    Dear sir/mam
    Greetings! We have registered ourselves as merchant with payumoney payment gateway with merchant id - 8120649 and our account has been activated. We have tested it by sending a small amount of ₹100 with transaction id - [protected] and it has been more than 3 days since and the settlement is on hold and there is no response for query posted through help.payu.in. None of the queries were resolved nor responded and they are all beyond expected end date. There is no contact details to contact anyone or even an email. When we try to send an email to [protected]@payumoney.com, all our emails are denied from the server because of some restrictions posted by host. We can activate our online sales only if this issue gets resolved and our business is out on hold for issue with payment gateway. Please do the needful. Looking forward to hear from you.

      On 24.05.2021, I applied for my ownon www.https://passportsindiaseva.in/. I made two transactions of INR 2995 from my credit card for the renewal of my passport. As per the terms of payment, the amount would include my fees for passports renewal and I would get a call from the passport officer to fix my appointment at the passport office Chandigarh as per the available time slots. The payment gateway was PAYU MONEY. After I made the payments I got two SMS from (JK-PAYUMN) and email from ([protected]@passportsindiaseva.in), which made me a little suspicious about the authenticity of the website. The reference numbers/application numbers in these SMS/EMAILS did not appear to be genuine.

          On 08/05/2021 i have orderd luminous inverter and 150 ah battery from the date they just say we are shipping the product but they did not.after 15 days asking go on they have cancelled my order and there after a week they told we have initiated refund but its been two weeks no refund is credited to my account

                    There has been no reply from Payumoney's end for the past 2 days and we could clearly see that they are only resolving complaints they see fit (most of them being refusal of refund to consumers). They are even replying complaints given by consumers after us. Ignoring complaints wont take you long way, that too with merchants.

                      I have paid the application fee, Insurance fee and Agreement fee and then I contacted Money4Credit on [protected]. I got this number on facebook. I had mentioned the person regarding the loan issue as to which he informed us that he has not received any application nor any payment regarding our loan. He asked us to send him all the transactions details over whatsapp and claimed this website to be fraud. Later, on asking him for his website, he was circling around the conversation and did not share the website. He could see that we had paid through our HDFC bank and he gave us the other number ‭[protected]‬ saying that it was the number of the fraud company. When we tried to contact over there, no body picked up our call. I know this is a FRAUD and i really want my money back. ₹6500 is not a small amount for me, and if this issue is not resolved within 15days I am going to file an FIR to the consumer court. I needed the loan really urgently, I had a deadline to pay in my college. And due to his thing, I lost the money i had.
                      I am going to file a suite with compensation to the Consumer Court, against the Company and the holder of the given number.
                      My application number or policy number is 56849774.
                      My transaction ids are [protected], [protected], [protected] for the amount of ₹1115, ₹1700 and ₹2650 respectively made on 24th May 2021.
                      Kindly help me with this at the earliest.

                                Hello, I have complaint regarding the payu payment settlement. I have received around 30k+ thousands after selling in-game service from my site.

                                received settlement of 20k but 10k is stuck.

                                Note there's no chargeback made yet. reputation is good.

                                  On 22.05.2021, I applied for my own and my son’s passport renewal online on www.https://passportsindiaseva.in/. I made two transactions of INR 3495 and INR 2495 from my credit card for the renewal of my passports. As per the terms of payment, the amount would include my fees for passports renewal and I would get a call from the passport officer to fix my appointment at the passport office Chandigarh as per the available time slots. The payment gateway was PAYU MONEY. After I made the payments I got two SMS from (JK-PAYUMN) and email from ([protected]@passportsindiaseva.in), which made me a little suspicious about the authenticity of the website. The reference numbers/application numbers in these SMS/EMAILS did not appear to be genuine.

                                  Thereafter, I have got emails from [protected]@passportsindiaseva.in stating that my appointment and my son’s appointment at the passport office chandigarh has been fixed for 24.05.2021(Monday). I was being further asked to make a payments of INR 2000 and INR1000 again at the RPO chandigarh at the time of my appointment(s). t

                                  I did some research online and found that these are fake websites. The details of the appointment /date /transaction id/ reference numbers etc. are all invalid. I will happily provide the necessary information, email/sms etc. to prove the above. I found out that the actual cost of the above services for 2 persons is INR2500. If PAY U MONEY is working with such dubious vendors/ service providers then it also effects their reputation and credibility.

                                  Such fraudulent websites must be checked/red flagged. This can be done, if responsible payment gateways like yourself will not let them get away with such fraudulent financial transactions . If they get away with this, they will get encouraged and scam more people.

                                  All this amounts to merchant fraud- to which PAY U MONEY I is also pray to. therefore I request you to reverse the charges.I can provide you all the necessary information/proof regrading the above. contact me at [protected]@gmail.com

                                  got an email acknowledgement saying that my Appointment Schedule confirmation will be sent via mail within 24-48 hours.
                                  Since, I didn't hear from them, I followed up through their email [protected]@passportsindiaseva.com but all my emails bounced back. When I tried to access the above website, it is no more appearing. I clearly sense that this is a fraud in which your Payment Gateway PayUMoney is used frequently by them.
                                  Kindly investigate at your end and put in all your efforts to comprehend these scamsters. I would expect you to return my hard earned money as soon as possible.
                                  Meanwhile, I intend to lodge a complaint with police cyber crime cell.
