    Hello, my settlement is on hold since last 20 days. My settlement was made to halt on grounds of risk on my account, whereas PaU Themselves have done my KYC, I have already told that I am a tuition teacher and students have paid for their class fees via credit card. I can't generate an invoice for the same. Now PayU is threatening me that they will not settle my amount. This is illegal and unethical from their end, why was my account verified at first place if they thought it had risk issues.

    I am disappointed and I need my settlement back.

      Amount deducted on Taj Mahal ticket booking but ASI Portal showing Payment Failed

      I have tried to book 4 online tickets
      for Taj Mahal, Agra from the QR code available in the monument.

      I opened website and made payment of rs. 1001.26 using my Amazon pay wallet.

      I approved the payment from Amazon Pay App.

      Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets not generated...

      I have paid Rs. 1720 on 30/12/2022 for VTU examination through PayUMoney and I have received an email confirming successful transaction but I haven't received the Payment Receipt.

        Dear Team,

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been defrauded by some unknown person and a sum of Rs. 4, 54, 500-00 has been debited from my credit card of ICICI Bank today i.e. on 23rd December 2022 at 5.08 pm.

        The said amount has been transferred to Payumoney.

        I have already lodged an FIR with the Cyber Crime team and also raised a dispute with ICICI Bank.

        Would request your concerned team as well to track the fraudulent transaction and keep its settlement on hold so as to avoid legal consequences.

        Looking forward to hearing from you.

        Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

            Respected Sir,
            I submitted school fees of Rs. 45578.00 with PayU Reference No. KQSH654OAJ4KJPOUD4/PAYUMONEY, Transaction No.[protected] on Date : 21/05/22 From HDFC ONLINE BANKING .
            We contacted our bank and to the institution where sent , the institution saying that they did not get this money and it also deducted from my HDFC bank account .
            So, I request you to track my transaction, and if not completed, please complete the proceding and inform me as soon as possible .

              Payu Team this transaction - IPAY/ESHP/PAYU/[protected]/[protected] was done on flipkart seller portal on Dec 2nd 2022 but the order was not placed and we have not received a refund of the value - Rs 10028.82/-. We are a small business and this is a big amount for us. We have checked with Bank and they say we need to speak with you.. Flipkart does not even care to respond. We are attaching our statement too

              We did that 5 days ago and received this Ticket Id: UE9231174608 and a confirmation of a response by December 27, 2022 which has not taken place yet. Do you all bother to respond to customers?
              You take money that does not belong to you in a second and pretend that all is in place.

                  My name natesh Gupta I am a regional guide working in south india. Last week I was in hampi with seven italian clients. I tried to get a e ticket for hampi group of monuments one day before I tried twice for 5 tickets at first 2750/- diducted from my account and tickets were not generated but I tried second time and again amout 2750/- diducted and I got code for downloading ticket. I tried several times but could not download and final I went to the spot and bought ticket from counter for my clients 2 days ago I got 2750/-(out of 5500/-) refund but for the next 2750/- when do I get this, please reply. I hope you look into this matter and help me get my rest money refunded. (my mobile no. are [protected]/[protected]) for your reference i am sending screenshot for my transaction.

                  As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] (bank reference number[protected] is already refunded by the merchant on 28/12/2022 via ARN[protected] and it takes 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) for funds to credit in original mode of payment. Please contact your issuing bank with the given ARN if you have not received the funds as per he mentioned timeline.

                  Further, we cannot find any transaction via reference number[protected]. Please contact your issuing bank for further assistance on the same.

                    My PAYu merchant id is 8088115 & payu has put my payments on hold, it asked me to provide invoices and delivery proofs of 3 payments id & i did provide everything in tickets (even i provided chats screenshots of these 3 orders in which customers are giving review)

                    We have an instagram page above 40k followers, if not fixed soon we will be suing them and exposing them.

                    As a small business owner its hard even if small amount is on hold. fix this soon Payu.

                        I ordered vide PayU transaction ID YU[protected] and paid money through internet banking on 24 09 2022.

                        Till date[protected] the ordered items are not received by me.

                        When I took this issue with PayU, PayU provided me the Merchants Mail ID [protected]@gmail.com to get in touch with them. Accordingly, I sent several mails to the Merchant, however, there is not response till now from the Merchant.

                        PayU is just washing their hands stating that they connect both customer and merchant and it is the customer who has to get in touch with the Merchant. Since Merchant is not responding, PayU should intervene in this issue and get either refund of money or the ordered items.

                        In order to enable me to take this issue with the Ministry of Commerce, Finance Minister, Ministry of Finance and Prime Minister's Office, I require the full address of the Merchant including contact number. Albeit, I have email ID of Merchant from PayU, I did not get any response from them.

As checked, this is a successful transaction via PayU id - [protected] at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant directly on [protected]@gmail.com for further assistance with your query.

                        Please note, PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. Since the said transactions are successfully processed, any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant only. In case you do not receive support from the merchant, you may raise a dispute/chargeback against this transaction with your issuing bank.

                        Since money was transferred through netbanking, there is no provision available from Bank to raise a dispute/chargeback against the transaction. In view of this, please provide me the mobile number of the merchant. For the email provided by PauU, there is no response from the Merchant. Once again request PayU to provide merchant contact number to escalate the issue and to receive goods or refund. If we do not receive any response from PayU, the issue will be taken to Commerce Ministry, Finance Ministry, Prime Minister's Office, India and also to Consumer Court. How come PayU is not having Merchants contact details. If PayU is not having contact numbers then PayU is also involved in the fraudulant transactions in collison with the Merchants and PayU is not trustworthy, it seems.

                            I ordered clothes from an online website and got request from payu for payment. Money got deducted from my account but i haven't received my order yet. It's from some own clothing brand and now I not able to get my money back or not even any delivery from their side.

                              We used payu money as a payment gateway for our website. We received our first order of 12600 rs but payu money put our account on hold and not responding to ticket raised properly. they are just giving same answers again and again and not providing any solution. we have given all the required documents but still they are just passing time. no customer care number is available and only robot chat everytime.

                                once you provide then i will contact the merchant Government of Andhra Pradesh directly to get the status at their end. till now you are not provided any Transaction ID from pour end, how can i ask / check the status .
