Payu india has helped setup commission payment gateway for a fake online eCommerce website called www.trademeshop.com which was operating for less than a months time(asper godaddy whois) with a fake address and fake contact number.
payuindia was collecting scamming money on behalf of this fraud merchant cutting their transaction commission and transferring the remaining into this fraud merchants bank ac.. Payuindia is accomplice to this scam as they have enabled this fly by night crook to fleece 100s of gullible customers off lakhs of rupees. Payu india has collected commission on fake sale transactions of products that only existed virtually and not in reality and were never dispatched. Payu india has not done any due diligence before enabling their commission payment gateway to fraud merchant with fake business addresses. upon several messages(ticket id QK[protected])for help on payu help panel i have still not heard anything from their end even after more than a week. my payu transaction id is [protected]. i have already submitted complaint on cyber crime portal and soon will be visiting police station for official complaint.

I I tried booking tickets two times for Tajmahal (5sep2021)using asi.payumoney.com by using my sbi debit card.amount (180+180=360)
got ticket but no ticket genrated and no refund as of yet

To recharge Rs.2, 499/- for Sundirect Tamil Package against Our Smart Card/CDSN No.[protected] I have tried on 19.08.2021 through your E com website, after completed online procedure the result displayed as the transaction has failed, but the above amount was debited from my IOB Bank Account No.[protected] and also it has not been received by the Sundirect Account.so far . Still it has not been refunded to my Bank Account from your Ecom Account.
Kindly clarify this transaction and do the needful to refund the same at the earliest.

I made a purchase of Hitachi Air conditioner and paid Rs. 36, 541/- online via PayU to Yogendra Dubey on www.trademeshop.com, on 20th August- 2021. I got all the process mails and they confirmed me that it will be delivered on 4th Sept- 21. But all is gone, the Chawari Bazaar address in Delhi they provided is fake, there is no such office of trademeshop.com. This Yogendra Dubey is a fraud, I have filed a case in Cyber cell.

I filed police complaint/FIR on-

Order cancelled by me by contacting customer care number on 20 August 2021 (same day it was placed). But they did not send any confirmation. Then when police told them to refund money, they sent confirmation email for refund on 28 August 2021. They told that money will be credited back in my IDFC First Bank account which was used for payment. But refund has not been credited.

Chargeback Form submitted and Fraudulent Investigation initiated with IDFC First Bank on 22 August 2021 but they have not been able to get money back.

I saw in Google that the office address is showing name and phone number of one shop for which I have attached screenshot.

I want my money Rupees 15236.16 back.
