Sir,
I made a payment some day ago in ebharat site via pay u money, regarding hsrp plate, some day later i haven't got any sms or mail or any information about my hsrp, is this site is fake ?how any one can make the site and receive the money via pay u money, after all its ur duty to check the authenticity of site, i m complaing to get my money ie 475rs back to my wallet, plz help me to get, make strict action to block and punish the owners of the site.

          Website: mybpms.in

          On[protected], Rs. 4650/- were paid by me through Payumoney portal of BPMS Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi (www.mybpms.in). Rs. 9.44 were also charged as transaction fee. Thus total amount debited to my account no. [protected] with INDIAN BANK, CR PARK, NEW DELHI on[protected]. Bank account entry shows a transaction ID as "" PAYU[protected]".

          PAYU MONEY did not give any transaction ID as their portal did show it as a failed transaction. This money is either to be paid to BPMS pvt ltd or to be refunded back to my account.

              This is with reference to the subject that I J RAJARAM, I have made payment to Professional Tax ( Andhra Pradesh ) for September month through QR SCAN Code of Rs. 2200/- on Dt 12.10.2021( In Phone pe APP ), the payment was handled by PAYUMONEY. Amount was got deducted from my account the transaction was showing success in Phone Pe Status but PAYUMONEY payments not responding and in Professional Tax website also the transaction showing as pending.                 Payu is one of the largest fraud and fake gateways I was Cheated 3 lakh in this gateways I gave complaints their help centre but not yet resolved and saying that contact to fraud merchant only we have concern with merchant only they are saying contact merchant only I gave cybercrime complaint but this gateways not give value of our Indian laws and police department need to initiate my all refunds

                      My complaint has not been resolved till date. Neither I have received the product nor refund of my money. You are also conniving with merchant by not providing his details, contact no, email id etc.your page is full of complaints of similar nature yet you have chosen to turn blind eye in the fraud.At least you can do is stop working for this fraudster if your hands are clean.I really petty your greed.

                          Recently i came across many websites that were selling proprietary products belong to krafton and battlegrounds mobile india . they were cheating people by promising of delivering in-game cash for cheap price but they never deliver all of the fraudsters use only Payu payment gateway. i wonder why ?
                          why do fraudsters love payU payment gateway.
                          How do they authorize websites without confirming the legality ?

                                  Fee deducted from my account 3 times but submitted only once to UIDAI for aadhar card updation

                                  not ready to give back my money, informed us we will not revert your
                                  money you need to continue to trade and deposit more money, daily he
                                  use to call me through new Zealand number and guided us to trade in
                                  Telegram, as per his words we did the trading and 200 dollars money
                                  lost, totally he betrayed us and will complain on you in cyber crime
                                  and RBI so please help us to resolve this issue as earliest

                                    I contacted to Merchent to repay my invested 15000 amount but he is abusing to transfer the money so could you help me get my revert from your side and told to continue in trading so we cant move after happening these issues

                                      Placed order on otiz-in.myshopify. com for dry fruits on 13/9/21 & paid Rs 2469.74 through payu. Payu team confirmed by email & given I'd [protected].as transaction with bajrang creations is successful. Web site given for contact as "smart-touch.in".which shows "currently unavailable we will be back soon."
                                      Actually ordered on "otiz-in. myshopify. com" whose phone no given as[protected] & email as "otiz. [protected]@gmail.com" email sent to them. No response. The phone does not work. As per payu procedure all information with screen shots to payu help who have given ticket I'd ET[protected]. They mention since 10 days repeatedly as resolved and now they say closed. Not received the amount till now.
                                      PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
