I am writing to request an urgent refund for a recent order made through PayU. I have encountered significant difficulties in resolving the issue with the merchant, and I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the refund process. The details of the transaction are as follows:

I placed the order through a website advertisement that I came across on Instagram. Unfortunately, it appears that the website I made the purchase from was fraudulent, as I have not received any response from the merchant despite repeated attempts to contact them. Their lack of cooperation has left me with no alternative but to seek your support in resolving this matter.

I have attached relevant documents, including order confirmations, screenshots of the website, and any other evidence that can assist in validating my refund request. I kindly request that you thoroughly investigate this issue and take appropriate action to initiate the refund process.

Given the circumstances and the urgency of this matter, I would greatly appreciate it if you could prioritize my refund request and provide me with a clear timeline for its resolution. Additionally, please keep me informed of any updates or additional steps required from my end to expedite the process.

    My payu merchant id 8652893
    On 03/05/2023 and 04/05/2023 i received two transactions14600and 13300 total amount 27900 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" 21 days.
    Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
    I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us

          Website: clogcollsh.com and payu.in

          Against a google ad by clogcollsh.com, I paid two payments for 2 orders through PayU payment platform. Now the company is non existent and not reachable. Approached PayU for getting merchant details for whim monies were collected and credited but they are not providing.
          I feel PayU should have done its due diligence on the merchant before agreeing to collect monies on its behalf. Now the company is not reachable and am neither aware about the order nor is money returned.
          PayU is party to this fraudulent transactions and is answerable to the customers who have paid through their platform

            My PayU merchant id 8805736
            On 17 April 2023 i received settlement money 11596 rs through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response on time . Later they asked me to submit the website details, invoice and delivery proofs . We already submitted everything. But we got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.During when I use the pay u service it’s clearly mentioned everything about my business nature and details and we aren’t GST registered business entity . Also that the time the PayU service team asked me to charge 20000 rs as membership service but I rejected and I can clearly say that their service was good before and for any doubts their representatives contacted me on time but now once they hold my money nobody responds my calls and it’s literally like they are using our money for their business purposes. I feel like I got scammed by this company.
            Why do I need to wait for the past few days it's our hard earn money and also we provide services for our customers. Customers asking about when we can start providing our clothings but due to this payment hold issues we can’t take any more orders and we closed the inventory. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. Pay U is really bring us more trouble.
            I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard. Thank you .

            2) You are charging GST to customers, however No GST number mentioned at Invoice and with us.

            Hence, your account is suspended. Kindly do not collect anymore payments through PayU Money. You will have to wait 210 days from the last transaction date. Kindly contact us after completing 210 days.

            This is a corporate fraud company

              We are a small business and our settlement of 1, 56, 000/- is on Hold from past more than 20 days. Our business is getting hurt and we are not able to pay to our vendors because of the settlement. We don't have a money to eat food as well. We are almost bankrupt. Please help us in getting the settlement done. We have submitted everything which your customer team has asked for. We totally rely on the settlement amount for our Business and Basic Life.                 I have been charged ₹2500 all of a sudden while receiving a payment from a customer. The deducted ₹2500 from the receipt n reimbursed remaining amount. They say it is AMC but i was never informed about this fee. They dont discuss and just close the tickets. It’s frustrating to deal with them.

                                I've tried ordering a product from OnePlus store App, while placing the order my money got deducted from credit card and order got cancelled. Meanwhile i recieved a message regarding initiation of refund.
                                But again when I tried to order same product for the second time my money got deducted and this time there is no confirmation regarding initiation of refund. Order is not placed either.
