I ordered a outfit for my baby boy I don't get any msg from friendsfashion37 on this website to know how my product is dispatched and it will be delivered I had face so many troubles in thz website there is no option for cancel order aur refunded money so therefore I directly go to payu money website to get my money refund bcz the amount will be deduct from this website plz solve my problem and get my money back...

I continue contact in help center almost 48 hours done still no response from payumoney...

Csc transaction got failure amount debited but not credited into my csc wallet kindly do the refund asap......

I purchased Jio JMR541 Wireless Router from Trademeshop on[protected]of Rupees 990/_ and I have made a payment through Google pay, payment done to payu.in But still the product doesn't Delivered at my location. Afterwards I know that this is a Fraud Website so I have to cancel my order and want my money back.

It's been about ten days since we filed a complaint about Payumoney not working properly, and no one has bothered to react. We've been pursuing the helpdesk for a week, sharing every screenshot, and the expected TAT was September 10, 2021, yet the status remains in progress.

We lose money because the majority of our orders come in the first week of each month. In a nutshell, we are also losing consumers on a daily basis....

I sent Rs.3768.00 to https://www.rechargedishtv.in/ for paying my annual subscription for renewing my Dish TV account using my credit card through payU portal. This transaction has been confirmed by my credit card service provider, but no acknowledgement from rechargedishtv or, payU. No trans Id given.
Two complaint tickets raised with payU help (Tkt Id.: FF[protected], dt. 10.09.21 and YV[protected], dt. 11.09.21). So far no solution.br...

There was a website named trademeshop.com on which I order a JIO dongle by paying 1500 rupees. Transaction was processed by PayUMoney. Later that website vanished their phone number email ID anything is not working. Why PayUMoney processes the transaction to a fraudulent website.

I paid via UPI on 30th August and transaction ID is[protected] and it transacted into an Axis Bank Account.

I need refund of this...

I have order to one of kids material through PayU money, but till now not receive...

I have booked ticket on 2/09/2021 for red fort online for evening but amt deductred from bank account twicely of rs 168 .but ticket not book.
Kindly resolve and try to refund my amount....

Today is 10/09/2021 and I still haven't heard from them but here they are replying to even complaints that are just one day old to save their face.

The worst company, I would recommend all the businesses that are using this to stop using this gateway and use better services such as RazorPay. I'm also going to recommend everyone in my circle the same....

On 7/07/2021 i received 64371 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.br...
