There was a website named trademeshop.com on which I order a JIO dongle by paying 1500 rupees. Transaction was processed by PayUMoney. Later that website vanished their phone number email ID anything is not working. Why PayUMoney processes the transaction to a fraudulent website.

I paid via UPI on 30th August and transaction ID is[protected] and it transacted into an Axis Bank Account.

I need refund of this money.

          Today is 10/09/2021 and I still haven't heard from them but here they are replying to even complaints that are just one day old to save their face.

          The worst company, I would recommend all the businesses that are using this to stop using this gateway and use better services such as RazorPay. I'm also going to recommend everyone in my circle the same.

          And I posted my complaint on 31/08/2021 which had a complaint closure date of 04/09/2021 but today is 10/09/2021 and I didn't even hear from them.

            My payu merchant id 8178853
            On 7/07/2021 i received 64371 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
            Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
            I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us

                Trademeshop.com - Fraud Company.
                I have ordered butterfly mixer grinder+ Wet grinder via trademeshop.com.Order number is 1549. Now there is no response from the company.I called to the number ( [protected]), but saying 'Line is busy'.Sent mail to [protected]@trademeshop.com, but it bounce back. website saying 'This site can't be reached'.

                            On 19 Aug 2021 I have made an online payment of Rs 990 to buy Jio wifi device from Trade Me Shop - Mr. Yogendra Dubey. It was through PAYU gateway, transaction no. [protected]. Until now he did not deliver it to me. Their website, email id and contact number nothing is working.

                            Requesting you to kindly make Mr. Dubey to return my money. This is hard earned money, stop scamming, falling people as it pleases you. Rs 990 may sound less, but for us it's life saving. Kindly return the money ASAP. I am waiting.

                              I had ordered from Kid's Cluvb ( online store shown on facebook) 29 August. Payment was made through google pay to payumoney. I have not recieved the ordered product or any information with regard to the order from the merchant Kid's Cluvb. I want to cancel the order and get the money back.

                                I had placed an order on a merchant website and paid via payu. The merchant hasn't delivered the goods. Ticket raised by Payu SM[protected]
                                At the end was told raise Dispute with bank. I did. Bank said since it was done thru third-party ie payu they cannot proceed. I have lost rs 936 plus not received goods and the email id provided nobody has responded. Also the website doesn't exist anymore. Payyou is no longer a safe portal as they do not verify the merchants. The website was mehrawiz.com. the email id provided by them was by [protected]@gmail.com who hasnt responded.
                                Kindly make the process of payment aggregators more stringent so they verify merchants who do not cheat the public.

                                  Hello Team,
                                  My complaint is I purchased the Payu Money premium plan in which clearly written on the website you will get services and account approval as well as a proper assistant who will guide you through the process. They mention one lady's name as my personal relationship manager but she is so unprofessional and immature as well as unbehaved. I couldn't talk to her for support, it's been almost 4-5 months which they say 24 hrs assistance. And whenever call her she does not reply to emails with 3-4 days min. gap. So I asked her I need a refund I don't need your services she said this will not be possible once you paid you won't get a refund even if you getting bad services. So I thought okay, arrange a call with your superior its been 1 month she didn't reply nor did it. Why such people are hired I don't know. I heard from someone PayU is a good option, I even talk to a friend's relationship manager she tagged her along but still no solution . I want to say teach her before allowing her to take responsibility. But the thing is I am fed up this affect my business line like 4-5 month is too much. I need my refund and am not interested in such a worse company . Please help me with it .
