at least acknowledge that you will look into the matter to block the merchant so that he does not defraud any more people in future. This is the least you can do. If your processes of on boarding the merchants are so lax, you really need to do something to ensure consumer protection from fraud merchants.
            I have already contacted the merchant regarding the order but neither have I not got any reply nor am I expecting any in the future since the only motive of this merchant is to take prepaid orders and then not deliver any product.

              My payu merchant id is 6779700

              Put my more then 1 L amount on hold.
              So i try to reach customer care but no response to date.
              But i got one reply "your account on hold".
              Why i am wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account.

              I request your team please deposit our money.

                    I am facing issue related with a transaction done online on mi store dated 8th dec 2021.

                    The loan amount is 64999. The order is auto closed due to payment timeout but the amount deducted from my bajaj emi card and loan account got generated (6L8ECFHR375333). EMI will be going to start soon. Please help me.

                            I have tried to book 2 online tickets for Hampi monuments from the QR code available in the monument.
                            I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 70 using my upi id.
                            I approved the payment from Amazon.in app.
                            Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment was successful.
                            I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

                                        We have paid 1500 for challan on https://cfms.ap.gov.in/ website through PAYU money upi payment mode. Payment has been failed at gateway and challan has failed. We have received that transaction got success later 10 mins. But challani status was still failed. PAYU money is asking to reach out to ap gov but not providing any contact details. I have raised a complaint on PAYU money site but there is no response.
