I had initiated the transaction through payu payment gateway by debit card but since the transaction was unsuccessful but still my money got debited from my account.I am requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest and please refund my money back.

    More than half a month has passed away, but still no solution has been provided to resolve the concern and settlement and account hold issue.

    Since, we have already shared all the asked details and documents already with the team. But keep on Delaying each and every day we are contacting you via emails, tickets, and all! Totally unexpected and non-professional behavior from PayU, There is a time limit for solving a concern but it seems PayU doesn't have one; we are cooperating with you every time but you are not doing your part and resolving the issue in a timely manner!

        My payu merchant id 8766510
        On 11/03/2023 i received 20000 & 13/03/2023 Rs. 20000 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold".

        Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things.

        I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard..

            My transaction was successful but payu failed the transaction and not even refunding my money

            Hi! As checked, these were successful transactions via PayU Ids - [protected] & [protected]
            at our end and the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant www.facebook.com/adsmanager Also, you have raised chargeback against these transactions. You need to coordinate with your isusing bank for further assistance on the same.

                They hod my hard earned money of 34, 000 they are not responding at all they are saying we are working on your concern and transfered to concerned team they will reach you out and closing the ticket as resolved . Iam openening it again this was the only thing repeating from past 4 days
                I have provided all data they wanted but no response no customer care number they will call us for their promotion of products, but we are not able to call them very bad, suddenly they have put my amount on hold
                Really they are not providing any resolution atleast refund the amount to source account . pay u please respond quickly

                As you have said that you have provided Tax related services, kindly share the copy of conversation/confirmation email related to the above mentioned order sent to/from registered email address of customer. You can mask confidential information.
                Yes I have done I have submitted invoices explained my business we don't communicate our business using mails my customer directly comes to me and i will file his income tax returns and gst returns and accounts and i cannot share those details which are very confidential I have provided my customer number you can reach him in telugu language
                If necessary u send your team and verify it my customer mailed you regarding services he had taken
                These are not any fraud trnascations
                Iam not a registered company iam a individual service provider I don't have gst
                I have mentioned same while registering for pay u
                I really wonder you are asking so many proofs after accepting the payment why don't you ask them before accepting the payment????
                If you want proof of conversation between me and my client u come directly to my business my client will give you written statement and he will tell you directly which is a firm evidence and cannot be challenged
                Please release my amount immediately you are simply holding my amount without any reason if you cannot settle it atleast refund it

                    I have received amt of 34, 000 Using pay u payment link from credit credit from my merchant, they have deducted the charges 2.36% but not settled my amount now saying your transaction was on hold for risk & diligence
                    I have submitted all invoices and explained my business still no response they are saying we have raised new ticket and our respective team will reach which was not at all happening. Please resolve it and get back my amount
                    It was my hard earned money they are not providing any resolution each time they they are saying a ticket was raised and concerned team will reach you out but not at all happening

                        My Merchant ID is: 8732432
                        My settlement is pending since 2 months, when I visit my profile it says bank verification pending. I had done twice the bank verification but still it says pending. When I contact them they sent below message

                        "We regret the inconvenience caused. PayU is working with regulators to address some aspects. Moreover, as of now, we are not taking any new registrations due to which we are unable to complete your bank account verification. We are internally working on the same. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard. "

                        Mean time my settlement is still pending at Payu end from almost 2 months

                            I provide professional services I was using pay u as merchant my clients pay me using cards pay u is deducting 2.36% charges ( including gst ) but this time amount was not settled amount of 34, 000 is on hold I have raided a query but no response received, query I'd KF[protected]
                            Iam not a gst registered business Iam an individual professional service provider I don't deal with any products so I won't have any courier or delivery or product invoice bills

                                      This email is to enquire as to why our money has been not settled for the past 1.5 years. It has been kept on hold but apparently nobody has told us why it has been kept on hold.

                                      After raising many tickets on support portal no response has been received.

                                      Our relationship manager has been avoiding our calls and nobody from your support team is reachable.
