This is regarding the payment which I did on 25th August, 2019. It was college based fees payment of Rs. 33000. The reason I am being so late because at the time of getting degree, I came to know that the amount has not been credited in the account it was suppose to go. So for transaction I used new banking of SBI. The PayU money was a gateway and receiver would have been Central bank of India. I have been hustling for last 5 months from bank to bank but all it comes to PayU money security reasons only that they have not disclosed details to either of the banks, that where that amount actually went. This matter has gone very long. That I have been to bank's manager level and operations officer level too. But still no help coming to me and because of that I am facing other issues regarding my college degree from my college side too. I am attaching the documents whatever I have. Please help me out and contact me too. I'll explain whole matter and everything you need to know.

    I have made a payment to RTA regarding TAX threw payumoney upi gateway, Rs.6040 absolutely, amount deducted from my account but it was showing unpaid status and it was almost 5 days no refund or not even any information regarding payment.

              hi flipkart on 22 october i ordered one water heater at first my transaction ECOM PUR/PAYU-Flipkart/Bangalore/221021/got failed from axis bank of rs 3098 and my money got refunded however as i checked yesterday i.e on 26 october my money got redebited from my axis bank and bank told me money went to visa merchant of flipkart i.e payu

              Flipkart told me they hadn’t received any confirmation and bank told me money is with merchant

                I had booked 5 tickets for Tajmahal worth 1225/- the money got deducted but the tickets were not generated and shown payment failed. I haven't got the refund.

                  I have logged into tirupathi darshan website to book darshan tickets. I made a payment of rs.8286.25 for 7 tickets. Through payumoney. They sent a confirmation mobile number verified and payment id given was (Id[protected] then it displayed saying payment to shiv pratap singh is successful.
                  Then i received a message you have successfully booked e-special entry darshan for[protected]. Transaction id is id[protected].
                  Don't know whether it is fake or real, but have not received any mail with regard to this. Kindly do the needful and help me to get back my money.

                        I've ordered from https://womentopshubs.co.in on 14 October 2021. I've recieved confirmation message for payment and nothing else after that. I'm not able to report and issue with the order on Shopify because it asks for the e-mail, but I'd ordered using my phone number.

                        It was 7 day delivery but they haven't sent any message regarding the status of order. Today is the 8th day. I've read online other cases filed against the merchant being fraud.

                          I have raised this concern with payumoney for over a month now, and still it is unresolved. The help center is the most pathetic one, there is no calling number and responses on email are pathetically slow and delayed. Since last over a month our customers using AMEX card are unable to make payments to us and the payment gets rejected with error failed in enrolment verification services, we have forwarded them all the relevant documents but no response from them.                               929387 is OTP for Trxn. of Rs. 90, 000.00 at Payu Payments P with SBI Credit Card ending 61. OTP is valid for 10 mins. Do not share it with anyone.

                              No transaction id mentioned in those msg.someone got misused using payu payment gateway. Please decline the transaction.

                                        My payu merchant id is 8319855.

                                        On 19/10/2021 i received 500 Rs. money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date.
                                        Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
                                        I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us.

                                        We are going to organise an scholarship exam in January 2021. And we are charging 500 rs. as registration fee. If any student want to appear in the scholarship exam then they have to pay the registration fee 500 Rs. as one student have been paid through payu payments gateway.

                                        We have been provide the registration successfull certificate to the student “Sagar Verma” who have been paid the registration fee through Payu. Now solve my issue and settle my payment in my bank account.
                                        And I must say Payu is worst payment gateway ever. Why you didn’t asked about this before getting payment. Please do not irritate your clients.
                                        Now solve my queries otherwise I will file a petition in the court and will take a legal action.
