Dear sir,

Pl be inform that on 12th March'21, I had made 03 transaction in favor of Poddar International thru Pay u .( Debit card ) for paying School fees of Class-2 ( Student Name : Harsh deep singh Dhalla) in Merchant Website: www.betweenus.in

Out of 03 Transactions made 02 were successful and 01 got bounced/unsuccessful.

Out of 02 Successful Transaction, One got Captured in Poddar international...

Sir I paid my admission fees using payUmoney.transaction was successful but I didn't get the receipt of the same nor the confirmation that my form has been submitted.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible because the last date for submission is 28th February, 2021...and if the issue did not get resolved I might lose the chance of having a seat in the University.
Please help!...

With my Aadhar authentication, I was applying for LLR on AP RTA Citizen App, the process went fine until payment success and the amount got deducted. But I see that the web application failed to complete my LLR application process. So I lost my money but I could not complete the LLR application.

Please help me refund my money back...

I just tried to book ticket ticket on asi.payumoney.com/quick/qum
at Qutub Minar delhi . my amount got deducted but didn't get ticket for that transaction . my second transaction got succeed .

thanks to provide your help.

I made online transfer to indusind bank account through payu.in payment gateway through netbanking(axis bank) on 20th October. The amount got debited from axis bank but the transaction was unsuccessful on the indusind side.

This is to inform you that I had received Rs 20000 from client the payment not settled by payumoney. When I am checking of status of I shocked because payment shown on hold. That time I raised a query for refund initiated to source account after 3to 5 days I had received a msg your payment refunded to sources accounts within 3 to 5 working days. But today i checked again show on refund successfully and your money on...

I wish to delete my credit card information which is stored with Payu. There is no option provided on their site.
This is a data privacy issue and they should provide consumer the option to delete their credit card information if they do no wish to store it.

I have tried to book 2 online tickets for Akbar's tomb, agra from the QR code available in the monument.
I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 40 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from BHIM app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted and payment page showed that payment failed.
I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount.

I tried to register for cat 2020 on 14th sept 2020 at 8:50 pm. For rs 2000 payment via payu using central bank rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 2000 was deducted from my account.

Sir the last date to apply for the registration is 16 september, 5:00 pm. The amount is deducted but registration couldn't be done.

Sir please refund my money today if possible or get my payment processed so...

I tried to register for counselling of comedk on 13th sept 2020. For rs 5000 payment via payu using rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 5000 was deducted from my account.

The last date to apply for the registration is 15 september. I am very tensed as the amount have already been deducted but the registration was not done.

Please refund my money today if possible or get me registered for...

On 9/08/2020 i received 40000 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.br...

I ordered jbl bluetooth speaker using payumoney from ezeebazar online store, after completed placing order my money was deducting from my bank account after that i try to to track the product and i'm unable to track it so please if it isn't successful placing the order i would want my money to refund in my bank account or if the order is completely placing i would want a solution to track my order......

I have initiated a payment of rs. 82, 500 through payu gateway. I have used net banking option and paid the full amount through hdfc bank and got an success message along with transaction id. The complete amount got deducted from my hdfc bank account as well. But when i contacted payu, i got below message - we have checked and not found any credit against your transactions and payu is asking me to get in touch with your card/account issuing...

Sir, i pay the money online about that my fresh driving licence on 02/02/2019. That time payumoney server is taken 2 time fee in my account. That amount is 1260/- plz cancle one application and refund amount 1260/- in my account. My debit card details is [protected]. Tranctions id is - othpg 168849.
So plz verify and refund1260/- in my account....

Hi,

A guy called me pretending to be SBI executive and he called himself as Avinash Singh and told his emp id to be 95819. He asked all my card details and did a payu transaction. I got a message with content:
Your payment(Id[protected] of Rs 8200.0 for Sri ram soni is successful. For queries on your payment visit: http://pmny.in/FI6L8HEhtoCj .

Can you please track down this fraud payment and get me...

Only one transaction has been done with it.
My dad expired on[protected].
I have been pursuing PAY U MONEY to deactivate my account.
