Hi there,

I had made the payment for two separate Airbnb bookings and due to a partial cancellation, the amount was refunded by Airbnb through PayU.

Airbnb has insisted that they have made the payments to PayU on February 6, 2023 and that is should have been reflected on my account in 10-15 working days.
But it is March 15, 2023 today and there has been no refund in my account.
Airbnb has also provided me with the payment code and ARN code for the refunds as indicated below:

I had separately created a PayU ticket with id: KL[protected]. However, there has been no response yet regarding the query and I'm not able to open any account in PayU as I'm an individual and not a business enterprise. As I understand PayU is a payment gateway that was used in the payment for booking in Airbnb and I'm not a direct customer. While the payments for bookings are going through, the refunds are not reflecting in my account.

I request a speedy resolution on the issue.

                I got the payment gateway activated approx 3 years back but suddenly without information they deducted rs. 5900 form the account saying that this is AMC. I wasn't even informed about the same. On the other hand they mention on the wensite that there is no any AMC Charges for the customers. They charge as per the transaction. Here they are charging on every transaction and without any information they deduct the amount that is not ethical. Please help me get my fund refunded. I am attaching screenshot of the deducted amount and The promise they make that there is not any AMC.

                  I have Gateway with PayUmoney(Merchent ID[protected] . They suspended the amount for 210 days without any prior notification. We are taking payment from one of our website. Initially the amount settled but lateron they said you are misusing credentials. When we were adding website they didn't do anything neither they sent any information or notification. Initally the amount got settled properly but after two settlement they gave this excuse and suspended the account for 210 days. Now neither they are telling the further process nor responding any email. This time the settlement of amount is very much important. Please help me getting the settlement done by tomorrow.
                  This payment is being taken for spiritual yatra which is very much mandatory for us. This is not a business so need the amount urgently.

                  We are not at all missusing the credentials. The websiste I am taking payment from is our property only.

                    I raised ticket multiple times but they are saying the misuse of salten key and suspended account for 210 days. No further process is told by them. My Merchent ID

                      I cancelled my MBA admission in IGNOU. They told me that my application fee will get refund. After that I got a mail from Payu that my amount got refunded. But the amount which I payed the money is deactivated by bank. So amount is not credited yet. Bank told me that the amount will not credit if the account is not exists, and also the amount will bounce back to the sender. The amount is stucked somewhere, please help and kindly give an update.

                        As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] (bank reference number[protected] is already auto refunded on 13/02/2023 via ARN[protected]. It may take 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) for funds to reflect in original mode of payment.

                        Please contact your issuing bank with the given ARN if you have not received the funds as per the mentioned timeline.

                            My SBI credit card ending 9749 has been misused by some unknown person on 25th February 2023 at 8.41PM for RS.88500/- at merchant site showing PayU Gurgaon showing SMS received in my mobile number [protected].This Transaction is not done by me and misused by some unauthorized person.Hence reverse this amount rs.88500 to my card account

                            Please note that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. Please note that the mentioned transaction/s were processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.

                              Product not deliver after the payment
                              This is Shweta hear from Gujarat and I had ordered form the Gadgets360 or gadgets360.com (1 Products) After I placed my order I did my payment of Rs. 499 to Payu Payment Pvt Ltd. on 7th January 23 by the Google Pay

                              After I successfully did my payment I recieved a text message from the VK-PAYUIB that transaction I'd is...for rs 499 done for kuldip narendrabhai gadhvi has succeeded team Payu.
                              And now I open the site but I do not getting my order in the order summary and my order is not delivered yet. Now I don't know how to reach this store. I even do not any communication from their side. Kindly help me out from this situation. It's fraud store or what I don't know. I am worried and yes it's really very serious issue. It happens with many people. And we don't even know how to take back out money.
                              Kindly request to the concerned team to look ahead as soon as possible. With my complaint I am attaching some screenshots which displays the communication may it helpful. Looking forward to your positive response. I request you to refund my money.

                                  it is too much pathatic and for pay u brand image is not good sign i.E. Dissatisfaction of acustomers who are using this pay u finance system

                                    On 31st January, 2023, I paid Rs 998.00 for booking bus ticket using debit card through PayU, but I got email with subject 'Your Order at www.iamgds.com failed'. I haven't received refund till date, nor the ticket was booked, but amount was debited from bank account.

                                      Payu kept our settlement on hold and asked for delivery proofs, even after providing them with proofs they are not responding. They close our tickets saying duplicate request and not reply onto the main ticket HN[protected]. What kind of customer support is this? Why do we have to wait for getting our own hard earned money? Is payu going to pay interest on the days the hold our settlement? This is not at all acceptable.
