Hi Team,

We have done 199 amount done successfully with reference id [protected] on 31 Dec 2021 by PAYU PAYMENTS PVT LTD 10, GURGAON IN for order purchase from zumkashop.myshopify.com but order didn't receive yet so kindly coordinate with zumkashop and provide the order tracking number with courier service name otherwise refund my amount.
If zumkashop.myshopify.com is fake so why you are taking amount for this website.

        I had earlier raised a request to get my money refunded from payu fraud merchant UNIIONCASE mobiles covers.
        My ticket number is Ticket Id: QY[protected]

            Hello

            From my SBI account, Rs 5000 was deducted on one Payu Payments limited Gurgaon. We received a call from a person impersonating an employee of SBI and minutes after that following fraud transaction were initiated :-

            Amount Rs 5000 by debit card-OTHPG
            [protected]Payu Payments
            Pvt ltd Gurgaon

            Please go ahead and track this transaction and initiate my refund. Point of query this is not the first time i am seeing such an issue, many people have complained for the same. Is Mobikwik aware their platform is being used for such transaction, multiple transactions like this are used and they couldnt stop it. Please assist with the refund,

            Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

              Hi,
              I want to raise a complaint for an order which I had placed on 28th Dec to merchant Shopdarsh.

              It was an online purchase for which payment was done through Payu. I have still not received my order and The link is not working anymore. I tried writing a mail to the merchant but there was no response on the e mail either.
              This looks like a fraudulent transaction.

                    In 30/11/21 and till now my amount hold. I am send many mail and chat support today is 39 days over. Pay u not giving any response. 13/12/21 some one ask me to give invoice via pay u mail id. The mail id is [protected]@payumoney.com
                    I am send it after that i will send many mail in this mail id but no one can not reply my mail. What can i do for settle the amount. I Don't know. All are ignoring me and i am send message in twitter but no reply. I don't know why all staff are not give proper information and guidance. I am totally speechless for this type behavior. Please salve my prpblem already i am waiting too much days over.

                            Same. Even I had same problem. Contact your bank nd complaint as fraudulent transaction and take necessary steps. This website is pakka fraud.
                            Yesterday i was contacted by PayU support and they told they will be refunding my amount back to me as it is fraud website. They gave me a coupon code and told me to go to my bank portal and enter it there. When I added the coupon code, it says that I don't have sufficient balance in my account. When I checked with the PayU person who had called me, he told I had to maintain quarterly balance to receive the amount. Like, this is not some coupon or voucher i won, it is my money and they are putting these conditions. Now i came to consumer complaints to check but they've posted a comment that the merchant has received the money. Please help. That may not be a big amount to others but it is for me.

                                  I have tried to book 5 online tickets for Taj mahal entry, Agra from the QR code available at the gate of monument. I pay it through the paytm app.

                                  Ironically the amount was deducted but the tickets were not generated.

                                      PayU is a payment aggregator that helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives a refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, hence we are unable to process a refund from our end.

                                      Please contact your bank to raise a chargeback against your transaction/s if the concerned merchant is not providing the services/refund.

                                      This is the worse payment gateway
                                      They won't check the merchant details. They simply need money we are the consumers who are fools to get into the mess i lost 3500 rupees because of fraud merchant.

                                      I raised a ticket they'll tell to wait for come of days to resolve issue later they'll say your transaction is successful from our end you've to deal with the merchant directly.
                                      Then why the hell we req this payment gateway
                                      Totally screwed us
