I have tried contacting the merchant but he won’t reply to mails and calls and his website is down. So the merchant is fraud and when tried contacting you through your website for fraud merchant, your reply was “n” . I just want my money back because the merchant is fraud.

Update : The website i did order from is also down, so for sure it is a fraud merchant there is no way to contact them from my side. I just want refund for my order Please kindly get to me as soon as possible.

You have not resolved the issue so why did you mark this as resolved. You are lending hand to fraud merchant making them easy to scam money.Merchant is website is not working after ordering from them your not verifying the credibility of the merchant.Kindly verify the record history of the merchant and get me back with refund.

      On 26th September, a payment was initiated by me to Order an item (Rs. 588.82 with UPI reference ID[protected]. The money got debited form my account, but there is no update / confirmation from the seller with regard to the delivery of the product. Would like to either get my money back / the contact details of the payumoney.[protected]@indus, upi id. Hopeful that it will be resolved.

        Hi, i want to bring to your notice that recently i have tried to purchase marketing Databse from https://www.databaseprovider.in run by Gleam Global Services Private Limited, i spoke to the customer support and as per the instruction given i paid INR 1999 on 15/sep/2021 in their website via payu payment gateway and in next 30 minutes they were suppose to send me the login credentials to download the database from their website. but till date even after multiple follow up on phone & mail, i am not getting any proper response from the team. I have a strong suspicion that it is fraud company they are disgusing with some IVR telecall system to make it look like a professional company. I strongly advise your team to do a proper security audit and ensure the merchant is removed from your list.

                          I had registered at IGDTUW for recruitment post for the post of
                          Assistant Registrar - Paid rs 1000/-
                          Assistant controller of examination paid rs 1000/-
                          Total amount 2000/- has been deducted from my account, but have not received any payment receipt nor any confirmation on the payment instead it showed "CM 90004- Duplicate Record" . Even the section on payment in

                            I already been cheated by one of the agency named Jobissh for job in year 2017, sobi got an emailed by [protected]@refundpayumoney.com on 21Sep.21 that you have to pay GST cancellation charge Rs-1000/- & your entire money which was cheated by Jobissh will be refund & kindly send statement after download so that we can release your payment immediately.
                            I paid them Rs-1000/- on bank detail given by them through email

                            On 25th Sep.21 when i asked them to pay my money they asked my contact no. to call, then i made a call to them then one person received phone his m.no is [protected] stated his name Sachin & he said we will refund your money in phase wise, so Rs-75000/- will credit to your account so you need to login netbanking & you will be redirect to refund button when you press refund button an OTP will be received & when you will give me OTP your refund will be credited in your account.

                            Kindly investigate the matter & let me know.
