Dear PayU money team,

A merchant website https://uniioncase.myshopify.com is registered for payment through your platform. They are not delivering any services after getting money from the customer.
I made a payment of Rs 469.64 via Transaction No. [protected] on their website on 8/12/2021. However I have received no response from them since then.
It seems to be a fraud website registered on your platform.br...

Put money on hold. No any settlement

Put my more then 1 L amount on hold.
So i try to reach customer care but no response to date.
But i got one reply "your account on hold".
Why i am wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account.

PayUmoney ASI ticket not generated after payment A

I have tried to book 2 online tickets for Hampi monuments from the QR code available in the monument.
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 70 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from Amazon.in app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not generated and payment page showed that payment was successful.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

Money got deducted from account but not reached merchant

We have paid 1500 for challan on https://cfms.ap.gov.in/ website through PAYU money upi payment mode. Payment has been failed at gateway and challan has failed. We have received that transaction got success later 10 mins. But challani status was still failed. PAYU money is asking to reach out to ap gov but not providing any contact details. I have raised a complaint on PAYU money site but there is no response.

Scammers using payu payment gateway

The website www.pubgbazar.com is using payu payment gateway to scam people out of money. Once the payment is done the scammers do not deliver digital products. We mailed multiple times to payu about this activity and still no action has been taken .
Did payu money verify the authenticity of the website before providing payment services ?
If payu continues to support scammer the end user has to boycott paying via payu money....

Dear PayU money team,

A merchant website https://nutsbazzar.myshopify.com/ is registered for payment through your platform. They are not delivering any services after getting money from the customer. Their portal goes unreachable after receiving the payment. This is a complete fraud. Please look in to this....
